  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Top 4 Side Quests That Are Both Fun And Rewarding!

    Posted: Sep 11, 2025

Like most RPGs, New World: Aeternum's main quests are essential for continuous game progression, unlocking crucial endgame content and potentially dropping powerful items essential for participating in advanced challenges and dungeons.

But while we're rushing through these main quests, don't overlook the picturesque side quests. Completing them is often crucial for earning valuable New World Aeternum coins, XP, faction reputation, and unique gear.

More importantly, side quests often take you across the open world, encouraging spontaneous exploration beyond the main storyline and deepening your understanding of the game's lore and environment.

So, here we're diving into the fantastic side quests in New World: Aeternum Season 9, offering not only bountiful loot but also immersive interactions with characters across diverse areas.

Even better, these quests are incredibly quick, taking just over ten minutes to complete once you've completed the prerequisites. This means that completing these fun side quests is a great way to unwind when you're tired of the main storyline!

New World Aeternum Season 9 Top 4 Side Quests That Are Both Fun And Rewarding!

    1. Secrets Of The Heartgem

Secrets of the Heartgem might sound like the title of a romance novel, but don't be misled. This quest will unlock one of the most powerful tools in New World - Heartrune.

Think of Heartrune as your character's ultimate ability. It's a flashy, powerful gem that charges over time, allowing you to use it at the right moment. Whether you prefer to create massive explosions with Detonate or defend yourself with Stoneform, Heartrune adds a whole new layer of power to your combat.

Secrets of the Heartgem quest itself unlocks as you progress through the main storyline and is definitely worth the detour. If you've reached level 60 and have made sufficient progress in the main quest, you'll unlock this quest northeast of Brimstone Sands.

To complete the quest, you'll need to travel extensively to collect special materials, learn about the ancient technology behind runes, and piece them together like a puzzle.

But as we mentioned before, it's not a very long quest, and the rewards are well worth it.

Once completed, you'll receive your first Heartrune and unlock the ability to equip and charge it in battle. So, if you're the type of adventurer who enjoys blowing things up and wants to gain more attack power or survive longer, Secrets of the Heartgem is a side quest you definitely don't want to miss.

New World Aeternum Secrets of the Heartgem

By the way, if you want to upgrade your Heartrune and unlock more powerful abilities, then searching for Writ of Adventure is the next step. These Writs of Adventure can be used to upgrade some very commonly used Heartrunes, making them more powerful, allowing you to inflict greater damage on enemies or better protect yourself.

You can acquire Writs of Adventure daily from your faction's store, but there's a daily limit. Luckily, there's a way to stockpile them without spending a penny: complete quests in the Brimstone Sands.

There are 22 different quests scattered across the sands, each rewarding you with Writs of Adventure for free. So explore Brimstone Sands as soon as possible, you'll thank me!

    2. The Silver Crows

The Silver Crows is one of the few side stories in New World that feels like more than just busywork.

Completing the first quest in this quest chain rewards you with a Tier 5 bag, which has some pretty cool perks, most notably Lasting Consumption, which extends the lifespan of Food, Honing Stones, and Ward Potions. Combined with the added encumbrance, this bag isn't just a free upgrade; it's a genuine quality-of-life enhancement.

New World Aeternum The Silver Crows

So, if your inventory is always full, your Azoth stacks are low, or you simply want to get more regeneration during mid-battle rest, don't miss The Silver Crows questline.

When you're ready, fast travel to any Silver Crows location on the map and speak to Grace O'Malley. After about four minutes, you'll receive your bag.

    3. Sand Walkers

Some side quests reward you with equipment, others with New World Coins. Sand Walkers quests, however, offer the chance to unlock hidden treasures in the open world and are definitely worth doing.

Completing this quest rewards you with a Runeglass Case, which not only looks cool but is also a highly sought-after item that fetches a good price at Trading Post. Of course, the exact profit will vary depending on your server's economy, but this small case is likely to yield a substantial return.

Thus, completing Sand Walkers quest is a perfect side hustle for any savvy adventurer looking to make some quick bucks.

    4. My Kingdom For A Horse

If you own Rise of the Angry Earth expansion, then My Kingdom for a Horse quest is definitely a must-do. Completing it unlocks a mount. Once you reach level 25, you can complete this quest in Everfall.

As we all know, New World mounts aren't just for looks; they significantly increase your speed across the vast island of Aeternum, allowing you to enter combat faster and making foraging or escaping tricky situations a breeze.

In short, mounts make once-tedious tasks a breeze, freeing you up to collect loot, complete quests, and defeat bosses.

New World Aeternum My Kingdom for a Horse

These are some of the most exciting quests in New World: Aeternum. Whether you're looking to earn 725 gear score items, earn more gold, or simply want to relax and experience a different pace from the main quests, these quests are definitely worth your time and will make your adventure even more exciting!

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Hammer Of Yeet Hatchet PvP Build Crafting

    Posted: Sep 11, 2025

Although we're already halfway through New World Aeternum Season 9, you can still continue developing more builds. This will help you accumulate more resources now, saving time exploring new builds or farming basic materials in Season 10.

Thanks to the addition of new artifacts, most effective Season 9 builds, whether for PvE or PvP, rely on these artifacts. Hammer of Yeet Hatchet build we're introducing this time is no exception.

So, what is its role as a PvP build, and how can you craft it during Season 9? We'll explain.

New World Aeternum Season 9 Hammer Of Yeet Hatchet PvP Build Crafting

    What Is Hammer Of Yeet?

In New World Aeternum, the effectiveness of a build largely depends on the gear it's paired with. The more powerful the gear itself, the more New World Aeternum coins you can save on acquiring additional gear and redeem them for more useful consumables.

The most important piece of gear for Hammer of Yeet Hatchet Build is Hammer of Yeet, a War Hammer-type artifact with the following basic stats:

    • 90 Base Damage
    • 6.0% Critical Hit Chance
    • 1.20 Critical Damage Multiplier
    • 64.0 Block Stamina Damage
    • 64.0 Stagger Damage
    • 27% Block Stability
    • 295 Strike Damage
    • +38 Magnify (selectable attribute)

This artifact also grants you random perks and the following specific combat effects over time:

    • Yeet: Increases push distance by 300% and base damage of all war hammers by 10%. After Sundering Clear Out ignites the first enemy hit, turning it into a projectile, dealing 100% weapon damage to all targets it passes through.
    • Sundering Clear Out: Inflicts a Shred effect on enemies, reducing their armor by 24% for 7 seconds.
    • Plagued Strikes: Allows you to inflict Diseases effect lasting 8 seconds with your heavy attacks, reducing the target enemy's healing received by 26% and its output healing by 13%.
    • Alternating Enchantment: Within 5 seconds of hitting an enemy with a basic attack, the base damage of your next skill hitting the enemy is increased by 10%, and the base damage of your next basic attack is also increased by 10%.

