  • WoW MoP Classic Best Tank Classes Ranking In Challenge Mode

    Posted: Sep 16, 2025

As you know, all classes in WoW MoP Classic can be divided into three roles: DPS, Tank, and Healer, based on their specific roles in combat. Only when each role performs well in its own role and cooperates well with others can victory rates be maximized.

Therefore, no matter what role you play in combat, you'll want to choose a powerful class that best suits that role. This will ensure your character has strong abilities from the start.

It's important to note that most dungeons and raids in Mists of Pandaria Classic are divided into normal, challenge, or heroic modes. These differ in difficulty, so the optimal class for each role will vary accordingly.

This article will use the tank class as an example to introduce the class tier ranking for playing that role in challenge mode.

WoW MoP Classic Best Tank Classes Ranking In Challenge Mode

What Is The Basis For Categorizing Tank Class Tiers?

Before looking at the specific tank class rankings in challenge mode, it's important to first explain the factors used to make the final rankings more reliable and valuable.

First and foremost, as the team's "shield," the tank must possess sufficient base health and high durability. Ideally, they should also have additional damage reduction and self-healing abilities, along with minimal cooldowns.

After ensuring these basic tank qualities, a good tank should also have the ability to increase his or her damage output, as more damage is always more effective for victory. To achieve this, you can choose a class specialization focused on DPS.

In theory, any tank specialization can improve your character's strength, but if you want to make challenge mode easier, you should choose a specialization with higher efficiency.

    S-Tier Brewmaster Monk

As the top-tier WoW MoP Classic tank, Brewmaster Monk boasts excellent damage reduction and can provide support to teammates with its unique skills, Summon Black Ox Statue and Avert Harm.

While its damage output isn't exceptional among tanks, it can be increased through crit attacks without sacrificing defensive capabilities, allowing it to play both offensive and defensive roles within the team. It also boasts a relatively fast movement speed.

Of course, every advantage comes with its drawbacks. This class has weak self-sustaining abilities. For example, healing from Gift of the Ox requires access to a healing globe, and the healing from Chi Wave and Expel Harm is mediocre.

Furthermore, Brewmaster Monk has a high barrier to entry, making it unsuitable for beginners. Improper skill timing can make you more vulnerable to death than your teammates.

Therefore, even if you're confident in mastering this class, we recommend consuming WoW MoP Classic gold to redeem self-healing potions or learning professions that allow you to craft healing items.

    A-Tier Protection Paladin

Protection Paladin provides excellent utility and solid defense to the team through the abilities Devotion Aura, Hand of Sacrifice, and Hand of Protection. With a high enough Vengeance, you can also use Arcing Light to heal allies.

More importantly, the class received a buff after the release of MoP Classic, boosting its defense. Combined with the passive healing effects of Sacred Shield and Seal of Insight, you don't even need a dedicated healer to care for you.

It's worth noting that while Protection Paladin's active damage reduction ability, Shield of the Righteous, is very effective, it can actually leave you vulnerable if you don't manage it properly during combat.

When fighting single-target bosses, the class can also leverage its high Vengeance to deal more damage, which can be a class advantage. However, if this isn't achieved, the low base damage and slow movement speed can diminish Protection Paladin's appeal.

    A-Tier Blood Death Knight

Although both are A-Tier tank classes, Blood Death Knight can be more vulnerable in certain situations than Protection Paladin. Therefore, its strong ranking stems from its high damage output and decent utility.

More importantly, even with low Vengeance, the class offers strong defensive and offensive performance. Additionally, the unique Gorefiend's Grasp can provide additional benefits to the entire team in certain encounters.

    B-Tier Protection Warrior

Protection Warrior performs well as a basic tank, but its low ranking stems from its over-reliance on Vengeance mechanic. Therefore, if you want to play it in challenge mode, it's best to maintain a high level of Vengeance through timely and effective coordination.

This way, sufficient Vengeance will continuously generate Rage, transforming into a shield that absorbs more enemy damage and protects you.

As for team utility, you can provide basic support when playing as a Protection Warrior using the skills Skull Banner, Rallying Cry, Vigilance, and Demoralizing Banner. While not exceptional, they're better than nothing.

    B-Tier Guardian Druid

Although it's ranked last in this ranking, its placement in B-Tier proves that Guardian Druid is superior to most mediocre tank classes, and it also received buffs in Mists of Pandaria Classic.

First, Bear Hug's cooldown has been shortened to 1 minute, increasing its usage and utility. Additionally, Guardian Druid's basic attack damage has been increased by 15%, and at high Vengeance, it can deal more damage to single-target bosses than most tank classes.

Defensively, playing this class allows you to better protect against physical damage with Savage Defense and gain solid basic defense. Furthermore, Frenzied Regeneration provides ample self-healing while clearing dungeons.

These are just some of our top-ranked tank class recommendations. If you already have a favorite class or want to explore different combat styles, you can also try other classes not listed. Ultimately, having fun is the most important thing!

  • WoW MoP Classic Phase 2 Release Date, PvE, PvP And Quality Of Life Content

    Posted: Sep 05, 2025

With only about three weeks left in Phase 1 of WoW MoP Classic, Pandaria will soon be seeing some new changes.

While Phase 2 doesn't include any new endgame content like raids or dungeons, Horde and Alliance players are undoubtedly still very interested in its content and release date. Let's take a look at the details below.

WoW MoP Classic Phase 2 Release Date, PvE, PvP And Quality Of Life Content

    Release Date

The official release date and content for Phase 2 of Mists of Pandaria Classic were suddenly announced a while ago. Phase 2 will launch the week of September 23rd, suggesting a scheduled release date. While it could be pushed back a day or two, it's unlikely to be too far off.

