You need always participate in T.E.D.D. Tasks, and even if you don't complete the task, the infinite spawning of extra zombies will speed up camouflage unlocking. Completing tasks also rewards Perks, Aether Tools, Salvage, and points needed to upgrade weapons.

Special Camo Challenges

Fireworks Ammo Mod

Fireworks Ammo Mod, when activated, kills all nearby zombies, and each kill adds to your camouflage progress, except for headshot challenges. This method works with all weapons and is the simplest way to complete camouflage challenges in the game.

Combined with Elemental Pop skill, even melee weapons become incredibly easy; you simply need to guide the zombies through the fireworks' blast radius. Note that when using the launcher, always equip PhD Flopper perks to prevent self-inflicted damage.

How To Complete Special Camo Challenges?

Some Special Camo Challenges are the most time-consuming, requiring you to equip different elemental ammo mods to complete them.

You need to gather zombies into hordes and intermittently fire at them. Your goal isn't to kill them, but simply to trigger the ammo mod's effect to gain kill progress. Elemental Pop increases the trigger frequency. Lower weapon power reduces the likelihood of accidentally killing zombies, making it easier to trigger the mod.

Additionally, equipping Vulture Aid skill and Suppressor Muzzle Attachment will cause zombies to drop more Salvage, allowing for faster unlocking and upgrading of ammo modules. Completing T.E.D.D. Tasks also yields a large number of parts.

Decoy Grenades are the best choice for completing "Kills Affected by Tactical Gear" challenges, as they attract zombies to cluster together. If you have Vulture Aid skill, zombies will also drop additional tactical gear you currently possess.

For challenges involving "Kills Affected by Field Upgrades," Tesla Storm is recommended. It immobilizes and weakens zombies, charges quickly, and lasts a long time. If unavailable, Frenzy Guard is a better choice. Speed Cola has an Augment that increases the charging speed of Field Upgrade.

Mastery Camo Challenges

Gold Dragon Camo

Unlocking this camouflage requires completing 10 quick kills, which is very easy in zombie mode and almost impossible to complete. The only potentially slightly difficult situations are when there are insufficient zombies in early rounds or in very high rounds.

Bloodstone Camouflage

This challenge requires unlocking Gold Dragon camouflage on all weapons in a category and achieving 200 kills without taking damage.

Currently, this challenge has a benign bug where you can complete it by getting 200 kills with each weapon, even while taking damage. Once fixed, it will require truly achieving kills without taking damage, which is easier to complete in Directed mode. You can use Fireworks Ammo mod to speed this up, as long as you don't take damage while holding the weapon.

Doom Steel Camouflage

You need to unlock Bloodstone camouflage on 30 weapons first. The challenge is to kill 10 elite zombies with each weapon; this is the final and most tedious part.

The fastest way to unlock this camouflage is by being in Ashes of the Damned in Single Player Directed mode. You need to follow the prompts until you turn on the power, reach the 7th round limit, and receive the quest to retrieve items from Uber Klaus.

When Uber Klaus first spawns, you can kill him, and this counts as one elite kill. After he dies, a special zombie will spawn. Do not kill it, and you can save and quit.

Then, reload the game. Uber Klaus will revive, but you cannot save and quit now. You need to clear all the zombies to reset round 7. When you can save and exit again, only kill Uber Klaus, then save and quit again.

Repeat this process until your weapon achieves 10 elite enemy kills. After completing one weapon, you can continue by using a mystery box or exchanging for a new weapon with a Wall Weapon. Make sure to pack-a-punching your weapon for faster kills. For weaker weapons, you can use other weapons to weaken Uber Klaus first, then switch to the weaker weapon to finish him off and gain progress.

Unlocking camouflage from scratch is a huge waste of time, and since it's in the early stages of the game, there's not much of an effective way to do it right now. You can use Double XP Tokens to speed things up a bit.

While Call of Duty Black Ops 7 hasn't received overwhelmingly positive reviews, it must be acknowledged that it does bring some appealing new gameplay features compared to its predecessors, such as Cursed Mode.

This mode is part of the entire Zombies mode, and its novelty and challenge lie in the fact that you only have a Jager 45 pistol as your weapon at the start.

Carrying items like Molotov cocktails is necessary because only they can hit and light the candles in this trial, while Brain Rot upgrade causes Shock Mimic zombies in Grim Trial to attack each other, reducing your combat pressure.

How To Find Dragon Wings?