If you've been playing New World Aeternum, you've noticed a lot of negative effects. Hammer of Yeet can shorten the duration of these negative effects, improving your survivability.

    Djinn Headwrap

This is a worthwhile medium headwear armor artifact that provides protection against elemental and physical damage and also provides additional perks. Its other combat uses are as follows:

    • Shrug Off: While you're affected by non-crowd-control negative effects, the base duration of the effect is reduced by 20%.
    • Empty Socket: Allows you to insert a gem for additional benefits.
    • Vigor: Reduces the base duration of your Burn, Bleed, and Poison effects by 22%. Invigorated: Your base duration of Weaken, Disease, Exhaust, and Rend is reduced by 15%.

As you can see, this armor further reduces your susceptibility to enemy debuffs, building on the benefits of Hammer of Yeet. Given the increased uncertainty and danger of PvP combat, this benefit is extremely valuable.

Buy New World Aeternum Coins At IGGM.com Up to 5% OFF

    Artifact Synergy

After completing the initial Hammer of Yeet Hatchet build with the above artifacts, a healthy synergy will increase your stamina regeneration by 15% when your health drops below 50%. Furthermore, when your stamina drops below 50%, your healing is increased by 15%.

So, if you want to continuously heal, you can intentionally let your stamina drop below 50% to receive the extra 15% healing, which then triggers the regeneration. Repeating this process will allow you to continuously receive the extra 15% healing throughout the fight.

    The Importance Of The Hatchet

Optimizing your hatchet's stats is another key element of this build. The hatchet is essentially a DPS weapon in the game, dealing significant AoE damage, and its effectiveness increases the more enemies around you.

Since the hatchet's stats scale with your Strength and Agility, it's recommended to maintain a balanced balance between Strength and Agility while aiming for 350 points of Strength. If you need more Constitution, you can also take 50-75 points from Agility.

The final hatchet's stats are determined by your highest gear score. Therefore, you'll need to maintain sufficient Constitution to survive as you level up, aiming to reach critical breakthrough points as close as possible.

    Other Gear Selections

After obtaining the two most important artifacts, other tips to keep in mind are: First, when choosing boots, try to choose ones that provide sufficient speed bonuses to ensure you can dodge or escape quickly if you're outmatched in PvP combat.

Second, when pairing other armor, avoid overly lightweight or overly defensive items. The right weight will help you achieve the benefits of the medium gear loadout we'll introduce later.

    Choose The Medium Gear Loadout

If you choose a medium gear loadout, you'll gain a balance of damage, survivability, and mobility in combat, including a 10% damage bonus, side-jump evasion, and increased crowd control duration.

However, to complete a medium gear loadout, you must ensure that the total weight of your combined armor pieces falls within a specific range. To do this, you'll need to determine your armor perks and then mix and match armor pieces of varying weights.

That's all for this guide. While the game will change with the release of Season 10, this build is expected to remain effective with the appropriate adjustments! So if you haven't found a PvP build that works for you yet, give it a try!

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 New Capture The Flag PvP Mode: How To Play It Deeply?

    Posted: Sep 08, 2025

Like most MMORPGs, New World Aeternum's gameplay can be broadly divided into two main components: PvE and PvP. While both revolve around earning loot through combat, their modes and underlying mechanics differ.

Compared to progressive PvE content (such as dungeons or other open-world events that unlock gradually based on your character's level), PvP can be considered fully end-game content, and therefore more challenging.

So, while you can theoretically experience PvP at any level, you still need to strengthen your character and understand the relevant rules to ensure you survive as long as possible while earning New World coins.

For this reason, this article will focus on the key gameplay of Season 9's new PvP mode, Capture the Flag, while also introducing the game's existing PvP mechanics to minimize unnecessary confusion.

New World Aeternum Season 9 New Capture The Flag PvP Mode: How To Play It Deeply?

    New World Aeternum PvP Overview

First, it's important to clarify why you'd want to participate in PvP in New World. The primary value of PvP activities lies in the numerous rewards they offer.

Participating in various PvP activities will reward you with PvP experience and Azoth Salt. PvP experience can help you advance your PvP reward track, unlocking rewards and sometimes even offering a chance to win an artifact.

However, experience only helps you qualify for these rewards; Azoth Salt is the actual currency you must consume to ultimately receive them.

PvP activities that reward experience and Azoth Salt can be broadly categorized as open-world PvP, dedicated PvP zones, and special PvP events. Capture the Flag falls into the last category.

    Capture The Flag Overview

This gameplay first appeared in New World Aeternum Season 8, but it wasn't officially incorporated into the overall PvP system until Season 9, with the introduction of two unique maps.

In this mode, each faction consists of 10 players. You must work with your teammates to capture as many flags as possible to earn more power-ups and springboards, ultimately defeating the opposing faction.

Although Capture the Flag matches are short, they are highly engaging and emphasize competition and strategy, making them highly worthy of being played. More importantly, the more matches you win, the greater the rewards you earn.

Tips For Playing Capture The Flag

To maximize your rewards in this mode, you need to be careful not only in combat but also from the very beginning, when selecting your character.

    Choosing The Right Role

Before the battle begins, you'll join a queue for Capture the Flag. You'll be asked to choose between a DPS, Tank, or Healer role. To ensure your team's integrity and avoid dragging down others, it's best to choose the role you excel in.

    • DPS: Deal as much damage to the opposing team as possible.
    • Tank: Maintain high defense and health to become the flag bearer.
    • Healer: Continuously heals teammates and provides increased protection for the tank as they race back to base with the flag.

    Equip Sufficient Boosts

Before battle, you can craft or exchange food items to use to enhance certain combat attributes of your character for the duration of the battle. Other items that enhance your offensive and defensive abilities are also worth equipping.

You should also carry consumables such as potions to restore health or replenish mana, such as health potions, mana potions, regeneration potions, and even Oakflesh Balms or gemstone dust.

    Capture The Flag Buffs

In addition to your own buffs, during the Capture the Flag event, available buffs will be displayed on the map via glowing icons. These buffs can restore health or increase your damage output and speed.

However, these buffs are time-limited; once you acquire them, a timer begins until their effect expires. Therefore, during battle, keep an eye out for nearby buffs based on your location on the map to gain an extra advantage.

    How Do You Score?

The main gameplay of Capture the Flag is to capture the enemy team's flag and bring it back to your base. If you bring the flag back to your own flag spawn point and ensure it remains uncaptured, you earn a point.