This is primarily because Phase 2 is essentially a filler phase, lacking any new raid content. Its primary purpose is to provide transitional content between the current Mogu'shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, and Terrace of Endless Spring raids and the next major raid, Throne of Thunder.

    Main Content

    PvE Content

    Brawler's Guild

The main feature of this update is Brawler's Guild, a single-player PvE challenge mode where players engage in 1v1 battles against various bosses. Brawler's Guild has seven levels and a total of 28 bosses.

To unlock Brawler's Guild, you need a Blood-Soaked Invitation, which you can obtain through Black Market Auction House. If you prefer not to use MoP classic gold, you can also farm rare monsters in Krasarang Wilds or have a friend invite you.

Brawler's Guild rewards primarily consist of toys, transmogrifications, and an heirloom fist weapon. There's no powerful PvE gear, so players who prefer raiding can opt out.

    Scenarios

Five new scenarios have been added. These scenarios will serve as a source of catch-up gear for alts when Heroic mode is released.

The five available scenarios are as follows:

    • Lion's Landing (Alliance)
    • Domination Point (Horde)
    • Assault on Zan'vess (Both Factions)
    • A Little Patience (Both Factions)
    • Dagger in the Dark (Both Factions)

    Legendary Cloak Questline Chapter 2

This Legendary Cloak Questline consists of five chapters, one unlocked during each phase. The second phase unlocks the questline called Wrathion's War. Completing this quest will grant you an Eye of the Black Prince, which grants an additional Prismatic Socket for any Sha-affected weapon.

    • To unlock this quest, you must complete the first chapter of the questline.
    • You must have reached Revered with Black Prince.
    • You must have unlocked Lion's Landing or Domination Point.
    • Some quests require you to eliminate soldiers from the opposing faction, which may involve some PvP.
    • Requires completing Silvershard Mines.
    • The most time-consuming part is earning 3,000 Valor Points.

    PvP Content

The PvP content updates are minimal. First, a new group finder has been added, adding new cross-server grouping functionality for PvP activities, making it easier for players to form PvP teams quickly.

Second, separate achievements have been created for 2v2 and 3v3: one for Malevolent Gladiator (2v2) and another for Gladiator (3v3). Players who achieve strong performance in 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 in a single season and who have achieved Malevolent Gladiator achievement will receive the new Undisputed Gladiator title.

    Quality Of Life Improvements

    Reputation

When you reach Revered reputation with the Black Prince faction, Blacktalon Quartermaster will sell Black Prince Grand Commendation (requires approximately 40 Mists of Pandaria classic gold). You can mail items to your sub-characters to help them reach reputation faster and complete Legendary questlines.

    Gear Upgrade System

PvE gear upgrades have been changed from Valor Points to the more easily accessible Justice Points. Each piece of epic PvE gear can be upgraded twice, increasing its item level by four points each time, costing 500 Justice Points per upgrade (2000 Poins in total).

Players can also convert Valor Points into Justice Points at a 1:4 ratio. Commander Oxheart at Niuzao Temple will sell Commendations of Justice, their value 125 Valor Points, and could be transformed to 500 Justice Points.

This allows players to convert unused Valor Points into Justice Points needed for upgrades quickly. Players can upgrade all their gear more freely without having to save Valor Points carefully. Simply grinding Heroic dungeons to level up their gear is a great option quickly, and expect a large influx of players into Heroic dungeons on the day of the update.

PvP gear has also received the same changes. At the Phase 2, PvP gear can be upgraded for 1,000 Honor Points instead of 750 Conquest Points. Merchants from each faction will also sell Commendations of Honor, allowing you to convert Conquest Points into Honor Points.

    Experience Buffs

The experience bonus provided by guild reputation has been significantly increased from 10% to 65%, significantly speeding up alt-leveling, returning it to the original 5.3 patch level.

    HD Texture Pack

Phase 2 will also add an optional HD texture pack to Mists of Pandaria, improving the game's visuals. Players with less advanced equipment can opt out of it.

Overall, Phase 2 will appeal to players who enjoy solo challenges, PvP, and alt-leveling. For players whose primary focus is raiding, equipment upgrades and Legendary questline slot rewards are available. Phase 2 is a very positive update, especially the equipment upgrade system and experience buffs. This allows catching-up players to save a lot of time and WoW MoP classic gold, but it is uncertain whether this convenient equipment upgrade system will be removed after Throne of Thunder raid is opened, just like the original version.

  • WoW MoP Classic Alchemy Offers Reliable Benefits As A Primary Profession - More Gold And Items

    Posted: Aug 28, 2025

Before officially beginning your WoW MoP Classic journey, you'll need to complete your character creation, a massive undertaking in World of Warcraft series. You'll need to choose your race, class, and profession.

Choosing a race determines your faction and exclusive racial abilities. Different classes reveal different skills and builds available. And choosing a profession dictates how you can gain additional benefits.

For this reason, this article will focus on playing the primary profession, Alchemy. If you want to become a master of potions and elixirs, this is the perfect choice.

WoW MoP Classic Alchemy Offers Reliable Benefits As A Primary Profession - More Gold And Items

WoW MoP Classic Profession System Overview

In Mists of Pandaria Classic, professions are divided into primary and secondary professions. Primary professions can be further divided into crafting and gathering.

    Primary Crafting Profession

    • Alchemy
    • Blacksmithing
    • Enchanting
    • Engineering
    • Inscription
    • Jewelcrafting
    • Leatherworking
    • Tailoring

A character can have up to two primary professions, and some primary professions offer significant synergy. There is no limit to the number of secondary professions you can master - if you have the time, you can even try to learn all four.