The only prerequisite for unlocking this relic is to complete 20 rounds of Zombies mode, then return to Vandorn Farm, turn on the power, and from the farm, hit the following three portals in one time to travel to Janus Towers Plaza:

• 2. The center of the Janus Towers building
• 3. Near the wreckage on the right side of the plaza

CoD BO7 Season 1 will begin this Thursday, December 4th. This update is massive, featuring multiple new maps, new game modes, and new Battle Pass content.

While CoD BO7 doesn't have the largest total number of weapons in the series' history, it's still considerable. New weapons for Season 1 will be released gradually throughout the season at a relatively even pace.

Battle Pass Weapons

These weapons can be obtained immediately upon Season 1 launch by unlocking and progressing through Battle Pass.

KOGOT-7 Fully Automatic SMG

• Acquisition Method: Battle Pass, Page 3 reward.

Ballistic Knife

Season Events Weapons

NX Ravager

You can choose to equip XM325 with 70-round or 85-round magazines, or opt for belt feed, which requires no reloading but can overheat.

XM325 has an extremely high rate of fire, so Rapid Fire is not recommended. Instead, 5.56 Caseless FMJ is recommended, as its higher penetration allows it to cut through more zombies, making every bullet more effective.

Augments:

• Critical Eye: Perfect for XM325 due to its high rate of fire and large magazine capacity.
• Guns Up: Allows you to fire while sprinting, effectively preventing you from being surrounded by zombies.
• Classic Formula: Allows you to reload faster.
• Double Impact: Helps you land consecutive hits, but it can also be used in Double Play.

3. M10 Breacher (Shotgun)

Every shotgun in Call of Duty series is extremely powerful, and M10 Breacher is one of the three initial shotguns in Black Ops 7. It's a pump-action shotgun with extremely high damage per bullet.

5. DS20 Mirage (AR)

DS20 Mirage is an excellent all-around assault rifle. It has a high rate of fire, low recoil, and its headshot bonus is said to be higher than other assault rifles. You can equip 17.1" Abdicator Barrel to further increase the headshot multiplier.

It comes with an underbarrel grenade launcher by default. While seemingly ordinary, it's effective at shooting Zursa Bear's hives, allowing you to quickly eliminate them with main fire. However, this prevents the use of other underbarrel attachments, such as the smoke launcher which might be useful for unlocking Easter eggs in co-op mode. Furthermore, it currently has a firing delay bug, which affects handling.

6. Jäger 45 (Pistol)

Jäger 45 is a very unique dual-wielding pistol, which can also be switched back to single-wielding for greater accuracy. When Pack-a-Punched, it becomes a slug shotgun, serving as an alternative to Mustang and Sally in this game. With its prestige attachment, the gun's range and headshot multiplier will be significantly increased.

Jäger 45 can be considered a top-tier anti-Zursa Bear weapon. Due to its overwhelming strength in testing, it was nerfed before its official release. Jäger 45 has a small magazine capacity and consumes ammo quickly, but this can be compensated for with Deadshot and Mule Kick.

7. M34 Novaline (Marksman)

M34 Novaline is a marksman rifle. Before being Pack-a-Punched, it fires in short bursts, and after Pack-a-Punched, it becomes fully automatic while retaining the high damage of a marksman rifle.

This gun is effective at both close and long range, capable of unleashing a barrage of bullets at close range and dealing precise damage to elite enemies like Zersa Bear at long range. It is incredibly powerful without requiring specific attachments.

8. Ray Gun Mark II

However, Ray Gun Mark II's splash damage is poor, making it less effective than Ray Gun when clearing mobs from cover.

9. Ray Gun

Ray Gun is a classic wonder weapon, even better than in Black Ops 6, partly due to its double-tap rate of fire from the start and the ease of obtaining PhD perk.

Ray Gun's splash damage is excellent for using cover and is also good against Zursa Bears. Without perk limits, it's more versatile than Mark II.

However, if there's a four-perk limit and you plan to play for a long time, you might need to choose Jug, Quick Revive, and Stamina for survival. Choosing PhD means you can't choose Double Tap and Speed Cola, and Ray Gun desperately needs the latter two to compensate for its slow reload speed, while in this case, Mark II is a better choice.

10. Akita (Shotgun)

In cursed mode, Akita grants 10 points for each bullet that hits a zombie. This makes it very easy to earn points with this gun, easily reaching 200,000 to 300,000 points in low waves.

When paired with Dead Point Augment and Dragon's Breath attachment, Akita also offers decent crowd control and elite-killing capabilities.