Of course, to win the match, you must score more points than the enemy team. Therefore, while striving to capture the enemy flag, be mindful of protecting any teammates holding the opposing team's flag.

Also, regardless of your role, you can take advantage of opportunities to target enemies who may be holding your flag. Killing them causes the flag to drop and respawn back to your base, helping your team score more points.

    What Rewards Are Available?

In addition to the standard coins, PvP experience, and Azoth Salt, winning a Capture the Flag match also grants you faction reputation, faction tokens, dark matter, a crate with level 65 gear, some seasonal experience, and even a gypsum.

Other PvP Activities Worth Participating In

First, upon reaching level 17, you unlock access to open-world PvP at any time. Defeating others in this situation earns rewards, but if you unfortunately die, you don't lose anything.

In addition, the game hosts scheduled open-world PvP events called Influence Races every night in designated areas. Other PvP events include:

    • Wars
    • Cutlass Keys - PvP Zone
    • Outpost Rush
    • 3v3 Arenas

Each event has its own rules, so if you plan to play them for rewards, you'll need to understand their details beforehand.

That's all for this introduction. We hope it helps you achieve more victories and rewards in Capture the Flag mode! Have fun!

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Void Gauntlet Healer PvE Build Skills, Gear And Playstyle

    Posted: Sep 03, 2025

In most MMOs, healer build is an essential role in almost every PvE raid. But honestly, more players prefer damage-dealing roles like DPS or tanks over supporting healers. After all, who wants to be a supporting character?

However, the healing role in New World: Aeternum is completely different from the gameplay in other MMOs. Healing isn't your only role; you can also serve as a supporting DPS within your team. Simply put, instead of relying solely on Life Staff for meager damage during raids, you can choose other primary weapons based on it and only switch to Life Staff when needed.

New World Aeternum Season 9 Void Gauntlet Healer PvE Build Skills, Gear And Playstyle

    Void Gauntlet

For increased efficiency, our primary weapon here is Void Gauntlet, a magic weapon whose damage scales with Intelligence and Focus, making it extremely useful in PvE scenarios.

While it's not necessarily a primary damage dealer, it can still deal a significant amount of total damage through its raw damage potential, DoT effects, and Ailments.

Here, let's break down why Void Gauntlet is such a vital weapon for any team and explain how to build the most well-rounded healer around this key weapon.

    New World Aeternum Void Gauntlet

    Skills

Void Gauntlet's gameplay is simple: attack with Void Blade skill, keeping Oblivion and Essence Rupture active.

    Void Blade

When I say Void Blade here, I'm referring to melee attacks. Attacking with Void Blade applies Disintegrate status effect to the target, reducing the enemy's armor by up to 30%, significantly increasing the damage they take.

    Oblivion

Oblivion is an extremely powerful skill: everyone within it gains 15% Empower, and if you attack an enemy while standing within it, you apply Weaken to them, reducing their damage by 5%.

    Essence Rupture

Essence Rupture is your primary survival tool. Your team's DPS doesn't rely on healing from Sacred Ground or Beacon; instead, they rely on Lifesteal. Essence Rupture allows them to drain health from boss attacks, making it crucial for survival.

Void Gauntlet Healer PvE build is melee-focused, as melee generally outperforms ranged.

As a healer, it's easier to heal clustered melee players than ranged players wandering around outside the healing area.

However, even ranged players can be disabled. By applying Essence Rupture to enemies, if they take damage, they simply keep attacking and their health will automatically regenerate without you having to monitor them. This allows you to provide passive healing, buff your team with Empower, and weaken enemies with Rend and Weaken.

Buy New World Aeternum Coins At IGGM.com Up to 5 OFF

    Sacred Ground

Void Gauntlet also maintains health through Lifesteal, so any buffs and debuffs you create will also apply to you.

Tanks are often responsible for controlling the aggro and taking constant damage. Because of their low DPS, they also have weaker Lifesteal. This is where Sacred Ground comes in handy. Not only does it heal enemies, but Fortifying Sacred Ground perk also boosts the tank's armor, making them more vulnerable to damage and requiring fewer heals.

    Beacon

Beacon, on the other hand, has a wide radius. If placed properly, it can affect both DPS and tanks. If used with a Keen Beacon, it can also increase critical damage, boosting your team's DPS.

    Orb of Protection

The final skill you'll need is Orb of Protection, which not only heals enemies but also provides Fortify. With its short cooldown, combined with Refreshing Move and Revitalize passives, you can use it frequently when necessary. Additionally, your light attacks passively heal allies through Blissful Touch when they pass through them.

    Gear

As for gear, our top artifact pick is Attuned Leather Pants, obtained during the main storyline, which boost stats and help you reach your critical hit threshold. You don't need any specific weapon perks, so gearing up is easier than you might think.

New World Aeternum Attuned Leather Pants

Light Hoplite armor comes with Enchanted Ward and Refreshing perks, which is exactly what Void Gauntlet needs. If you're looking for a BiS, opt for Silken Litham, a helmet with Savior perk; there's also Silken Cocoon Chestwear, which increases critical strike chance.

For boots, any piece of gear with Enchanted Ward will do. If you are a rookie and don't have more New World coins, start with 675 faction gear, which also comes with Health, Enchanted Ward, and Refreshing, making it the perfect starter for a healer.

    Jewelry

For jewelry, start with Amulets: The perks you should aim for first are Health and Protection. Other perks don't matter: Empowered, Fortified, or anything else will do.

For rings, the most important perks are Hearty, followed by Sacred and Keen Awareness; you don't need many other perks.

For earrings, it depends on your preference. For example, Endless Thirst, Hoplite Earring, or any earring with Refreshing Toast and Empowering Toast are all good choices.

Change Your Playstyle Depending On The Situation

Finally, it's important to emphasize that this playstyle isn't optimal for every situation. Not all teams rely on the environment, and some bosses are more vulnerable to ranged attacks. Therefore, as a healer, you must adapt to each situation and flexibly change your playstyle.

If your team plays ranged, your Void Blade will lose its Disintegrate effect. Therefore, my recommendation is to switch to Lifetaker, which will apply Disintegrate on ranged attacks.

Then, place Oblivion below your team and keep Essence Rupture effect active. This way, you can still maintain healing and debuffing effects without losing them.

In summary, this is the best way to play Void Gauntlet Healer in New World Aeternum, but remember, the best way isn't the only way. If you're struggling in the survival lane, you can always switch to a lightweight item to gain higher armor and increase your Constitution.

The more you play, the more you'll understand boss mechanics and enemy attack patterns, and over time you can safely lower your Constitution and upgrade to higher-damage gear.