What Are The Advantages Of Alchemy?

This profession has a crucial passive perk, Mixology, which boosts your stats by increasing the effects of potions and elixirs. The increased duration of flasks also means you can save WoW MoP Classic gold you'd otherwise have to invest in them.

In addition, Alchemists also receive exclusive, reusable flasks and alchemy stones (also known as Alchemy trinkets) for transmuting. These can help you gain additional benefits while completing raids and dungeons.

How To Choose Your Alchemy Specialization?

Once your skill level reaches a certain level, you can find a profession trainer, receive quests, and complete them to learn Alchemy specializations. The trainers for each faction are:

    • Alliance: Ainethil in Darnassus.
    • Horde: Yelmak in Orgrimmar.

Currently, there are three Alchemy specializations available in MoP Classic, each with different benefits:

    • Potions Master: Increases your potion yield by approximately 20%.
    • Transmutations Master: Increases your transmuting gains by approximately 20%.
    • Elixir Master: Increases your elixir and flask crafting yield by approximately 20%.

You can choose a specialization based on your needs and combat style. Note that different specializations have different quests and require different items to complete them:

Potions Master - Quest Potion Master:

    • 20x Master Healing Potion
    • 20x Master Mana Potion
    • 2x Potion of Luck

Transmutation Master - Quest Transmutation Master:

    • 4x Living Steel

Elixir Master - Quest Elixir Master:

    • 2x Flask of Winter's Bite
    • 2x Flask of the Earth
    • 2x Flask of the Warm Sun
    • 2x Flask of Spring Blossoms

    How To Level Your Alchemy?

This profession can be upgraded to level 600, with multiple stages, each with different requirements. Generally speaking, you'll need to collect ingredients to craft different potions.

    1-300

    • 1-60: 60x Minor Healing Potion
    • 60-110: 60x Lesser Healing Potion
    • 110-140: 32x Healing Potions
    • 140-155: 20x Lesser Mana Potion

    • 550-575: 30x Potions of Mogu Power
    • 575-600: 30x Master Mana Potion

Which Items Should You Prioritize Crafting?

Since most of the elixirs or flasks craftable by Alchemy are consumable, you should prioritize crafting items that are frequently used and therefore in high demand.

    • Potion of Luck: Increases your chance of finding a Plundered Treasure from monsters for 20 minutes.
    • Flask of the Warm: Increases your Intelligence by 1000 points for one hour.
    • Darkwater Potion: Transforms you into a Jinyu assassin, increasing your movement speed by 70% and your swimming speed by 200% for 15 seconds.

Stocking up on potions early in the game will not only provide reliable aid to you and your teammates in later battles, but you can also sell them for a large amount of gold to exchange for other items you may need.

    IGGM WOW MOP Classic Gold

    How To Earn Extra Gold?

While you can sell any crafted item at any time, maximizing your profits requires additional techniques. Since Mogu'shan Vaults and Heart of Fear raids are now open, it's recommended that you sell your items when the raids reset.

In addition, to craft potions, you'll actually need to consume a significant amount of raw materials. So don't be too "kindness" when trading, your efforts are worth collecting more gold from others!

If you're planning to play Alchemy in MoP Classic WoW, we believe this guide will be helpful, although collecting the raw materials for various potions can be a lengthy process. Have fun!

  • WoW MoP Classic Sha Of Anger Guide: How Should Different Raid Roles Deal With Its Skills?

    Posted: Aug 20, 2025

Sha of Anger is the world boss in World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Classic. As the mastermind behind the corruption of Shado-Pan Monastery, Sha of Anger plays a significant role in Mists of Pandaria.

Even after players resolve the crisis at Shado-Pan Monastery, Sha of Anger continues to linger in Kun-Lai Summit, attempting to corrupt the land, which means that Sha of Anger is the world boss of Kun-Lai Summit. Defeating this world boss is a weekly must-do, and the loot it drops is all epic.

Defeating a world boss isn't as challenging as a heroic raid, but it's also not as easy as clearing a dungeon. You'll have to engage in a massive melee of 20 or more players, dealing effective damage amidst the chaotic light effects. So, here's a brief guide to defeat Sha of Anger.

WoW MoP Classic Sha Of Anger Guide: How Should Different Raid Roles Deal With Its Skills?

    Where Sha Of Anger Appears?

Sha of Anger roams Kun-Lai Summit region. It doesn't always appear in one area, but rather in five random locations:

    • Two locations on the road west of One Keg.
    • Near the road between Shado-Pan and Westwind Rest.
    • One location in Yaungol Advance.
    • One location between Westwind Rest and Yaungol Advance.

Sha of Anger spawns approximately every 15-20 minutes, but its spawn time and location are not fixed. If you've been waiting in one location for an hour and still haven't seen Sha of Anger, try changing locations.

How To Defeat Sha Of Anger?

As a world boss, Sha of Anger is undoubtedly powerful. Don't try to take it on alone. Even in a large melee of over 40 players, Sha of Anger's single ability is enough to kill a few players.

If you plan to hunt Sha of Anger, it's best to use MoP Classic gold to acquire potions and items. Sha of Anger deals primarily Shadow damage, so you can increase your Shadow damage resistance in advance.

    Sha Of Anger's Skills

    • Seethe: Deals heavy Shadow damage and increases Shadow damage taken by 10% for 20 seconds, a stacking effect.
    • Endless Rage: Deals heavy Shadow damage to enemies within 3 yards of the target and summons a resurgence of Bitter Thoughts at the target's location.
    • Growing Anger: After 6 seconds, the target and allies within 5 yards become controlled by it.
    • Unleashed Wrath: Deals Shadow damage to 10 random targets every 2 seconds.