However, many players struggle to get kills with sniper rifles because they are somewhat clumsy compared to submachine guns and assault rifles. While they can kill with a single shot, the time it takes to aim and scope in makes it easy for opponents to seize the opportunity and eliminate you. Sniper Rifle Selection

• VS Recon: Currently the only bolt-action sniper rifle in the game, it's the best weapon for rapid aiming, offering both excellent handling and a pleasing appearance.

• XR-3 Ion: A gun similar to P-06 from Black Ops 3, it's not only difficult to use but also looks unattractive.

Strelok Laser is the most important attachment for sniping, allowing for high-precision hits before fully aiming and firing during rapid aiming. Due to the slow aiming-fire rate of CoD Black Ops 7, this attachment is essential for any sniper rifle. If you need to equip even more attachments, you can use Gunfighter Wild Card, which allows you to equip up to 8 attachments for your sniper rifle.

Recommended Perks

• Flak Jacket and Tactical Mask: Essential for dealing with explosives and Psychedelic Grenades in most situations.

However, later plans changed, resulting in the retention of some legacy content, such as Nuketown 2025, that didn't align with the final design.

SBMM Controversy

Before the release of Black Ops 7, the developers announced a new matchmaking system to minimize the impact of SBMM. This new system prioritized network connection quality and quickly matched players of varying skill levels, providing a casual gaming experience.

This new system performed well in the Beta, boasting extremely fast matchmaking, very low and stable ping, and accurate hit detection.

However, after the official release, some players reported significantly longer matchmaking times, ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute, unstable ping, and frequent high latency. Hit detection deteriorated, and packet bursts became more frequent. Most matches felt more challenging, with player skill levels seemingly being intentionally matched.

Furthermore, even if a player performs exceptionally well in a match, they might be kicked from their current Persistent Lobbies and required to re-match, contradicting the initial No Disbanding Lobbies claim.

Therefore, players believe the developers lied about Open Matchmaking feature. They believe the official matchmaking mode isn't Classic Matchmaking advertised, and that a strong SBMM (Skill-Based Matchmaking) is still operating behind the scenes.

This ambiguity stems from the developers' use of the "minimum considerations for SBMM" claim in their advertising, which allows for interpretation. This minimum could be 5% or 49%, it's unclear, and players can't verify it.

Games like Battlefield 6, which truly don't have SBMM, offer a significantly more casual and diverse experience than Black Ops 7. This might be due to a large influx of casual players to Battlefield 6, or perhaps Black Ops 7 still retains protected tiers for new players.

Despite optimizations in multiplayer mode, players' feelings about CoD BO7 are similar to its predecessor. While its technology is top-notch in the industry, if it cannot satisfy players in terms of gameplay, then Call of Duty series may not be able to maintain its appeal to players.

CoD BO7 Endgame is a mode unlocked after completing all 11 campaign missions. Up to 32 players will explore Avalon together, and a successful extraction will earn XP and retain acquired weapons.

This mode also features boss battles. You need to level your operator to at least level 40 to participate in this battle. Winning the battle will unlock a No Fear Operator Skin, in addition to Exotic Weapon Case.

You can extract with one field Acquisition, which you can carry into any subsequent match, regardless of your Operator selection.

Skills And Combat Rating

Your abilities, skills, and Combat Rating are tied to your selected Operator. Each Operator's Combat Rating is calculated and upgraded independently.

Operator Skins

Dr. Faulkner is a character who appeared in the campaign mode and has become a Disciple in Endgame. To unlock operator skins, you need to defeat Dr. Faulkner with the corresponding operator and complete the extraction. This will unlock his or her free skin.

How To Defeat Dr. Faulkner?

Preparation

Dr. Faulkner is located on a separate island in the bottom left corner of Avalon, on Protocol Point of Interest.

It's recommended that your Combat Rating be above 45, which will grant a damage and health bonus. If you have teammates assisting (whose Combat Rating should also be at least 45), you can try challenging him around level 40.

Dr. Faulkner summons many zombies, making the battle very intense. Therefore, it's strongly recommended that you have a 4-plate armor vest. Choose your most familiar weapon, but upgrade it to Legendary rarity at least in Tier 4 Zone, and Exotic weapons are even better.

Weapons like War Machine, Hand Cannon, and orange-rarity grenade launchers are very effective against Dr. Faulkner, while AAROW 109 Launcher is especially strong.

Phase 1

You first need to clear the toxic growth or spores throughout the island. These spores are usually distributed in groups of 4-6 inside and outside buildings. It's recommended that you and your teammates divide the work: one teammate is responsible for controlling the area and drawing the zombies' attention, so you can carry some Decoy Grenades. The other teammate can use the grenade launcher to quickly destroy the spores and get the progress bar to 100% as soon as possible.