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Artifact Ranks And Acquisition Methods

    Posted: Sep 02, 2025

The biggest difference between New World Aeternum and current MMOs is that PvP is the core of the game. While the PVE portion is also exciting, and you can earn gear through raids, whether you're looking for XP, gear, or New World Aeternum coins, you must participate in PVP.

Whether in PvP or PvE, your gear is crucial. Beyond legendary items, there's another type of item that can significantly improve your game, Artifact.

New World Aeternum Season 9 Artifact Ranks And Acquisition Methods

    How To Upgrade Your Artifact?

Artifacts are the highest-level equipment in the game, encompassing weapons, rings, and armor. Each piece represents a powerful element, sometimes even the core of your build. Whether in PvP or PvE, the boosts provided by Artifacts are undeniable. If someone possesses an Artifact and you don't, you'll be at a disadvantage in combat.

While there are many Artifacts, you can only equip a maximum of one Artifact weapon, one piece of Artifact armor, and one piece of Artifact jewelry. Furthermore, once you obtain an Artifact, it's not yet in its final form; you still need to repair it.

Broken artifacts require two upgrades, reaching levels 700 and 725, respectively. Repairing these requires collecting materials. You can click on your artifact to see what materials it requires. Generally, you'll need the following materials:

    • Golden Scored Coconut: Obtain one weekly in PvP zones.
    • Gorgon Knight Inductor: Obtain one weekly by completing Hive of Gorgons raid.
    • Chromatic Seal and Gypsum Orbs: Sold by other players.
    • Dark Matter: Farming dungeons.

These are the basic materials. The remaining artifact types and perk modules are up to you. Each upgrade consumes a significant amount of New World Aeternum coins, so prioritize what you need.

    Recommended Artifacts

    Weapons Artifacts

    1. Crescent Wave (Greatsword)

This artifact is the most disruptive artifact in Season 9. It's overpowered in both PvP and PvE, with exceptionally high damage. It pairs well with Opal and is suitable for light, medium, and heavy armor builds.

It's a Level 20 reward in Season 9 Pass. It's best obtained in Season 9, as it becomes more difficult to obtain in Season 10.

    2. Infernal (Fire Staff)

Infernal is a top-tier artifact for ranged casters. It deals 15% more damage to targets within 15 meters and scales with strength. It can be combined with Hatchet or Hammer for a Strength-focused build, or Ice Gauntlet or Void Gauntlet for an Occultist build.

You must defeat Commander Marius in Imperium Forge expedition at Mutation Level 1 or higher to obtain this item.

    3. Pestilence (Blunderbuss)

This artifact's attacks stack with reduced healing received and healing effects (diseases) applied to the target, and deal 8% additional damage to poisoned and diseased targets.

This weapon can be paired with any magic weapon (such as Ice Gauntlets or Fire Staff) or melee power weapon. Its core purpose is to counter healing and lifesteal builds.

You must be at PvP track level 50 or higher for this artifact to appear as a reward.

    4. Finisher (Rapier)

Finisher deals 15% more damage to bleeding targets and reduces skill cooldowns. It offers very high DPS in PvE and is also excellent in PvP.

It can be paired with Musket, Bow, Spear, Ice Gauntlet, and Fire Staff.

You'll need to travel to Isle of Zurvān and defeat Montrapala the Unruled. The steps to summon this boss are somewhat tedious, so it's best to have some help beforehand.

    5. Serenity (Greatsword)

Serenity is the best tanking greatsword, arguably second only to Crescent Wave. Its offensive stance grants stacking damage (Empower), while its defensive stance grants armor (Fortify).

You need to be at least level 30 on PvP track to obtain this greatsword.

    6. Deep Freeze (Ice Gauntlet)

Deep Freeze is a strong ice mega choice, slightly inferior to Infernal. It deals 15% bonus damage to frozen, rooted, or chilled enemies (effective when dual-wielding).

This is a mutated version of Glacial Tarn dungeon drop.

    7. Lifetaker (Void Gauntlet)

Lifetaker grants Disintegrate to your ranged attacks. If your Dexterity stat is higher, the damage scales with Dexterity, dealing continuous damage to enemies.

You need to kill Pugnacious Perutu on Isle of Zurvan to obtain this artifact.

Buy New World Aeternum Coins At IGGM.com Up to 5 OFF

    Armor Artifacts

    1. Attuned Leather Pants (Medium Legwear)

Attuned Leather Pants grant +11 to all stats, making them the best armor for PvE DPS. You can obtain these by completing Elysian Wilds main quest.

    2. Tumbler Feetwraps (Light Footwear)

Tumbler Feetwraps grant significant buffs and health regeneration after a successful dodge, making them the best armor for PvP. They are obtained from Outpost Rush chests and require you to play Outpost Rush mode.

    3. Featherweight (Light Chestwear)

Featherweight is a phenomenal choice for mages and healers in both PvP and PvE. It can be considered light armor, but offers the properties of medium armor. You'll need to defeat the boss Ner'Mur in Fungal Ridge repeatedly in Elian Wilds to obtain it.

    4. Nimble Coat (Medium Chestwear)

Nimble Coat is an excellent choice for PvE DPS and healers, especially when paired with a Finisher Rapier build, providing an 8% maximum cooldown reduction. You can only obtain it if you reach 100 or higher in your PvP Track.

    5. Void Darkplate (Heavy Chestwear)

Void Darkplate not only increases armor by 20% but also comes with excellent perks, practically transforming the experience for tank players. It's one of the final rewards in Mutated version of Barnacles dungeon.

    6. Ironheart (Heavy Legwear)

Ironheart increases your maximum health by 20% when not wearing a full heavy armor loadout. It's a powerful core component of certain PvP builds. You can obtain this item once your PvP track reaches level 30 or higher.

    7. Creed Boots (Light Footwear)

Creed Boots grant massive bonus damage with backstabs and headshots, inflict Weakness, and buff yourself, making them perhaps the ultimate melee assassin's artifact.

They were a Season Pass reward in Season 5, but now you need to farm for enemy drops at Atlas's Foundry in Ebonscale Reach.

    8. Winged Leather Shoes (Medium Footwear)

Winged Leather Shoes increase Haste by 50% and increase base damage by 10% while in Haste. This artifact can only be obtained by defeating Helianthus, the open-world boss in Alysian Wilds zone.

    Jewelry Artifacts

    1. Blooddrinker (Ring Jewelry)

Blooddrinker grants 25% lifesteal. Although its Ghoul's Harmony damage reduction is shown as -25%, it actually only reduces damage by about 12-14%. It's a versatile artifact suitable for solo, PvE, and PvP.

Blooddrinker is one of the final rewards in Mutated version of Starstone Barrows dungeon.

