  • Diablo 4 Lord Of Hatred Expansion Release Date, New Class, New Areas, And Major Gameplay Revamp

    Posted: Dec 16, 2025

Diablo 4 development team claimed they would surprise players at 2025 TGA, and they truly delivered. They not only announced the next DLC, Lord of Hatred, at TGA, but also introduced a new class for Season 11: Paladin.

Each DLC release brings significant changes to Diablo 4's gameplay. The official information regarding Lord of Hatred will be revealed gradually over the next few months, but let's first take a look at what this expansion pack brings.

Diablo 4 Lord Of Hatred Expansion Release Date, New Class, New Areas, And Major Gameplay Revamp

Benefits Of Pre-ordering Lord Of Hatred

Lord of Hatred is currently available for pre-order. Only players who unlock it can play as Paladin in Season 11, and this will also directly unlock the 2024 DLC, Vessel of Hatred. This means that if you pre-order Lord of Hatred, you can experience 7 classes in Season 11!

    Story Recap

Looking at the content of the past few seasons, the war between angels and demons in Sanctuary has intensified. The root of all this lies with Lilith and Inarius, the creators of Sanctuary, and each harbors a twisted plan.

Lilith's goal extends beyond granting power to humans, and her true intention is to devour her own father, Mephisto, Lord of Hatred, to seize his power. At the time, Mephisto was being reborn in Hell, weakened. The key to thwarting Lilith's plot is a wanderer who has drunk demon blood - the player-controlled protagonist.

Mephisto, too, has his own schemes. He sends his messenger to help Wanderer stop Lilith. Although the team tries to avoid making a deal with the devil, they are ultimately forced to accept.

Wanderer ultimately defeats Lilith, and Neyrelle, a member of the team, decides to seize the opportunity to bury Lord of Hatred completely. However, acting alone, she is quickly corrupted by Mephisto's corruption. Fortunately, Wanderer finds her and helps her resist the corruption.

Together, they find Tomb of Akara, the final resting place of the holy prophet. This was originally a prison from which Mephisto might never escape. Although Wanderer defeats Mephisto's messenger, Mephisto himself escapes and enters a new vessel - the body of the prophet Akarat (Vessel of Hatred storyline).

Thus, Lord of Hatred walks the lands of Sanctuary as the false prophet, and the upcoming storyline will culminate in Lord of Hatred DLC.

    Confirmed Content

Lord of Hatred expansion introduces the new Paladin class, whose skill tree offers three enhancements to each skill, potentially indicating the direction for skill reworks in other classes. The official announcement also confirms that the expansion includes two new classes, with the next class to be released in April along with the expansion pack.

    New Area

Diablo 4 New Area Skovos Isles

A new two-minute trailer has been released, showcasing some of the updated content. The expansion will also add a new area called Skovos Isles and a new campaign. This new area is Lilith and Inarius, the birthplace of human civilization.

This area was originally planned for Diablo III, but due to its art style being somewhat similar to Titan Quest, the decision was shelved. However, the development team has revived this area in Diablo IV.

Skovos Isles are currently ruled by a prophet and an Amazon Queen. If the new class in the DLC is related to this region, it might be a class like Hunter or Amazon.

    New Features

The highly requested Horadric Cube will return in Lord of Hatred. First appearing in Diablo 2, it has many uses, including crafting equipment and resetting item affixes. While its role in Diablo 4 is currently unknown, it will likely be integrated with the current crafting system.

Additionally, the developers have confirmed the addition of loot filters to help players more efficiently locate target equipment from the massive loot drops, complementing the crafting system and collecting common quality base items.

    New Skill Tree

The current skill tree in Diablo 4 is rather rudimentary, with only two upgrade paths per skill, but Paladins have three. This is the direction the developers intend to take for the skill tree rework.

Lord of Hatred will bring a completely new skill tree, with each skill offering more diverse upgrade paths, creating a vast array of build combinations. Additionally, skill enhancements may include transformation options that fundamentally change skills, such as Sorcerer's Ball Lightning potentially transforming into a Fireball. The current Enhancement system and passives may be integrated into the new skill tree.

The development team hopes to shift the core definition of build crafting toward the skill tree rather than legendary and unique Diablo 4 items, allowing gear to play a more supportive rather than essential role, thus providing more flexible and diverse deck-building possibilities.

    Talisman System

A new Talisman system will be added, possibly similar to Idol system in Last Epoch or Charm system in Diablo II, to provide additional set bonuses or ability combinations.

    Endgame Content

A new endgame system called War Plans will be added, perhaps somewhat similar to Atlas tree in PoE series, allowing users to customize the endgame events they want to participate in. Each event is expected to have its own smaller skill trees for customizing and enhancing gameplay.

Another new mode is being added called Echoing Hatred. This is likely a bullet hell endless mode, possibly inspired by Echoing Nightmares in Diablo 3. Mechanically, it may involve fighting increasingly powerful waves of monsters and includes an overwhelm mechanic, and failure to clear monsters quickly will result in failure.