How To Deal With Its Skills?

    Seethe

If no players are within Sha of Anger's melee range, it will cast Seethe on its current target. Therefore, a tank must be near Sha of Anger to absorb damage and prevent it from casting Seethe.

    Endless Rage

The rage brought to Pandaria by Alliance and Horde courses through Sha of Anger, erupting as a rain of Sha energy. Each missile deals significant Shadow damage to players within 2 yards of the impact point and summons Ire and a cloud of Bitter Thoughts.

    • Ire: Manifested rage summoned by Sha of Anger's endless rage.
    • Bitter Thoughts: A cloud of Bitter Thoughts prevents all players within 3 yards from attacking or casting spells for one minute.
    • When the boss casts this ability, all players must avoid the cloud of Bitter Thoughts, and DPS must quickly dispatch Ire.

    Growing Anger

When three players are affected by Growing Anger. After 6 seconds, the infected player will display aggressive behavior, placing them and all allies within range under the Sha of Anger's control for 30 seconds. The controlled player's damage dealt is increased by 200%, and their maximum health is increased by 200%. This state is broken when the player's health drops below 50%.

While a player is under control, DPS must quickly attack the controlled player to reduce their health below 50%.

    Unleashed Wrath

When Sha of Anger's rage reaches 100, it unleashes its wrath upon nearby enemies. This phase continues until the Sha's rage reaches 0.

While Sha of Anger uses this ability, healers must use their abilities promptly to provide other players with benefits such as healing and shields.

  • WoW MoP Classic Imperial Vizier Zor'lok Boss Fight Guide: How To Defeat The First Boss In Heart Of Fear Raid?

    Posted: Aug 15, 2025

With Mogu'shan Vault and Celestial Dungeons now unlocked, players are eagerly awaiting the next raid to open in Mists of Pandaria Classic. The upcoming Heart of Fear (HoF) raid has been confirmed for August 21st at 3:00 PM PDT, featuring brand new bosses and a chance to unlock unique achievements.

    Heart Of Fear Overview

Heart of Fear raid is set against the backdrop of the waning reign of the mantid empress, corrupted by Sha of Fear. Her increasingly erratic decrees threaten the survival of the mantid culture's champions, the Klaxxi. They attempt to unite with outside forces to resist and destroy her will, ultimately eradicating Sha of Fear's influence.

WoW MoP Classic Imperial Vizier Zor'lok Boss Fight Guide: How To Defeat The First Boss In Heart Of Fear Raid?

Heart of Fear raid is located west of Dread Wastes, with the closest flight point for Horde and Alliance players being Klaxxi'vess.

This is a linear raid, divided into two distinct floors, where players will encounter six bosses. These bosses are essentially the biggest obstacles to completing Heart of Fear raid.

    • Imperial Vizier Zor'lok
    • Blade Lord Ta'yak
    • Garalon
    • Wind Lord Mel'jarak
    • Amber-Shaper Un'sok
    • Grand Empress Shek'zeer

While it's generally accepted that the first boss in each raid dungeon is a warm-up match and shouldn't be feared, taking it lightly can lead to significant setbacks. So, before Heart of Fear begins, we're going to combine what we know so far to provide you with the best guide to dealing with Imperial Vizier Zor'lok, to help you get off to a good start in this raid.

    Imperial Vizier Zor'lok Boss Fight

Imperial Vizier Zor'lok is the first boss you encounter in Heart of Fear, and its full fight consists of two phases.

    Phase 1

In the first phase, he will fly to a random platform in the room and attack players from there. For every 20% of his health he loses, he will jump between three platforms, using a different ability on each.

    Exhale & Inhale

On each platform, Vizier Zor'lok will randomly target a player with an Exhale attack, channeling damage and stunning them for 6 seconds. Note that the boss and the first player after his initial target will also be affected by the corresponding debuff, taking additional physical damage every 0.5 seconds.

For this reason, it's best to choose a tank in your team to absorb the damage, but be prepared to heal, as Vizier Zor'lok's subsequent damage stacking can easily kill you in one blow. Therefore, it's recommended to check your Healing Potions before entering the raid. This does not cost you much WoW MoP Classic gold, but is the easiest way to improve your survivability.

Later, the boss will use Inhale to boost Exhale's damage. Each stack of Inhale increases Exhale's damage by 100%, and this effect persists until Exhale reaches three or more stacks. Therefore, tanks should attack after three stacks to survive.

WoW MoP Classic Imperial Vizier Zor'lok Boss Fight Guide

    Attenuation

Next, on the left platform, the boss will gain Attenuation and emit sonic waves. These sonic rings spiral outward from him, dealing hundreds of thousands of physical damage to all targets in their path. Be sure to run around the spirals, or you'll be knocked down.

In Heroic mode, he'll also emit green orbs called Sonic Pulses, a supercharged sonic attack that deals double the damage of the regular sonic wave. If you don't move, you'll take the damage.

    Force And Verve

On the right platform, Imperial Vizier Zor'lok casts Force and Verve, dealing heavy raid-wide damage. It's best to take cover in Safety Bubbles. Standing in these areas grants invincibility, but you can't attack or use abilities while active. Each bubble only benefits 9 players, so it's wise to split your team into smaller groups and use a healing CD to maintain survivability.

In Heroic mode, bubbles can only hold 7 players, so if your team can follow basic instructions, distribute your bubble groups wisely to make survivability easier.

    Convert

On the far platform, Vizier Zor'lok gains Convert skill buff, using the Queen's pure voice to randomly influence the allegiance of 5 players, switching them to Mantid Empire. This skill lasts until the victim's health reaches 50%.