    2. Endless Thirst (Earring Jewelry)

Endless Thirst increases the effectiveness of healing potions by 33% and increases the cooldown of survival and mana potions by 25%. It's particularly useful for healers and lightly armored ranged players. It can be obtained by completing Mutated version of Savage Divide expedition.

    3. Ankh (Amulet Jewelry)

Ankh significantly increases the healing effect of all non-potion healing (+25%), but reduces life steal and potion effectiveness. It's extremely powerful when grouped with a healer, but useless when playing solo. It's the reward in PvP track (level 50 and above).

    4. Old Crown (Medium Headwear)

Old Crown increases all stats by +11 and provides a small amount of dual resistance. It's a solid multi-stat option for both PvP and PvE, but it's not top-tier. You can obtain it as a reward in the PvP track (level 30 and above).

There are many artifacts, but not all of them are incredibly useful. The recommended artifacts above are useful in all situations. It's not recommended to prioritize artifacts obtained from Season Pass in Season 9, as their drops will become more random and unpredictable next season.

You'll also find many artifacts on PvP track. You can choose between the 3v3 Arena and Outpost Rush modes, which are fast and easy, and both offer rewards like New World coins.

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Crescent Wave PvE Build: How To Craft It?

    Posted: Aug 27, 2025

While every mechanic or seasonal content in New World Aeternum will eventually be fully explored, you can always craft new builds by combining countless skills, gear, and perks, boosting your combat power while also having extra fun.

More importantly, as you know, Season 9 introduces a plethora of artifacts to the game, further enriching your build crafting options. With that in mind, this time we’re introducing Crescent Wave PvE Build based on Crescent’s Wave.

New World Aeternum Season 9 Crescent Wave PvE Build: How To Craft It?

    Reliable Weapons

First and foremost, Crescent’s Wave is undoubtedly essential. As a greatsword artifact, the key to its effectiveness throughout the build lies in one of its effects, Crescent Wave.

This effect launches a projectile forward from your heavy attack when your health is above 50%, dealing 150% weapon damage to enemies. This effect also reduces your melee heavy attack damage by 50%, and each wave consumes 20 mana.

Additionally, it’s recommended to add an Opal to this weapon. This will grant Crescent’s Wave an additional 12% damage when your health bar is below full.

For your offhand weapon, we recommend adding the hatchet, one of the most powerful damage-focused weapons in New World Aeternum PvE. It’s also highly forgiving and easy to play, making it a great way to level up quickly in PvE.

    Best Perks

Perks in New World are special effects that can be attached to gear, granting additional benefits, such as Enchanted Ward for reduced damage, Refreshing for reduced skill cooldowns, and Health for increased vitality.

Equipping an Artifact grants you exclusive perks. Whether you’re looking to boost your build’s damage, survivability, or utility, perks are essential.

For Crescent Wave PvE build, Vicious perk is the first choice. It increases your critical damage by 7.3% and is compatible with a wide range of gear types.

Another powerful perk is Keen Berserk, which has different effects depending on the weapon you equip:

    • Hatchet: Gain +21% critical chance and +21% critical damage while in Berserk.
    • Other Weapons: Gain +13% critical chance and +13% critical damage while in Berserk.

This perk obviously synergies perfectly with your off-hand weapon, the hatchet, allowing you to deal even more damage while in Berserk.

However, it’s recommended to use the hatchet only after you’ve depleted mana in greatsword Crescent’s Wave to maximize Keen Berserk’s effectiveness.

    Weapon Perks

In addition to the perks mentioned above, you should also add several other weapon perks. These perks can provide bonuses like direct damage boosts, critical hits, and specific skill effects. The choice depends on your weapon and combat style.

The following weapon perks are worth acquiring for this build:

    • Skyward Slash: Deals 50% weapon damage and grants two stacks of 5% Rend for 10 seconds.
    • Relentless Freedom: When equipped with a Greatsword, removes roots and slows, and increases the critical strike chance of Relentless Rush by 20%.

    How To Choose Heartrunes?

Heartrunes, also known as Heartgem runes in the game, are a system of ultimate abilities that grant you additional powerful effects in combat. Heartrunes come in three tiers: minor, major, and legendary. You can upgrade lower-tier runes at the stonecutting table.

Runes typically drop when farming New World coins in Expeditions, or you can craft them yourself. To activate a rune, equip it in your inventory, charge it by dealing damage, and then activate it by pressing the designated hotkey.

For this build, we recommend starting with Cut Pristine Moonstone. Applying this to any gem-socketed gear grants one of the following effects:

    • Exhilarate IV: +20% damage while all your active weapon abilities are on cooldown.
    • Slash Ward IV: +4.8% slash damage absorption.

Another great rune, or gem (whatever you want to call it), is Major Heartrune of Detonate. It charges you for 3 seconds, then explodes, dealing 100% Heartrunes damage to targets within a 5-meter radius.

Also, if you have the stamina to spare, I recommend equipping Brutal Heartrune of Fire Storm. It unleashes a tornado of fire that deals 100% Heartrunes damage and burns all targets it hits.

In addition, this burning effect deals an additional 30% Heartrunes damage per second for 6 seconds, and grants 10% buff to allies within range.

    Best Armor Choices

For any build, simply having a lethal weapon isn’t enough. Unless it’s truly powerful enough to deliver a one-hit kill on a boss, you need reliable armor to survive.

For this reason, we recommend starting with light armor for this build, which provides increased speed, mobility, and attack damage, as well as a 15% damage bonus - Attuned Leather Pants are a good option.

Next, you’ll want to pair it with medium gloves and light chest armor. Overall, Crescent Wave PvE build requires you to keep your gear as light as possible to attack and dodge more quickly.

    Bring Plenty Of Potions

Although potions in the game are consumable items that only provide short-term benefits, they can be a game-changer in a crucial moment.

Given the nature of the build, we recommend carrying as many mana potions and shield-infusing potions as possible - they increase armor by 50% for the next three attacks. Health potions are also essential.

That’s all for this article. If you’ve already obtained Crescent’s Wave artifact but don’t know how to use it, try following our builds crafting guide!

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Azoth Salt Farming Guide: How To Quickly Earn PvP Currency By Crafting Infused Alkahest?

    Posted: Aug 25, 2025

New World Aeternum Season 9, like previous releases, adds several new artifacts to the game, giving players more options for optimizing their builds. Obtaining these Artifacts is also very simple, just keep advancing your PvP Reward Track progress.

Have you unlocked all the artifacts yet? Or do you see those shiny artifacts just around the corner but lack Azoth Salt to redeem them? Apparently, Azoth Salt is the PvP currency that players used to unlock corresponding PvP track rewards.

Here, we'll reveal the best ways to farm this Azoth Salt PvP currency to help you quickly unlock all available artifacts and valuable items in the Reward Track.