Finally, and most importantly, fishing will be available in the waters of Sanctuary. This is not only relaxing but may also yield some particularly valuable items.

Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred is highly anticipated for both its story and new content, and it may bring about a complete transformation for Diablo 4.

  • Diablo 4 Season 11 Mythic Uniques | How To Farm And Craft Them For Maximum Power?

    Posted: Dec 12, 2025

Diablo 4 Season 11 has begun! Are you ready to jump in? While adapting to the new seasonal powers takes time, some tasks are universally applicable across seasons, so you should be able to get started right away.

Generally, farming gold, XP, and gear are tasks you should complete as quickly as possible early in the new season. Gold and XP usually drop together, but gear appears at different stages of the season depending on its rarity.

Diablo 4 gear can be roughly divided into three stages: starter, ancestral, and Mythic, unlocked one by one as you progress. Undoubtedly, Mythic items are the hardest to obtain.

While you may not have the chance to access these rare items at the start of Season 11, you'll need them eventually if you keep playing. Therefore, this guide will provide tips on efficiently farming Mythic Uniques in Season 11.

Diablo 4 Season 11 Mythic Uniques | How To Farm And Craft Them For Maximum Power?

    What Are Mythic Uniques?

This category of items, sometimes called Uber Uniques, is the most powerful and rarest gear category in Diablo 4, and can be equipped as early as level 35 (if you have the gear).

While the drop rate is very low, combat drops aren't the only way to obtain them. You can also find Jeweler or Blacksmith in the game and then use Resplendent Spark and other materials for crafting.

Currently, there are 12 Mythic items in the game, some universal and some class-specific. Therefore, when farming, be careful not to kill bosses that drop gear you can't use, to avoid wasting time.

How To Craft Mythic Items In Season 11?

Although Resplendent Spark is a rare material, you should still try to craft Diablo 4 Mythic Uniques using it as a base, as this method guarantees you a Mythic item compared to the uncertain boss drops.

However, the materials required for crafting and the crafting results vary depending on NPC. Jeweler requires you to submit 2 Resplendent Sparks and 30 runes of different rarities to craft a specific Mythic Unique.

Blacksmithing requires simpler materials: 2 Resplendent Sparks and 50,000,000 gold to craft a Mythic Unique Cache, which will grant a random item reward upon opening.

    How To Farm Resplendent Sparks?

Generally speaking, gold and runes are not difficult to acquire, just time-consuming, but Resplendent Sparks are much more challenging and rarer.

The first method is to utilize the seasonal reward system linked to your game progress. Previously, this system was Season Journey, where you could earn a free Resplendent Spark after completing all the quests in the final chapter of the journey.

Although Season Journey and Renown were merged into Season Rank starting with Season 11, the main mechanics and rewards haven't changed significantly, so you can still obtain a spark by increasing your Seasonal Rank.

As for when you'll complete the seasonal Rank missions to unlock rewards, it depends on the season's difficulty and your playtime. Generally, if you play daily, you should be able to reach it before reaching the level cap.

Another relatively reliable way to obtain Resplendent Sparks is by defeating Lilith for the first time each season; one will drop. While this boss is tricky, we believe that after 10 seasons, you should remember her attack mechanics very well.

Furthermore, if you obtain multiple duplicate Mythic Uniques, don't rush to sell them. Instead, it's best to salvage them, which will return one Resplendent Spark. However, the gear will disappear after salvaging, so you need to consider this carefully before deciding.

How To Obtain Mythic Uniques Through Combat Drops?

Although many players have noticed that the drop rate of Mythic gear seems to have decreased in recent seasons, making crafting a better and more stable option, boss battles are still one of the main gameplay elements, so it's worth trying.

    Defeat The Lair Bosses

These bosses come in three difficulty levels, mainly including Duriel, Andariel, Belial, and more. The three we've listed are special because in Season 11, they, along with the new world boss Azmodan, will provide you with the new power, Divine Gifts.

These bosses usually have a fixed drop rate for Mythic Uniques; naturally, the higher the boss's level, the higher the drop rate. Even bosses with slightly lower drop rates can bring loot more stable on higher difficulties.

    Enter Kurast Undercity

Note that this method only applies to players who own DLC. Here, you can increase the probability of obtaining Mythic Uniques when you receive the final reward by collecting and using Tributes of Ascendance.

Therefore, we recommend challenging this dungeon in a group, as your teammates can also utilize tributes, further increasing the chances of the political team obtaining Mythic rewards.

    Try Gambling

This is an unconventional way to obtain Mythic Uniques, but you can try it if you have enough resources.

First, you need to earn enough Murmuring Obols by completing Local Events and Cursed Chest events within dungeons. Then, find Surveyor of Curiosities vendor and gamble using the currency.

The gambling result is a gear. You can specify the gear slot, but the final quality and attributes are random.

The probability of Mythic Uniques appearing this way is highly random and has nothing to do with the amount of Murmuring Obols you use, so it can only be considered a supplement or a pastime.

    Is Mythic Unique Worth Sanctifying?