To counter this ability, be aware that after each jump, he'll cast Song of the Empress, so it's wise to immediately gain some speed and interrupt it before it ends, otherwise you'll be wiped out.

In Heroic mode, Imperial Vizier Zor'lok leaves behind a tank-required Echo each time he jumps and casts that platform's ability.

After the first jump, one tank and one mobile healer should head to the next platform to interrupt the boss's spells while the rest of the team kills Echo.

Echo only creates two bubbles for the entire team, so have someone with high immunity and a tank take cover while squishy units and healers take cover. Then, use up some cooldowns to keep everyone alive while using Nuke to eliminate him before his second spell is cast.

When he moves to the third platform, split the team into two groups and attack Echo and the boss separately, killing them both together, but leaving everything else unchanged.

Buy WOW MOP Classic Gold At IGGM.com

    Phase 2

Once Imperial Vizier Zor'lok reaches 40% health, marking the official start of Phase 2, he'll jump to the center and empower himself.

During this phase, the boss will absorb all Pheromones of Zeal in the room, increasing his damage by 10%. He'll then unleash all available abilities for the remainder of the fight, so simply deal with him the same way as in Phase 1 until he's finally defeated.

In Heroic mode, Vizier Zor'lok will leave behind copies of himself on the first two platforms he reaches. Afterward, he'll randomly summon these Echoes of Power to assist him in battle. These copies inherit one of Vizier Zor'lok's abilities and continue to use that power until they're defeated.

Also, he'll immediately spawn an Echo of Attenuation upon entering this phase and attempt to engage players in melee combat. Pull them to a corner and run away, as if they get too close when their orbs appear, you'll likely all die.

After the spell is cast, leave only one tank to defeat Echo while the rest of you pull the boss to the other side of the room. Then, unleash and blast him while simultaneously dealing with all the other boss mechanics.

That's it! Taking down the Imperial Vizier Zor'lok boss isn't that difficult, and a few simple techniques will get you started. Completing this boss fight officially kicks off your Heart of Fear raid. Be wary of these formidable enemies, and finally, you'll be rewarded with tons of MoP Classic gold and new tier 14 raid gear!

  • WoW MoP Classic 12 Things To Do After Reaching Level 90: What Else Can You Try?

    Posted: Aug 07, 2025

The journey from creating a character to maxing it out is a fun but lengthy one. When you finally complete that achievement and look at your flattened experience bar, you think, "Oh, that's it! It's over! Time to move on to another game.” But wait, are you really sure you've experienced most of the game?

Your gear isn't quite up to par, your pet isn't maxed out, and you haven't completed that heroic raid yet. And so on and so forth—there's so much more to explore in every corner of Azeroth. This is an MMORPG; even at max level, the game is just beginning.

WoW MoP Classic 12 Things To Do After Reaching Level 90: What Else Can You Try?

    1. Talents And Glyphs

The first thing you can do after reaching level 90 is select new level 90 talents. You can also optimize your glyphs to improve your combat power and make you more effective in dungeons.

Some players may get so caught up in dungeon farming that they forget about this once they reach level 90, so it's worth a reminder.

    2. Pandaria Flying

After reaching level 90, you're finally eligible to fly in Pandaria, but you still need to find a trainer. You'll need to find a flight trainer in Pandaria's main city to learn to fly, and the location varies depending on your faction.

    • Skydancer Shun: Shrine of Two Moons (Horde)
    • Cloudrunner Leng: Shrine of Seven Stars (Alliance)

After learning Tome of Four Winds Flight, you can also assign this skill to your alts, which will learn it once they reach level 85. If you have a high Golden Lotus reputation, you'll receive a discount on unlocking the flying skill, saving you a significant amount of WoW MOP Classic gold.

    3. Level 90 Rare Items

After reaching level 90, you'll need to upgrade your gear to the higher-stats gear. To do this, visit the entrance to Niuzao Temple in Townlong Steppes and find Commander Lo Ping, who will sell you a full set of level 90 rare items, including a ring, amulet, and a cloak. However, it doesn't accept MoP Classic gold, only Justice Points, which you earn by defeating dungeons or raid bosses.

    4. Dungeon

Next up are dungeons. Dungeons yield gold and gear and are part of the player's daily activities. When you first reach level 90, you can participate in standard dungeon activities. Heroic dungeons aren't accessible yet because your item level isn't high enough. However, even standard dungeons are challenging.

    5. Collectibles And Quests

At level 86, you'll receive quests to collect collectibles. You can search for item-level 450 items throughout Pandaria. These items are linked to your account.

Completing these quests will help you gain the reputation with each faction, unlocking their wares. Each faction's vendors also sell epic items, which require you to reach Exalted reputation.

    6. Professions

Even if you're highly respected within these factions, obtaining epic items still requires thousands of gold. What if you don't have WoW MoP Classic gold? Now it's time to train your professions.

    • Alchemy (600)
    • Blacksmithing (600)
    • Inscription (600)
    • Jewelcrafting (600)
    • Mining (600)
    • Tailoring (600)
    • Engineering (600)
    • Herbism (600)
    • Enchanting (600)
    • Leatherworking (600)
    • Skinning (600)

Players can choose up to two professions, which can either gather resources or craft items. After training your profession to Zen Master, you can craft epic items. Besides being able to use your professions to craft items and sell them at Auction House for gold, each profession also has unique bonuses.

Upgrading your professions to level 600 requires a lot of materials, usually Spirit of Harmony, which you should have accumulated during your leveling to level 90.

    IGGM WOW MOP Classic Gold

    7. World Bosses

Whether you're looking for consumables, epic items, or gold, World Boss rewards have something for you. Completing the quest unlocks the two world bosses in the first tier of Mists of Pandaria Classic: Sha of Anger and Galleon.