New World Aeternum Season 9 Azoth Salt Farming Guide: How To Quickly Earn PvP Currency By Crafting Infused Alkahest?

    Preparation

The primary method we'll use here is Infused Alkahest crafting, but it might be a bit different than you might expect.

    Reaching The Relevant Levels

First, you need to reach Arcana Level 100 to begin crafting, and you'll also need a tier 5 Camp. Therefore, if you're at a lower level, you may need to wait a while or start stockpiling the resources you need until your Camp reaches the maximum level.

    Gathering Crafting Materials

Next, you'll need to acquire a large amount of Hyssop, Water, and Azoth Water. Depending on your server, these items can be quite expensive, so be sure to monitor price trends and try to acquire as many of them as possible at the lowest possible prices to save some New World coins.

Azoth Water is often the most expensive, so if you really want to save money, it's recommended to farm it yourself. The best place to farm Azoth Water is generally considered the Reekwater area, specifically near Forecastle Drift, following the circular path around the moat in the World Dungeon.

Please keep in mind the Infused Alkahest crafting ratio when gathering your materials: 10 Hyssop : 1 Water : 1 Azoth Water. Because you'll be performing these operations frequently, the quantity and ratio of materials will be a key factor in your returns.

A quick tip: You can always keep water in the consumable slot of your gear sets until you need it to save inventory weight.

    Bags

Speaking of materials, you should also prepare three bags with Town Loyalty perk.

I know the word "bags" can be overwhelming, as they're often quite expensive. But don't worry, you don't need top-tier bags. You can easily spend a bit of money to get three regular bags with these perks from the market, as the difference between the highest gear score bags and lower-tier bags is only a few percentage points.

So, we've tried to keep each bag costing no more than 4,000 New World coins and aim to get the 13% Standing Bonus on each bag.

Of course, you can do this for much less if you prefer. Even if these items aren't as good as your main bag, you can still add them when you're ready to use this method to get the extra bonus. Because their value accumulates dramatically over the long term and is well worth the money.

    Buffs

Now that you have all the materials, bags, and your Arcana is at least level 100, you can start buffing.

Before you begin crafting, there are some key things to keep in mind.

First, make sure your faction has unlocked Weaver's Fen Settlement, Weaver's Fen Fort. This grants you a 10% Refining Yield bonus, which will pay off significantly in the long run.

Buy New World Aeternum Coins At IGGM.com Up to 5 OFF

Next, you need to look for Territorial Triumph music buff to gain a 30% Territory Standing Bonus. This buff unlocks at level 5 music. So, even if you hate this skill and never use it, you can still accumulate XP by playing a few random songs before you start to unlock it and then apply the buff to your character.

You can earn many of these buffs in the free Season Pass, so to maximize the efficiency and benefits of this method, keep them. If you don't have it, you can also unlock it in the Marks of Fortune shop.

    Other Tips

Finally, before you start crafting, it's crucial to confirm your PvP Flag. This is because if you don't wait until the timer runs out before crafting, you won't be able to obtain Azoth Salt.

Another reminder: If you're one of the lucky few who manages to obtain some Trophy of Dominance (Territory), having it at home can be very helpful, as it will increase your Territory Standing by 25%.

However, this loot is difficult to obtain. So, if you're a new or casual player, don't worry about it.

New World Aeternum Infused Alkahest Crafting

    Crafting

Okay, now that you're fully buffed, you can start crafting.

Head to Territory you most want to upgrade, walk far enough from town, and build and place your camp. Don't forget to bring your five Green Wood and one Flint, as walking back to get them can be a hassle, especially when carrying heavy items out of the city gates.

Once your camp is set up and your buffs are maxed out, double-check that your PvP timer has ended and you're marked, then start crafting.

At your camp, click the crafting button and scroll down to Infused Alkahest. You can experiment with how many you craft at once, but I find around 200 is the sweet spot. So, craft 200, then 200, and repeat the process over and over again.

You'll find that every few times you do this, you'll be rewarded with 1650 Azoth Salt and a significant amount of Territory Standing.

As you increase Territory Standing and collect Azoth Salt, it's worth adjusting your Standing bonus from time to time, as this will significantly speed up the process.

But you might be wondering why you should go to your camp to craft instead of going directly to Arcane Repository in town. There are two reasons for this: first, your camp has no taxes, which will save you more coins; second, if you don't have the PvP Flag enabled, you won't receive any Azoth Salt, as you can't activate the PvP Flag in town. Therefore, if you choose to craft in town, you're essentially wasting free resources.

In short, this is the best way to farm Azoth Salt in New World Season 9. You can quickly level up the PvP reward track and unlock the corresponding artifacts without engaging in PvP!

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Is Still Worth Trying In 2025

    Posted: Aug 22, 2025

New World was released in September 2021 and renamed New World Aeternum in 2024. It's now in its ninth season and is approaching its fourth anniversary.

At its peak, New World Aeternum boasted 910,000 online players, but its average daily player count has now dropped to around 10,000(only in Steam). New World Aeternum may never return to its peak. What has brought this supposedly "new-age MMO" to its current state? After nine seasons, does it still hold appeal to players?

New World Aeternum Season 9 Is Still Worth Trying In 2025

    A Disastrous Start

Compared to other games, New World enjoyed ample development funding and was highly anticipated by players before its release. Consequently, upon its 2021 release, it boasted hundreds of thousands of players and enjoyed immense popularity. However, two months after its release, the number of players plummeted, dropping to less than one-tenth of its peak.

New World's development team was actually quite impressive, having recruited numerous established game studios, including those behind the hits EverQuest and Portal, as well as executives from major game developers. They also had ample funding pre-production, making the game's preparations quite thorough.

However, the failures of the previous two games had left the company extremely anxious, ultimately delivering a flawed half-finished product to players.

Numerous issues soon emerged after the game launched, most notably instances of the game freezing up and even crashing when using a 3090 graphics card. Ultimately, the company blamed the issue on the hardware.

New World then continued to engage in outrageous operations with the operator, disregarding player studios and even considering the rare deflationary market conditions of MMOs as normal.

If these weren't enough, the game's numerous and insidious bugs left players feeling completely uneasy. Bugs like New World coins farming bug and the Power-Up bug, which severely impacted the gameplay experience, were unacceptable to players, yet New World officials failed to promptly address them.

It can be argued that despite New World's impressive development team, their lack of MMO development experience led to a disastrous start.

    Reinventing New World Aeternum

In 2024, New World Aeternum was released on Xbox and PlayStation platforms, saving this nearly forgotten MMO. This was because of the lack of other MMO PPGs on consoles, and the fact that New World Aeternum was cross-platform, meaning players could play with PC and Xbox players. This move brought the game back into the spotlight.