Many players have expressed concerns because the gear cannot be changed after sanctification, and the sanctification result is random. Fortunately, after a recent modification, ancestry and Mythic Uniques will no longer have any attributes replaced.

In other words, they will only receive a pure boost through sanctification, without causing issues like destroying the gear's value. Therefore, what you need to do is work hard to farm specific, better gear attributes.

That concludes this introduction. Although Chaos Armor is no longer available, earning rare gear remains an essential part of your Diablo 4 journey. Keep up the good work!

  • Diablo 4 Season 11 VS. Path Of Exile 2 Patch 0.4.0 | Who Is Likely To Win In This Competition?

    Posted: Dec 09, 2025

In the developer livestream that concluded last week, several key pieces of information regarding Diablo 4 Season 11 were announced, such as its official name, Season of Divine Intervention, several further changes based on existing content, and its release date.

Originally, everyone predicted the season would launch on December 9th, as almost every previous season update had been on a Tuesday evening, but the final date was set for Thursday, December 11th at 8:30 PM PDT.

This change might lead to many speculations, as it coincides with the timing of this year's TGA awards, and the day after is the release of a new patch 0.4.0 for Diablo 4's old rival, Path of Exile 2.

Since the news that the second DLC will be released in 2026 is no longer a secret, everyone suspects that Diablo 4 might announce information about the seventh class at TGA.

However, honestly, whatever groundbreaking news they announce, it won't be added to Season 11 immediately, so the more pressing concern is the impact from Path of Exile 2.

Next, we will analyze this upcoming new competition between these two old rivals based on the different update content from both games.

Diablo 4 Season 11 VS. Path Of Exile 2 Patch 0.4.0 | Who Is Likely To Win In This Competition?

    Diablo 4 Season 11 Highlights

Overall, this season follows Diablo 4's consistent update pattern: seasonal powers + new bosses and content + multiple updates. The most prominent features are the return of leaderboards and a major overhaul of the gear upgrade system.

Unfortunately, on last week's livestream, the developers stated that the leaderboards and the accompanying The Tower dungeon will be delayed until 2026, which is bad news for players who follow the leaderboards.

But don't despair, the more stable Masterworking and Tempering systems will allow for more consistent gear and affix enhancements, and you can also earn loot and seasonal power Divine Gifts through new boss battles.

Path Of Exile 2 Patch 0.4.0

This patch, officially named The Last of the Druids, will be released on Friday, December 12th at 11:00 AM PDT, just before a free weekend! Although it still follows the same regular update pattern, this patch brings the new Druid class to POE 2.

Druids in Path of Exile 2 boast two Ascendancy classes and three transformable forms, offering highly innovative features and re-playability.

In addition, other existing classes and mechanics have received varying degrees of optimization, and the launch of the new Fate of the Vaal league means you can start from scratch, exploring the secrets of Vaal Ruins through new adventures.

Which Game Has The Advantage In This Competition?

Although the first Path of Exile game launched in 2013, earlier than Diablo 4 which was released in 2023, Diablo series as a whole predates Path of Exile, and Path of Exile 2 was released at the end of 2024, and is still in early access.

Of course, release date isn't the core factor determining a game's quality; we're mentioning this simply to illustrate the long-standing competition between the two games.

As ARPGs, Diablo 4 and Path of Exile 2 have inherent differences in gameplay: the former focuses on simple and easy-to-understand combat, aiming for quick accessibility; the latter prefers to immerse you in complex mechanics for a more in-depth experience.

If you pay attention to the art styles, you'll find they are also quite different. While both have a dark aesthetic, Diablo 4 emphasizes Gothic and mythological elements, while Path of Exile 2 features a medieval, retro aesthetic.

Based on these significant differences, both games have their own loyal fan bases, but most players are more focused on the present: whichever game has more interesting new content is the one they'll play.

Comparing Season 11 and Patch 0.4.0, POE 2 seems more appealing, mainly because of the introduction of Druid. Although D4 Season 11 also has new content, the overall re-playability hasn't improved much.

More importantly, Path of Exile 2 will offer a 3-day free trial until December 15th, allowing anyone to try all content, including patch 0.4.0, regardless of whether they own the base game.

Therefore, in the short term, at least throughout December, POE 2 is likely to be more attractive. However, since TGA awards haven't started yet, it's hard to say whether Diablo 4's next move will bring a reversal.

    Why Is This Competition Happening?

When multiple games release new content simultaneously, players inevitably compare them, making it easier to expose the shortcomings of games with subpar content. After all, if you only have one option, you're more likely to tolerate its flaws.

Furthermore, even if each game diligently develops new seasons or patches, simultaneous releases prevent players from focusing on a single game, leading to decreased engagement.

Therefore, although Diablo 4 and Path of Exile are old rivals, they have mostly avoided direct confrontation in the past, especially Path of Exile, which usually avoids the hype surrounding Diablo 4's new seasons.

However, whether D4S11 launches on December 9th as planned or is delayed to the 11th, it's only a few days apart from the release of POE 2 Patch 0.4.0, indicating that Path of Exile 2 is prepared to directly confront Diablo 4 this time.