Phase 2

After you've destroyed all the spores, Dr. Faulkner and elite enemies will appear. You can use the terrain for cover and firing, such as rocks on the coast or rooftops, but remember to watch out for enemies coming from behind.

Make good use of the grappling hook and gliding for movement. Replenish your armor plates at ammo caches in a timely manner.

You can also use active abilities to find a good angle to shoot at Dr. Faulkner, allowing you to deal very effective damage for a period of time. Utilize Drone Pod to damage the boss and surrounding enemies.

Here's also a little trick for stealing victory. Since Endgame is a endless server, other squads' countdowns may have already started when you join.

You can check if other squads are challenging the boss at the start of the game and then join them to form a Platoon, just like in DMZ and MWZ. A team of 6 to 8 people makes the battle much easier.

The End Of The Battle

After defeating Dr. Faulkner, you need to confirm the kill to trigger the cutscene and complete the extraction to obtain the operator skin.

Endgame mode is a very promising mode. Judging from the final cutscene, there should be new bosses and even new maps to come, which is something to look forward to.

When it comes to shooters, since they lack surreal elements, your attacks are based entirely on weapon abilities. Based on this characteristic, Call of Duty: Black Ops series introduced various mechanics to enrich your attack options.

These mechanics are typically represented by perks, supplemented by wildcards, loadouts, etc., whose main function is to grant you new skills or buffs after adding them.

In Black Ops 7, released on November 14th, the game further optimized the perk system through slot changes and perk merging, while also introducing 9 wildcards.

Perks act more like external skills; you can select and equip them to improve your movement and combat efficiency. Wildcards, on the other hand, allow you to customize your setup in unique ways, such as carrying more weapons or perks.

Black Ops 7 Perks Overview

First, you need to know that each Black Ops 7 character only has three perk slots. This means that without special wildcard buffs, you can only equip a maximum of three perks.

All perks are divided into three categories: Enforcer (offensive), Recon (re-conative), and Strategist (supportive), represented by red, blue, and green icons.

Without wildcards, the number of perks available per slot is limited. Therefore, careful selection is necessary to maximize the effectiveness of all perks.

If you're unsure whether certain perks are right for you, you can equip them and buy CoD Black Ops 7 bot lobbies to test them in a more relaxed and safer combat environment.

Best Slot 1 Perks

Players generally seem to prefer equipping green and blue perks for the first two slots, as they focus on survivability, mobility, and basic defense, as well as awareness, gear operation, and counter-tactics, respectively.

Best Slot 2 Perks

In the second slot, we highly recommend equipping the green Fast Hands. Its effect is to allow you to switch weapons faster and extend the fuse time when throwing grenades.

The first effect is easy to understand: in a fast-paced shooter like BO7, once your primary weapon's ammo is depleted, if you can't switch weapons in time, you're likely to be killed by the enemy. Having Fast Hands significantly increases your survivability.

The second effect, while seemingly contradicting "fast," actually gives you more time to think and adjust your aim when throwing grenades, maximizing the explosive damage.

Another perk worth including in slot 2 is Vigilance. Belonging to Recon category, it helps you gather more intelligence. More specifically, this usually manifests as increased mini-map visibility or immunity to enemy jammers.

Best Slot 3 Perks

In this slot, we'll focus on recommending red perks, such as Bankroll. It rewards you with 150 Scorestreaks upon respawning, with the potential to unlock more Scorestreaks that provide supplies.

Another worthwhile red perk is Looper, which allows you to repeatedly gain Scorestreaks from the same hit, ideal for racking up points or breaking win streaks.

If you want to equip Recon or Strategist type perks in this slot, the blue Tracker is highly recommended. It displays the approximate location of nearby enemies and their footsteps on the mini-map.

More importantly, if you're aiming later, this perk can automatically mark enemies and immediately show the direction of the next nearest enemy on the mini-map after a kill.

What Are Combat Specialties?

The game allows you to unlock combat specialties as new buffs based on the types of all the perks you end up equipping. If you equip all three slots with perks of the same color, you can unlock the following core specialties:

• All red - Enforcer: Briefly increases your movement and health regeneration speed.
• All green - Strategist: Increases target score, speeds up equipment deployment, and reduces distance.
• All blue - Recon: Immediately sees the direction of the nearest target after respawning.

If at least two of the three perks are of different categories, you can unlock the following hybrid specialties:

• Red and blue - Scout: After being killed by bullets, you are completely hidden on the enemy mini-map for 5 seconds.