Console players could also play the game for free through PlayStation Plus. Therefore, while the fluctuation in PC players may have been minor, the real growth in player base since 2024 has actually been on consoles.

    Improved Gameplay

New World Aeternum has many players who have logged thousands of hours, demonstrating its appeal. It fully incorporates many of the strengths of open-world games and offers significantly greater freedom of play than traditional MMOs, particularly its highly flexible weapon mastery system.

Without the distinct classes of traditional MMOs, New World Aeternum's builds are uniquely differentiated based on the weapons used and their proficiency. Furthermore, New World Aeternum action system is more sophisticated than other MMOs. Although it considers itself an APRG, it remains firmly within the traditional MMO framework. New World's precise positioning is that of an open-world online MMO.

Many aspects of the game have been refined compared to its initial launch. For example, new players can choose their starting archetype, but they can still freely switch weapons to adapt their playstyle.

    PvP

PvP has always been a high-risk, high-reward game. You can stake out points of interest, loot New World Aeternum coins, and face the siege of other players. The free-for-all PvP areas have been reworked, with a new mechanism to prevent players from grouping up, including a proximity debuff. Players must disperse to avoid damage from teammates, and remaining close together for extended periods will incur the debuff.

Season 9 added a second Outpost Rush map and a new Capture the Flag mode. Cross-server support has been implemented across arenas, dungeons, and OPR, significantly reducing queue times and improving the PvP experience.

    PvE

New World Aeternum's end-game content isn't extensive, but they're working on improving it. They've added end-game PvE content like Trials and new NPCs and monster types to the open-world areas, up from the original 10 or so.

    Compared To Other MMOs

MMOs remain a very popular genre. Well-known MMOs like World of WarCraft, Final Fantasy XIV, and The Elder Scrolls Online seem to have decades of history and have amassed huge player bases.

New World Aeternum isn't without its competitive edge. Compared to other MMOs that focus on story and PVE, New World Aeternum's competitive advantages lie in its superior graphics and high-quality action.

It also incorporates elements from other MMOs to expand its gameplay. For example, its trading skill gameplay and training methods draw inspiration from Final Fantasy XIV. You can earn money using trading skills, or you can first max out your trading skills using New World Aeternum coins.

    Is It Worth Playing?

Despite its flaws and historical baggage, the game is worth a try in 2025. If you're an MMO player currently struggling with gaming, looking for a fresh experience, or playing on consoles (where options are limited), it's a splendid choice for you.

Whether it's worth becoming your primary MMO remains to be seen, but for many console players, it's already a staple.

The game's reputation and historical issues may never be fully repaired, but the potential remains, and it's getting better with each passing season.

In general, not all players will like New World Aeternum, but if you are a heavy PVP enthusiast and obsessed with large-scale positional battles and siege battles, then this game may be tailor made for you.

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 Broken Greatsword Build With Weapons, Armor, And Perks Options

    Posted: Aug 21, 2025

New World Aeternum Season 9 has launched with a host of new content, including new artifacts. These artifacts not only offer valuable affixes in their own right, but also serve as key components for new builds.

Among these new artifacts is Crescent's Wave Greatsword, which forms the core of Broken Greatsword build we're introducing. So, what other elements are needed to complete this build, and what effect does it offer? We'll explain.

New World Aeternum Season 9 Broken Greatsword Build With Weapons, Armor, And Perks Options

    Introduction To Crescent's Wave Greatsword

As a new Greatsword, Crescent's Wave is so powerful that some players believe it will be nerfed in a future patch. However, until then, you can still enjoy its convenience. This artifact has the following base stats:

    • 75 Base Damage
    • 7.0% Critical Hit Chance
    • 1.25 Critical Damage Multiplier
    • 60.0 Block Stamina Damage
    • 60.0 Stagger Damage
    • 34% Block Stability
    • 221 Slash Damage

In addition, it grants the following artifact effects:

    • +38 Magnify (selectable attribute)
    • Parallax: Deals +12% base damage to targets more than 10 meters away
    • Crescent Wave: When your health is above 50%, you can use a heavy attack to launch a projectile forward, dealing 150% weapon damage to enemies. However, melee heavy attacks deal 50% less damage, and each use consumes 20 mana
    • Thwarting Strikes: While you have an active grit, your damage output is increased by 7%
    • Sundering Stacks: Every 0.5 seconds, your attacks inflict a 4% Rend effect, each lasting 6 seconds, up to a maximum of 5 stacks
    • 100% Random Perk

While this appears powerful, to craft it for increased damage, you must combine it with other artifacts. Otherwise, due to its mana consumption, it won't provide any meaningful benefit.

You should typically receive some weapon drops as you explore a new season. If you find them insufficient, you can find a vendor in-game and exchange them for New World coins for more, as recommended below.

    How To Choose Other Weapons?

For this purpose, we recommend Corrupted Progenitor Spear as your secondary weapon. As a Legendary spear, its effects and affixes include:

    • 70 Base Damage
    • 9.0% Critical Hit Chance
    • 1.30 Critical Damage Multiplier
    • 46.0 Block Stamina Damage
    • 46.0 Stagger Damage
    • 25% Block Stability
    • 229 Thrust Damage
    • 38 Dexterity
    • Trenchant Strikes: Increases the damage dealt by your heavy melee attacks by 23%
    • Empty Socket: Allows you to insert a gem to enhance your weapon's effects
    • Shirking Abyss: After successfully dodging an attack, your next attack within 10 seconds deals +30% base weapon damage
    • Random Perk

Based on the above weapon effects, Leeching Cyclone perk can be combined with other debuffs, such as life steal and slowing, to enemies hit, further enhancing your survivability and control.

More importantly, after choosing this spear, you should combine it with the defensive ability Stalwart Heartrune of Stone Form.

Buy New World Aeternum Coins At IGGM.com Up to 5 OFF

When activated, this ability grants 10% fortify by removing all existing crowd control effects and making you immune to staggers and further crowd control effects from enemies for 5 seconds.

In addition, Stalwart Heartrune of Stone Form restores health per second proportional to the heartrune's damage, but reduces your damage output by 20%.

Another must-have artifact is Blooddrinker. As a Tier 5 ring, it grants the following benefits:

    • +32 Magnify (selectable attribute).
    • Ghoul's Harmony: Reduces damage taken by 25%, increases life steal by 25%, and increases the healing effectiveness of all life steal by 5%.
    • Empty Socket: Allows you to insert a gem to enhance your weapon's effect.
    • Leeching: Heals you for 7.1% of your damage dealt without triggering damage over time or DoT effects. Hearty: Increases max Stamina by 10%.
    • Random Perk.