These two world bosses can be defeated weekly, and their generous rewards make them a must-do activity even after reaching level 90.

    8. Black Market

Black Market Auction House in Mists of Pandaria often features epic items, including epic mounts and even gear typically found in heroic raids. Visit Madam Goya at Veiled Stair to view Black Market's offerings.

These items aren't sold by players, but are generated by the system. If you're deep-pocketed, you can find some wonderful items here.

    9. Flight Locations, Treasures, And Exploring

Scattered throughout Pandaria are several locations that allow you to fly quickly. Speak to the flight masters at these locations to unlock them.

Throughout Pandaria, there are interactive areas like treasure chests scattered throughout the land. Finding these areas will earn you EXP, gold, and achievements.

    10. Your Own Farm

At Sunsong Ranch, there's an NPC, Farmer Yoon. Completing his quest will give you a small farm where you can grow food and materials.

    11. Elder Charm Of Good Fortune

Once you've collected Lesser Charms of Good Fortune, you can exchange them for Elder Charms of Good Fortune at a 50-to-1 exchange rate. Elder Charm of Good Fortune grants you an extra dice roll after defeating a world boss or raid boss, granting you extra loot and increasing your chances of obtaining epic items.

    12. Challenge Mode Dungeons

If the standard dungeons aren't enough for you, you can also tackle Challenge Mode Dungeons. Besides the regular rewards, you'll also receive some cool transmogrifications gear.

After reaching level 90, there's a lot more to do. Reaching the maximum level is not the end of your character's growth journey, and you may only be halfway there.

  • WoW MoP Classic 85-90 Leveling Route: How To Complete This Final Step?

    Posted: Aug 05, 2025

As you know, the maximum character level in MoP Classic is 90. Reaching that maximum level as quickly as possible is your primary focus in the early stages of the game, as it allows you to unlock more content and become more powerful.

We’ve previously covered general leveling tips, but you’ll find that leveling from 1 to 85 isn’t particularly challenging. The 85-90 stage is the real test—as leveling slows down, you’ll need to develop more challenging battle plans.

For this reason, this time, we’ll focus on the 85-90 leveling route to minimize your leveling hurdles.

WoW MoP Classic 85-90 Leveling Route: How To Complete This Final Step?

    Strive To Complete All Dungeons

While the popular theory is that focusing on dungeon farming after reaching level 85 may result in significantly slower leveling process than completing quests, this is a rough guide and ignores the specifics of each dungeon.

In fact, if you fully explore every dungeon and complete it at least once, you can still earn enough XP, as well as WoW MoP Classic gold and gear rewards, through the numerous onetime quests.

In addition, when queuing for dungeons, you should use the randomized dungeon finder instead of the specific queue, as this also rewards you with a good amount of XP. If you end up in a repeat dungeon you don’t like, you can always leave and continue with other quests.

At least until level 85-86, Temple of the Jade Serpent and Stormstout Brewery dungeons remain excellent XP farming spots, especially if you’re an experienced tank player and playing with a five-person party.

Both dungeons also offer 410 item-level gear as a reward, giving you significant stat boosts. While you can also obtain powerful gear from new vendors after entering The Jade Forest, it doesn’t appear until about halfway through the questline.

So if you’re not well-equipped by then, your leveling speed at level 85-90 will be slowed down, but farming these two dungeons can significantly alleviate this problem.

    Obtaining Darkmoon Island XP Buff

This XP earning method is actually applicable to all levels from 1 to 90. The only drawback is that Darkmoon Island only opens every two weeks, making it difficult to utilize constantly.

While the island is open, return to your hometown and speak to Darkmoon Mage in town. He will teleport you to Darkmoon Island. There, you’ll find a panda named Kae Ti. Speak with her and consume gold to obtain a carousel ticket.

After consuming the carousel ticket and riding the carousel, you’ll receive a 10% XP bonus for the next hour. However, if your character dies during this time, this bonus will disappear and you’ll need to return to Kae Ti to reset it.

    Choosing The Right Questing Hub

Completing quests is also a primary way to earn XP. Mists of Pandaria Classic also offers multiple questing hubs for different factions, but not all quests offered by these hubs are suitable for farming XP.

Take The Jade Forest, for example. Although it’s a high-level zone at level 85-90, some of its questing hubs feature extensive role-playing quests during the storyline. While interesting from a story perspective, XP earned is minimal.

In contrast, Tian Monastery, located in the northern part of The Jade Forest, is a good questing hub. While relatively isolated, once you learn to fly, it’s easily accessible and earns XP by completing quests.

Buy WoW Mists of Pandaria Gold At IGGM.com

    Farming Treasures And Rares

WoW Classic MoP’s zones are rich in treasures and rare monsters, and farming them also yields a significant amount of XP. While you can only collect each treasure once, most treasures have instant respawn timers, so other players’ farming doesn’t affect yours.

However, some treasures are exceptionally rare and have long respawned times, so once you find them, you might have to defeat other players who have also discovered them in PvP to claim them.

You can actually improve your treasure farming efficiency by downloading a plugin called HandyNotes, which displays the locations of all treasures on the map. Another plugin, RareScanner, shows the locations of all rare monsters you might encounter.

Because rares spawn more slowly than treasure, you might not find many during leveling 85-90, but if you do encounter them, it’s worth it, even if you have to go out of your way to kill them. Rare monsters are typically marked with a star icon on the minimap.

In addition to a large amount of XP, rares also guarantee a piece of gear and a small chance of dropping a super-rare item, such as a toy or pet.