From the analysis in the previous section, we can see why POE 2 developers have such confidence: the new content, represented by Druid class, is indeed very attractive and breaks away from the conventional patterns of Druids in most ARPGs.

So why did Path of Exile 2 choose to strike now? We believe it's because Diablo 4 hasn't had any truly groundbreaking innovations throughout 2025, and negative player feedback is increasing.

Meanwhile, POE 2's patches 0.2.0 and 0.3.0, while not without flaws, generally showed good effort and innovation, building a solid foundation of popularity.

Based on this, even though Diablo 4 likely has some tricks up its sleeve, Path of Exile 2 still chooses to engage in a direct confrontation as 2025 draws to a close. But for you, the player, all this competition simply means you can enjoy plenty of new game content!

The Situation After The Start Of 2026

Based on current information, POE 2 is unlikely to release any more explosive new information for the time being, but Diablo 4 has more possibilities, such as the return of leaderboards in update 2.5.2, and unknown new content to be announced at TGA.

Speculations about possible new announcements include a major trailer for the future main storyline, pre-order bonuses, and a new class, possibly Paladin, which might be released in Season 11.

To be honest, the idea of a big announcement at TGA is just speculation; Diablo 4 hasn't given any clear information, but considering its rather lackluster performance this year, this timing is hard not to speculate about.

If any of these speculations come true, Diablo 4 Season 11 will have more staying power than POE 2 and will show stronger performance in 2026.

It's also worth mentioning that although most of the new content in Season 11 isn't particularly innovative, many fundamental mechanics changes have made the game better. These subtle changes are very important for the overall improvement of the game.

    Summary

Neither of the new content updates has been officially released yet, so we can't easily conclude which will be better, but it's clear that Diablo 4 hasn't shown all its cards yet, and is working hard to keep you on the edge of your seat!

There are only two days left until the launch of Season 11. If you want to get ahead of others in gear upgrades in the new season, it's best to buy cheap Diablo 4 gold at IGGM, because it's one of the upgrade materials that cannot be refunded, so you need to stock up enough!

  • Diablo 4 Season 10 Forgotten Souls Guide | How To Farm Them For Masterworking Your Gear?

    Posted: Nov 28, 2025

Even as Season 10 draws to a close, you'll find many Diablo 4 players still enthusiastically farming various materials to upgrade their gear. You might wonder why, since these items and gear can only be transferred to Eternal Realm.

In fact, there are quite a few players who are keen on Eternal Realm, and due to the unique Chaos Armor mechanic, the number of people wanting to continue experiencing these powerful gears in Eternal Realm after Season 10 ends will probably increase.

Therefore, farming materials that can help upgrade gear in Masterworking system before Season 11 launches is indeed necessary. This time, we'll introduce how to farm Forgotten Souls in Season 10.

Diablo 4 Season 10 Forgotten Souls Guide | How To Farm Them For Masterworking Your Gear?

    What Is Forgotten Soul?

It's a legendary crafting material that's indispensable when utilizing Masterworking mechanic to upgrade the affix value of your ancestral gear.

There are 12 available Masterworking levels. Gold and Obducite are always required during the upgrade process, while other required materials vary. The rarity of Forgotten Souls lies in the fact that they only serve Masterworking levels 9 and above.

However, it's important to note that items with the greater affix also require Forgotten Souls during levels 1-8 - in fact, only these types of items have the opportunity to continue upgrading after reaching Masterworking level 8.

Based on this, here are the required number of Forgotten Souls for each Masterworking crafting level:

    • Level 1: 2 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 2: 3 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 3: 3 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 4: 5 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 5: 6 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 6: 7 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 7: 8 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 8: 10 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 9: 11 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 10: 12 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 11: 13 Forgotten Souls
    • Level 12: 15 Forgotten Souls

    How To Farm Forgotten Souls?

Although this item is relatively rare, it drops from quite a few sources, the most common being Legion Events, Helltides, and Infernal Hordes. We will introduce each one in detail.

Buy Diablo 4 Gold And Mats At IGGM.com

    Infernal Hordes

This method is introduced first because Diablo 4 is currently hosting Compass to Carnage event, allowing you to earn more Infernal Compasses than usual by playing the game, thus increasing your chances of unlocking Infernal Hordes.

This event will last until December 2nd. During this time, Infernal Hordes will feature more enemy hordes, and you can earn more Burning Aether by clearing Chaos Rifts, which can be exchanged for more rewards.

While this event doesn't provide an increase in Forgotten Souls drops, you'll likely focus on playing it until it ends, making Infernal Hordes your primary source of Forgotten Souls this week.

    Legion Events

With one week remaining before Season 11 launches after Compass to Carnage ends, you should take full advantage of other gameplay methods to acquire Forgotten Souls, such as Legion Events.

These events, officially called The Gathering Legions, are limited-time events in Diablo 4 that only randomly spawn throughout Sanctuary after you complete or skip the base campaign.