If you're looking for further mobility, rapiers and hatchets are also good weapon types. They're sturdy enough and synergize well with Crescent's Wave Greatsword.

    How To Improve Defense?

After adding more weapons and jewelry with damaging effects, you should also choose appropriate armor or special gear for your build to increase your defense and damage resistance. Graverobber's Hat is a core item for this purpose, and it provides the following benefits:

    • +32 Magnify (selectable attribute).
    • Slash Conditioning: After taking slash damage, increase slash damage absorption by 5% for 5 seconds. This effect stacks with other gear equipped with this effect.
    • Empty Socket: Allows you to insert a gem to enhance your weapon's effect.
    • Enchanted Ward: Reduces the damage of light and heavy attacks you take by 4%.
    • Random Perk.

    How To Choose Perks?

Based on our introduction to weapons and armor, you'll notice that most of them offer random perks as additional bonuses. However, if you want your build to deliver reliable offensive or defensive power in specific areas, you'll need to add targeted perks.

For this purpose, we recommend the following perks, focusing on the core weapon, Crescent's Wave Greatsword:

    • Arrow Deflection: Allows you to block 100% of ranged attack damage while wielding Greatsword. Additionally, you reduce the stamina damage taken by all attacks while blocking by 10%.
    • Blade Honing: Each Greatsword buff you gain increases your base damage by 3%, up to a maximum of 4.
    • Onslaught: Increases your damage dealt and damage taken, and reduces the charge time of your heavy attacks.
    • Roaring Rupture: Stab the ground with Greatsword, releasing a 4-meter-radius shockwave that deals 120% weapon damage. Each enemy struck grants a 10% buff for 7 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
    • Slowing Rupture: When you attack an enemy with a Greatsword utilizing Roaring Rupture, Slow them by 41% over 5 seconds.

That's all for this build! While acquiring all of these weapons and perks can be a bit of a chore, the benefits of Broken Greatsword build are definitely worth the effort!

  • New World Aeternum Season 9 (4 Coin Farming Spots For Low-Level Players): How To Earn More Profit In These Areas?

    Posted: Aug 20, 2025

Today, we're discussing a hot topic: how to farm coins in New World Aeternum. With the arrival of Season 9 and the arrival of a host of new sets and items, your wallet is probably straining!

I know some of you might be wondering: There are so many ways to farm gold these days, so what's the point? Well, earning gold isn't a huge problem for many players these days, especially at higher levels.

However, for new or returning players at lower levels, most of these methods aren't fully utilized. That's where this guide comes in! Here, we'll introduce four of my favorite low-level New World coin farming spots, where you can earn money while honing your skills.

New World Aeternum Season 9 (4 Coin Farming Spots For Low-Level Players): How To Earn More Profit In These Areas?

    1. Monarch's Bluffs

The first gathering point is at Monarch's Bluffs. After you disembark, immediately grab some Flints and Sticks and craft your initial tools, such as Axe, Pickaxe, Sickle, and so on, at the campfire.

In this area, we'll be targeting Banana Trees. This will yield some Green Wood, which, while not worth much, can be used to upgrade your Woodworking skill. You'll also receive Banana, which currently sells for 3-4 coins on most servers.

In addition, you'll also receive some herbs, such as Hyssop, for around 0.7 gold each. If selling these materials directly doesn't yield enough profit, you can also use them to cook. This not only boosts your Cooking skill, but also makes the food you create highly sought-after at the market.

You can also search for Iron Veins in Monarch's Bluffs; mining them will be very helpful for increasing your Smelting skill.

Of course, you can also sell them. All low-level resources are generally the best to sell because they're the most boring to work with, but the benefits are also clear: you can do it while watching TV, making it a very relaxing process.

    2. Windsward

So, let's move on to the second area. Starting from Monarch's Bluffs settlement, head slightly northeast to Windsward area. There's a river winding through it.

Your main targets here are Bison and Wild Boar. Bison are lower level, so to maximize your profit, you'll need to skin them, which yields a good 40 Rawhide. They're around level 10-15, depending on your needs. Wild Boar is slightly higher, around level 23, so you'll need to be very careful.

The riverbanks are covered with Bulrush Cob and Briar plants, which are excellent crafting materials, so gather some while you're there.

Another resource is Hemp, which is plentiful there. If you gather Hemp, you can easily reach Harvesting level 50. Then, you can find Elemental Motes from the elemental enemies in Windsward, which are key ingredients for crafting powerful items.

Therefore, Windsward region is a great way to earn New World Aeternum coins and improve your profession. Low-level players can earn two to three thousand gold per hour here, which is a considerable sum for a beginner.

    3. Verdant Crown

Now, let's move on to the third location, located in the heart of Windsward region - Verdant Crown.

This is Lodestone Lair. Once there, you'll see many trees with Beeswax or Honey growing on them, which you'll need for cooking and upgrading your furniture.

There are also many Stags around here. Hunting them will yield some Venison. This will also yield approximately 30 Rawhide, which is a great material to obtain at low levels and is also very popular at Trading Post.

Buy New World Aeternum Coins At IGGM.com Up to 5 OFF

You can also enter the caves here. Be careful; there's a bear hiding there. Killing it and skinning it will significantly increase your Skinning rank.

It's also worth noting that Town Board Hunt missions are available here, and you can also earn special equipment and rewards by participating in faction PvP missions.

    4. Dankfur Hollow

So, let's move on to the fourth location, which I think is probably the best place to earn the most coins at a low level. At least, that's been my experience. This is Eldergate Shrine and Windsward area in Dankfur Hollow area.

Basically, we'll head east from Dankfur Hollow. Along the way, we can hunt bears, Stags, and other prey to get a lot of Rawhide.

Once we leave Spirit Shrines, we'll basically be heading to the border between Windsward and Elysian Wilds. But be warned, you can't just run in; if you try, you'll get killed, as you have to reach a certain level and complete a quest before you can enter.

But once you enter the area, you'll see a lot of Stags, and they'll drop about 35-40 Rawhide each. And they also drop some other items, so there's a chance you can pick up some weapons or armor so you don't have to spend extra coins to get them from the trading post.

Along Windsward, you'll find numerous Water Motes, a crafting material in New World that players can use to craft items like Cut Diamond and Onyx.

There's also a cave here containing some bears. So, your main target in this location is Rawhide and the special items they drop after skinning.

Even low-level players can easily earn 4,000 to 5,000 Rawhide in Dankfur Hollow. For high-level players, this is a fantastic location, where you might be able to earn around 8,000 Rawhide in an hour, which is a significant gold income and will help you improve your skills.

These are my four favorite coin farming locations in New World Season 9. They're especially suitable for low-level players, and you can bet you'll be rewarded with the rewards! Give it a try!