    Thorough Exploration

Since you unlock more zones after reaching level 85, you should fully explore these zones based on the above recommendations to ensure you don’t miss out on any XP farming opportunities. These include:

    • The Jade Forest (85–86)
    • Valley of the Four Winds (86–87)
    • Krasarang Wilds (86–87)
    • Kun-Lai Summit (87–88)
    • Townlong Steppes (88–89)
    • Dread Wastes (89–90)

Note: It’s best to explore these zones in the order listed above based on your faction and level to maximize your XP farming efficiency.

This concludes the route and farming recommendations for completing the final leveling process from 85 to 90 in Mists of Pandaria Classic. We hope you find this helpful! We wish you a speedy upgrade and the opportunity to enter the endgame earlier!

    Gu Cloudstrike

Stage 1: Let Me Show You My Power

Gu Cloudstrike summons an Azure Serpent to aid him in battle.

    • Invoke Lightning: Gu Cloudstrike deals Nature damage to a random player and additional Nature damage to nearby players.

Phase 2: Charge Me With Your Power

Gu Cloudstrike enters a meditative state, becoming immune to all damage, and Azure Serpent begins attacking.

    • Charging Soul: Azure Serpent shields Gu Cloudstrike, making him immune to all damage.
    • Magnetic Shroud: Azure Serpent applies a stack of Magnetic Shroud to each player, absorbing healing received by each player and dealing Nature damage every second. When a player receives more healing than it can handle, the effect is removed, and the healing is shared among all other players within a 20-yard radius.
    • Lightning Breath: Azure Serpent releases a lightning breath in a 45-degree cone in front of it, dealing Nature damage every half-second for 2 seconds.

Phase 3: Do Not Fail Me!

After the player defeats Azure Serpent, Gu Cloudstrike rejoins the fight.

    • Overcharged Soul: Deals Nature damage periodically to nearby enemies, increasing in frequency the lower Gu Cloudstrike’s health.

    Master Snowdrift

    Phase 1: True Strength!

Master Snowdrift unleashes his fists and kicks, launching into combat.

    • Fists of Fury: Master Snowdrift swings his iron fists, unleashing a series of blows that impact all players in front of him, dealing Fire damage.
    • Tornado Kick: Master Snowdrift spins and kicks all players in range, dealing Physical damage and knocking them back.

    Phase 2: Spiritual Power!

Master Snowdrift attacks players with his Chi energy.

    • Ball of Fire: He launches a fireball at players, dealing Fire damage to all players in its path.

Phase 3: I Can Do So Much More!

Master Snowdrift uses grapples and counterspells.

    • Tornado Slam: Master Snowdrift locks onto a random player. If he grabs the target, he performs a Tornado Slam, dealing physical damage equal to 30% of the victim’s maximum health.
    • Parry Stance: Snow Master temporarily enters Parry Stance, negating any attacks launched against him and counterattacking them.
    • Quivering Palm: While in Parry Stance, Snow Master counterattacks all targets within melee range with Quivering Palm, dealing physical damage and stunning them for 2 seconds. Snow Master then uses Unleash Vibrations for a follow-up attack.
    • Unleash Vibrations: Snow Master unleashes vibrations from Quivering Palm, dealing physical damage to the target.
    • Flying Kick: While in Parry Stance, Snow Master counterattacks any attacking player outside melee range with a Flying Kick, dealing physical damage.

    Sha Of Violence

    • Disorienting Smash: Sha charges the player, dealing Shadow damage and causing the character to wander for up to 4 seconds. Taking any damage will cancel this effect.
    • Smoke Blades: Sha attacks nearby enemies with a whirlwind of smoke, dealing 25% weapon damage per second and reducing the affected target’s critical strike chance by 100%. Each skill or spell used by the affected player reduces the duration of this effect by 5 seconds.
    • Parting Smoke: The smoke disperses, temporarily revealing a weak spot in Sha. The player’s next attack within 3 seconds will critically strike.
    • Sha Spike: Sha summons a spike at a random player’s location, dealing Shadow damage and knocking the target back. When the spike retracts into the ground, it generates a burst of energy that attacks other players for 30 seconds.
    • Enrage: When Sha’s health is low, its attack speed increases by 50% for 30 seconds.

    Taran Zhu

    • Rising Hate: Taran Zhu hurls energy at multiple players, making Shadow damage.
    • Ring of Malice: Taran Zhu envelops himself in a Ring of Malice for 15 seconds. His speed is reduced by 80%, but he deals damage to players he comes into contact with every half-second.
    • Sha Blast: Taran Zhu deals Shadow damage to the current player, knocking them back. This ability can only be used while Ring of Malice is active.
    • Haze of Hate: Affected players deal 20% more physical damage, but their chance to hit is reduced by 90%, and their healing received is reduced by 25%.
    • Meditation: It will remove the effects of Haze of Hate, but the player cannot move or perform actions.
    • Summon Gripping Hatred: Taran Zhu summons a powerful Gripping Hatred.
    • Grip of Hate: Gripping Hatred pulls nearby players towards it.
    • Pool of Shadows: Players on the ground around a Gripping Hatred in Pool of Shadows take shadow damage every second.

Shado-Pan Monastery dungeon isn’t difficult, but you do need to be aware of the bosses’ unique mechanics, especially Master Snowdrift’s parry and Taran Zhu’s Hatred ability, which can be tricky.

This dungeon is a good choice for leveling and farming Mists of Pandaria Classic gold for many players, though some players find its mechanics particularly offensive.

It typically takes around 20 minutes to clear this dungeon, but if you’re familiar with the bosses’ mechanics and build your party accordingly, you’ll be able to complete it even faster.

  • WoW MoP Classic Useful Rare Items In Pandaria: What Are They Useage?