Once Legion Events are activated, you need to complete a specialization objective within a time limit to unlock a boss. Defeating the boss completes the challenge and rewards you with various prizes, including Forgotten Souls.

    These objectives might include:

    • Slay Servants of Hell
    • Complete mini-events
    • Escort basins

The specific event you encounter and its specialization objective depend on the zone where the event is located. Note that areas marked with Strongholds need to be cleared before Legion Events will appear. All zones are as follows:

    • Fractured Peaks - Kor Dragan Stronghold
    • Dry Steppes - Norgoi Vigil
    • Dry Steppes - Temple of Rot Stronghold
    • Hawezar - Crusader's Monument Stronghold
    • Hawezar - Haunted Wreckage
    • Kehjistan - Alcarnus Stronghold
    • Kehjistan - Dilapidated Aqueducts
    • Scosglen - Carrowcrest Ruins
    • Nahantu - Chakhir Stronghold
    • Nahantu - Viz-jun

Legion Events have a group aspect; the more players gathered, the greater your chance of looting! Also, if a campfire icon appears within the event area after it starts, approach it to gain more XP.

If you are playing on Torment 4 difficulty, you will typically receive approximately 200 Forgotten Souls per completed Legion Event, which will be awarded as a loot chest or bonus chest.

    Helltides

Helltides often coincide with Legion Events. If you're lucky enough to have both events in the same zone, you can acquire many Forgotten Souls in a short time!

As another limited-time event, Helltides refreshes every 5 minutes and lasts for 55 minutes each time, appearing as a red area on the minimap. It changes the appearance of the area and spawns new enemies.

During enemy kills and after unlocking specific chests, you have a chance to obtain the special currency, Aberrant Cinders. This currency can be used to unlock reward chests earned during Helltides, offering a chance to obtain Forgotten Souls.

Also Read: Why Veterans Are Frustrated With Diablo 4 Season 10's Timed Events? | Too Slow For High-DPS Players

Note that Aberrant Cinders can only be used to unlock chests rewarded by the current Helltide and cannot be accumulated. To avoid wasting them, you need to consume them immediately after completing a round of Helltides.

    Tree Of Whispers

This event is part of Diablo 4 endgame content and functions similarly to a bounty system. You'll unlock it after completing the campaign and begin completing its bounty missions to earn exclusive item Grim Favors.

Once you've accumulated 10 Grim Favors, you can return to Tree of Whispers and choose one of three collections as a reward. If you want to farm Forgotten Souls, prioritize the greater or ancestral collection.

Different bounty missions reward different amounts of Grim Favors; choose the more rewarding ones within your ability. If you accumulate more than 10 Grim Favors in a single run, the excess will be carried over to the next run's progress bar.

It's worth noting that Tree of Whispers missions typically spawn 5-7 within a zone, so you can choose to complete bounty missions simultaneously with Helltides or Legion Events in that zone to maximize Forgotten Souls farming efficiency.

While this guide is designed for Season 10, most of the content is expected to remain applicable after Season 11 launches. However, please note the minor changes due to the season update! Wishing you all the best at Sanctuary!

  • Diablo 4 Season 11 Ultimate Frozen Orb Sorcerer Build Guide | Skills, Gear, And More Tips

    Posted: Nov 26, 2025

Around the time before a new Diablo 4 season launches, builds focusing on new unique items or seasonal mechanics often become popular in the community. However, some classic builds, while perhaps slightly nerfed, remain worth using.

With Season 11's release date fast approaching, you're probably considering which builds to choose for the new season. If you're used to playing Sorcerer in most seasons, consider continuing with Frozen Orb Build.

Below, we'll introduce how to craft this classic Sorcerer build this season, based on the known content and changes in Season 11.

Diablo 4 Season 11 Ultimate Frozen Orb Sorcerer Build Guide | Skills, Gear, And More Tips

    Frozen Orb Build Overview

This build performed only moderately in the still-unfinished Season 10, perhaps because there were too many builds that could overshadow it with Chaos Armor. However, it's expected to continue its strength in Season 11.

This build primarily utilizes summoning skills, enabling it to deal extremely high AoE damage in combat. It also provides crowd control to manage large groups of enemies and gains an advantage in boss fights due to its high movement speed.

However, to maintain this build's effectiveness, you'll need to buy Diablo 4 items and ensure your mana regeneration is reliable. Therefore, the deeper you progress in the game, the more suitable Frozen Orb Build becomes.

    How To Choose Skills?

In Season 11, to make this build work, simply choose enough summoning skills and continuously cast them. Generally, the following Sorcerer skills are recommended:

    • Familiar: Summons a familiar with the same element as your last cast skill. For 8 seconds, it tracks enemies and periodically explodes, dealing 70% of its elemental damage. You can have up to 6 familiars active at a time.
    • Lightning Spear: Summons a lightning spear that tracks enemies, dealing 15% damage to each enemy hit over 6 seconds. A critical hit will also inflict a 3-second vulnerability status on the target.
    • Ice Blades: Summons a pair of ice blades that deal 23% damage with rapid slashes over 6 seconds, and has a 40% chance of inflicting a 2-second vulnerability status on the target.
    • Frozen Orb: Releases a frozen orb that inflicts a 34% freeze effect and fires piercing shards at enemies, dealing 52% damage. The frozen orb explodes upon disappearing, dealing additional damage and inflicting the frozen effect.

If possible, it's best to unlock enchantments for all skills to maximize damage output. For example, with Frozen Orb, when enchanted, it has a 30% chance to fire an additional frozen orb at nearby enemies when you cast a non-basic skill.

Generally, the more summoning skills you have, the higher the damage your frozen orbs will deal. By continuously using summoning skills to fire more frozen orbs with each explosion, you can achieve near-perpetual damage output.

How To Pair It With Gear?

It's important to note that Season 11 significantly changed Tempering and Masterworking mechanics, which enhance gear affix effects more stable, and added a new Sanctification system.

These changes mean that after configuring your gear for your build, your affix upgrade choices will become more consistent as the season progresses. However, be aware that gear cannot be modified after Sanctification.

With these Season 11 tips in mind, you can start choosing gear for your Frozen Orb Build. We recommend Heir of Perdition first, as it increases your damage by 60% and offers a chance to steal Lilith's Favor from allies during combat.

Due to its unique effects and its irreplaceable nature in this build, you should continuously farm Tormented bosses after Season 11 begins until you obtain its drop.

The second recommended gear is Shroud of False Death. Its key effect is granting invisibility and a 40% movement speed bonus if you haven't attacked in the past 2 seconds.

Next, add Aspect of Frozen Memories to activate Avalanche Key passive an additional time, increasing damage against multiple enemies. Note that this item is only usable by Sorcerers.

If you want to use Sanctification on these gear for even greater benefits, you need to proceed with caution. Sanctification results are not only unchangeable but also random, meaning a bad buff could ruin your gear.

This is why the mechanic was initially popular, but PTR testing quickly revealed it wasn't as effective as expected. Perhaps Sanctification will be changed after Season 11.

    Skill Tree Unlocking

First, you should allocate all points to Frozen Orb to maximize damage. Simultaneously unlock Elemental Dominance to further enhance Frozen Orb's damage and the build's overall resilience.

Elemental Dominance allows your core and mastery abilities to be cast when you have more than 50 mana, and increases their final damage by 3%.

Next, allocate some points to Frost Nova and Hydra to deal more damage. While the latter is a combustion skill and might seem out of place with this build, its burning effect provides resilience, increased damage, and cooldown reduction.

Notably, don't forget to enchant Frost Nova, which affects your Lucky Strike, giving summoning abilities a 30% chance to cast Frost Nova on hit.

Finally, don't forget to unlock Ice Blades and activate Lightning Spear to complement it.

How Effective Is This Build In Practice?

We first tested The Pit in 2.5.0 PTR as an example. With all gear maintaining normal upgrade effects, Frozen Orb Build can help you quickly reach level 75, but it starts to struggle after level 80.

However, this is also related to the damage nerf in Diablo 4, so if you only want to farm resources through The Pit, this level of depth is sufficient.

As for dealing with Tormented bosses, since Sorcerers have been weakened in terms of mobility and damage output, this class is inherently difficult. Frozen Orb Build is one of the best options to maximize its potential.

Overall, Sorcerers are not expected to be a dominant class in Diablo 4 Season 11, but Frozen Orb Build gives you the opportunity to continue experimenting with it. So if you're interested, you can try it out following our guide!

  • Diablo 4 DLC 2026 Most Anticipated Features | New Class, New Endgame Mechanics And Gear Improvement

    Posted: Nov 20, 2025

Diablo 4 DLC development director urged players to remember to watch The Game Awards on December 11th, almost directly implying: "Hey, we're going to show a super cool DLC trailer at TGA."

Every Diablo 4 DLC is incredibly important, like Vessel of Hatred released in 2024, which brought new classes, new maps, new dungeons, and runewords. This DLC significantly boosted the build strength of each class. So what class will the new DLC bring, and what new systems should it introduce to the game?

Diablo 4 DLC 2026 Most Anticipated Features | New Class, New Endgame Mechanics And Gear Improvement

    New Class Paladin

Although the official information about the next class hasn't been released yet, based on some leaked information (players have discovered a placeholder for Paladin), the next class is very likely to be Paladin.

Furthermore, from a story perspective, demons are already rampaging through Sanctuary, players have already experienced Chaos Powers in season 10, and season 11's seasonal mechanic is Sanctification system. This might indicate that angels will return to the Sanctuary battlefield. The appearance of Paladin, representing angelic power, as a new class would then seem quite logical.

On the other hand, Diablo 4 needs a class that can truly utilize shields as weapons; even necromancers don't necessarily rely on shields.

Therefore, considering all factors, the new class is highly likely to be Paladin, and it will probably be heavily inspired by the Paladin design from Diablo II. The development team might also incorporate some of the iconic skills of Crusader from Diablo III.