    Posted: Jul 31, 2025

In addition to gear and weapons, WoW MoP Classic also offers a variety of items. Epic items are of course the most valuable, fetching hundreds of MoP Classic gold at auction, but Pandaria is home to many other useful items.

A wide variety of rare items exist in Pandaria, including mounts, pets, and cosmetic items. Below are some rare items that may be useful for exploring, challenging, or even raiding Pandaria.

WoW MoP Classic Useful Rare Items In Pandaria: What Are They Useage?

    Rod Of Ambershaping

    • Dropped by: Ski’thik
    • Drop Chance: 15.84%
    • Use: Encases the target in amber for up to one minute, restricting their movement. Any damage to the amber will shatter it. It cannot target players or players above level 94.

You can find this rare monster at Kun Lai Summit in the snowy mountain zone in the lower left corner of Pandaria. This item cannot be used in raids, but it can be used anywhere else. This powerful crowd control skill is perfect for controlling tough enemies in challenges.

    Hardened Shell

    • Dropped by: Nessos the Oracle
    • Drop Chance: 23.74%
    • Use: Throw a hardened shell, knocking the target down. Does not work against targets above level 94 (15-minute cooldown).

This is a very interesting toy. Its short cast time makes it nearly impossible for its target to escape. It can knock down any flying player, but this often makes you a hostile opponent. Are you prepared for retaliation from other players?

    Eternal Warrior’s Sigil

    • Dropped by: Gar’lok
    • Drop Chance: 23.19%
    • Use: Restores 90% mana and health over 6 seconds. Taking any damage will interrupt this effect. Usable only in Pandaria. (5-minute cooldown)

You can only use this item in Pandaria zone, while it cannot be used in dungeons, raids, challenges, or any other similar environments. While this is quite restrictive, its benefits are clear: it can replace the effects of potions and food, and with a cooldown of only 5 minutes, it can save you a lot of Mists of Pandaria Classic gold when exploring the open world.

    Elixir Of Ancient Knowledge

    • Max Stack: 20
    • Dropped by: Krol the Blade
    • Drop Chance: 13.27%
    • Use: Increases experience gained by 300% for one hour. Unavailable to players level 84 and above.

This rare item is extremely popular, providing an astonishing 300% experience bonus and is usable by characters below level 84. The boost is cumulative with other effects, but the buff disappears upon death.

This rare item is the ultimate leveling boost potion. Complete quests ahead of time, then drink this potion before claiming the rewards, and your leveling speed will skyrocket.

If you’ve reached level 90 and no longer need this potion, you can put it up for sale on the auction house, where it will be instantly snatched up by other players, as it’s incredibly popular.

    Aqua Jewel

    • Dropped by: Sahn Tidehunter
    • Drop Chance: 8.43%
    • Use: Increases swim speed by 50% and allows the user to breathe underwater for 10 minutes (1-hour cooldown).

This item has a long cooldown, but you won’t need to be underwater much most of the time in Pandaria.

When you activate this item, you and your mount become translucent, making you invisible to other players if they’re not paying attention. Flying in the air makes it even harder for them to spot you, making it incredibly useful in PvP.

    Helpful Wikky’s Whistle

    • Dropped by: Major Nanners
    • Drop Chance: 42.24%
    • Use: Summons a Helpful Wikky who will search for food and bring back gifts. (2-hour cooldown)

After you summon Helpful Wikky, she disappears. After you kill about 50 monsters, she returns with a bag containing mostly food, potions, and other unused items. While these aren’t particularly valuable, but there’s no need to complain too much about free items.

    Hozen Peace Pipe

    • Max Stack: 20
    • Dropped by: Scritch
    • Drop Chance: 3.94%
    • Use: Increases reputation with the inhabitants of Pandaria by 1000. (7-day cooldown)

This rare item is highly sought after by players, even with its 7-day cooldown. Farming reputation in Pandaria is a chore, and now there’s an item that directly boosts reputation—who wouldn’t want it?

It sells well at the auction house. If you’re looking to earn some WoW MoP gold, try farming Hozen Peace Pipe.

    Battle Horn

    • Dropped by: Blackhoof
    • Drop Chance: 19.76%
    • Use: Using this horn attracts enemies within a 40-yard radius. (2-minute cooldown)

This item is a powerful taunt. If you’re a tank and plan to play Challenge Mode with friends, you should have Battle Horn ready. After using it, enemies will flock to you, allowing you and your team to defeat them with ease.

    Crystal Of Insanity

    • Dropped by: Sulik’shor
    • Drop Chance: 16.28%
    • Use: Increases all stats by 500 points for 1 hour. This effect is equivalent to the battle and guardian potions. (15-minute cooldown)

Crystal of Insanity’s effect is straightforward. It provides stat boosts for all classes, and this effect persists even after death, making it a good, free alternative to flasks.

    Overgrown Lilypad

    • Dropped by: Sele’na
    • Drop Chance: 19.39%
    • Use: Grants you one of Druid’s abilities, based on your class and combat role. Cooldown: 1 hour (only available in the open world of Pandaria).

This rare item is good for all classes except Druids. Druids should avoid using it, as it doesn't work for them. This item grants you a Druid-like buff based on your class and combat type (DPS, Tank, Healer). This buff lasts for one hour, but expires upon death.

    Ancient Pandaren Fishing Charm

    • Use: After using this amulet, you’ll find more fish in the pools of Pandaria for 1 hour.

This item is obtained through questing and cannot be farmed. If you prefer fishing, you can do so after obtaining this item.

All the above are some rare items found only in Pandaria. They all provide significant bonuses and make the game easier, but before you farm them, it’s best to check if you meet the required level.