However, this expansion might also include a completely new class, such as Valkyrie, which is related to angelic power, or Blood Knight, similar to the class in Diablo Immortal.

    Endgame Reward Changes

Diablo 4 needs a complete overhaul of the game's reward system, and it needs the introduction of new endgame mechanics similar to Path of Exile 1 & 2 and Last Epoch.

It could allow players play through specific game content repeatedly, such as Last Epoch timeline, to earn Diablo 4 items and experience. These can be used to permanently upgrade the rewards or difficulty of that content, for example, by enhancing these endgame content through a passive skill tree.

Currently, Diablo 4 has too many item drops, and directly adding a new endgame mechanic would be more mess. Therefore, a major overhaul of the entire reward system is needed. This could be achieved by reducing base rewards but ensuring that players focusing on a particular endgame content ultimately receive greater rewards than they currently do.

This allows players to focus on their preferred game modes. For example, if a player enjoys Infernal Hordes, they can customize the rewards for that mode through a dedicated skill tree, such as making the endgame boss drop only unique items, or changing the final chest to something like Belial chest, allowing players to choose their loot.

Season 10 was highly praised because it introduced Chaos Armor, which provides an alternative to repeatedly farming Lair Bosses for powerful and unique items. Adding a new endgame mechanic could be a permanent solution, allowing players to acquire their desired gear through multiple methods.

    Diablo IV's Version Kanai's Cube

In Diablo III, Kanai's Cube allowed players to extract the special effects of Legendary Aspects and place them in three dedicated slots. This allowed characters to gain the unqiue effect without equipping the item, excluding the item's base stats.

This could solve the problem of limited inventory slots. Currently, Diablo IV's gear builds are limited by the occupation of unique items, mythic items, and Legendary Aspects slots, resulting in low build flexibility. Kanai's Cube would provide additional Legendary Aspect slots, allowing players more freedom in their builds and making many previously impossible setups possible.

However, the development team plans a major overhaul of the skill tree, potentially moving transformative Legendary Aspects into the skill tree, reducing the need for Kanai's Cube. Nevertheless, this would still be a valuable system.

    New Gear

The new DLC introduces new gear types and rarities, particularly set items and a revamped Chaos Armor.

Set items have a high probability of appearing, as the developers stated they were working on sets before the game's release, and the expansion is a good time to introduce them, just as Runes did in its first expansion.

However, set items don't need to be the absolute core and essential for builds like they were in Diablo III. They should be a lateral shift or used only in specific situations, not something every build must wear.

The developers have also stated they are considering re-introducing Season 10 Chaos Armor in some form. In any case, Diablo 4 currently needs more rare and desirable gear types to enrich its endgame objectives.

    New Endgame Content

Diablo 4's current endgame content is quite sparse, and like all live service games, players always need more content. The new expansion should not only expand on existing content but also introduce entirely new systems.

There are many gameplay elements that can be borrowed, such as combining dungeons with Roguelike elements. For example, each floor could grant new powers or buffs, and players could use currency to shop at occasionally appearing merchants, creating a complete Roguelike experience.

There could even be a standalone mode where players start at level 1 with no equipment and gradually grow stronger throughout an adventure. Other game genres, such as tower defense, could also be referenced to create unique gameplay. Only a sufficiently rich endgame content can extend Diablo 4's lifespan and keep players engaged.

Diablo 4 boasts top-tier graphics and story among all current ARPGs, but its main weakness is its overly simplified gameplay. While this is good for casual players, it also causes the season's popularity to wane very quickly (because most players experience all the content within a week). Hopefully, this DLC will bring healthy and beneficial changes to Diablo 4.

  • Diablo 4 Season 10 Shattered Spirit Necromancer Build | Speed Farming And Pit Pushing Version

    Posted: Nov 19, 2025

With the season nearing its end, regardless of your class in Diablo 4 Season 10, you should theoretically have found a suitable build. But have you considered upgrading it further to earn more rewards before Season 10 concludes?

Advanced builds suitable for each Diablo 4 class differ. This time, we'll use Necromancer as an example to recommend Shattered Spirit Build!

This build offers reliable damage output and fast enemy clearing, and can be developed into either a farm-oriented or hit-push-oriented build as needed.

Its only drawback is its high gear requirements, but honestly, that's something you should consider, not a flaw in the build itself, right? And its advantage at the end of the season is that you should have already acquired a considerable amount of rare gear.

Next, we'll introduce you to this build and its two variations.

Diablo 4 Season 10 Shattered Spirit Necromancer Build | Speed Farming And Pit Pushing Version

    Shattered Spirit Necromancer Build Overview

With all the necessary gear, this build offers consistently high performance, allowing you to quickly eliminate enemies in the current fight and obtain the desired rewards or advance to the next level of The Pit.

    Required Gear

Regardless of how you intend to use this build, or if you want to customize it to suit your personal playstyle, you must ensure that the build includes the following three gears; otherwise, it will not function properly.

    • Blood Moon Breeches
    • Shattered Spirit's Aspect
    • Gospel of the Devotee

The latter two items deserve special mention. The name itself reveals the importance of Shattered Spirit's Aspect to this build; it allows Bone Spirit to launch 18 Bone Splinters in all directions, resulting in a 200-600% damage increase and generating additional essences.

Gospel of the Devotee is unique in that it has a Chaos Armor version in Season 10, further increasing the damage percentage by 36% based on the original item's effect. It also ensures that Bone Splinters penetrate enemies.

    Basic Skills

You can decide which skills to add based on your subsequent build variants, but the following skills are essential for any Shattered Spirit Necromancer Build:

    • Decompose
    • Bone Prison
    • Reap
    • Bone Spirit
    • Corpse Tendrils
    • Bone Storm

    Book Of The Dead

As a Necromancer class-specific mechanic, the choice of Book of the Dead is also important for the build. There are three types of this mechanic, each with different content to choose from. The following configuration is recommended for this build:

    • Melee Skeletons - Reaper: Increases shadow damage. If critical strike chance is insufficient, Skirmishers can be sacrificed to assist.
    • Mage Skeletons - Cold: Increases damage against vulnerable targets.
    • Golem - Iron: Increases critical strike damage.

    Speed Farming Version

To achieve this variant of Shattered Spirit Necromancer Build, you need two things: sufficient cooldown reduction to shorten Bone Spirit cooldown, and Rapid Ossification ranks.

The first requires equipping more gear, such as Harlequin Crest, Lidless Wall Chaos Armor with cooldown reduction affixes, or Crown of Lucion Chaos Armor.

On top of that, you can further Masterworking the cooldown reduction affixes on these gears three times. However, if you're adding an off-hand weapon, you should Masterworking Bone Splinters to allow them to be cast twice for more damage.

Typically, for every 100 Essence consumed, your Bone Spirit cooldown will be reduced by 4.5 seconds until Essence is depleted. Therefore, theoretically, you'll need to replenish Essence every time you cast Bone Spirit.

To achieve this, you can cast Macabre skill. This way, Bone Spirit benefits from the next Rapid Ossification even when consuming Essence, creating an infinite loop of constantly casting Bone Spirit for rapid farming.

In short, the core of this variant is to reduce the cooldown of Bone Spirit to below that of Rapid Ossification. Once you master this, you can engage in simple and effective combat by spamming skill keys.

Note that if you get stuck, you can use Decrepify. This skill consumes a small amount of Essence to trigger Rapid Renewal, refreshing Bone Spirit.

    The Pit Pushing Version

The core of this version is to maximize critical strike damage. To achieve this, we start with gear. In addition to the essential items for the entire build, you should continue adding Fists of Fate, whose critical strike chance is a random value between 1% and 360%.

Next, you'll need Okun's Catalyst, then unlock Bone skills, and upgrade these skills through Triple Masterworking. Rapid Ossification only needs to be at the lowest rank, as this version doesn't rely on cooldown reduction.

Of course, this doesn't mean cooldown reduction isn't important; it just means equipping Crown of Lucion is sufficient to ensure basic effectiveness.

Regarding skills, in addition to what's already mentioned, this build variant requires unlocking Corpse Tendrils for better enemy gathering and casting Macabre skills to help restore key resources. Also, don't forget to add more incense and elixir to boost your attack.

Building upon this, combine it with Bone Storm skill and continuously upgrade it for more critical hits. This will allow you to quickly clear regular enemies in The Pit and rapidly kill each floor's boss, advancing to more floors within the time limit.

That concludes our introduction to Shattered Spirit Necromancer Build. If you still have the interest and time to craft new builds towards the end of the season, give it a try!

  • Diablo 4 Season 11 Divine Gifts, Gear Upgrades And More Reviews | Can It Surpass S10?

    Posted: Nov 17, 2025

For the past year, Diablo 4 has been updating its new seasons in a similar format: a unique seasonal power/mechanic, along with some related new enemy types and bosses, and optimizations to existing mechanics.

While this has become a formula, you still always hope for more fun in the next season. Several seasons have indeed achieved this, such as the still-unfinished Season 10, which won over many players with its Chaos Armor.

Therefore, as the final Diablo 4 season following in 2025, you can't help but have high hopes for Season 11. However, based on the information available, it may not necessarily perform better than Season 10.

Next, we will analyze why this conclusion is reached and whether it will negatively impact Diablo 4's development in 2026.

Diablo 4 Season 11 Divine Gifts, Gear Upgrades And More Reviews | Can It Surpass S10?

    How Are Divine Gifts Performing?

Conceptually, this system is very cool, especially when you first equip these gifts. However, as you progress through the game, once you unlock all the gifts, you'll find it almost impossible to interact with the system anymore.

This isn't to say that gifts are useless, but rather that these passive upgrades only work silently, lacking many opportunities to interact with other mechanics or the combat itself - as seasonal mechanics, they should have a more noticeable presence.

Changes To The Gear Upgrade System

As the most notable change in Season 11, Tempering and Masterworking make the upgrade results of Diablo 4 items and related affixes more consistent. The game also introduces Sanctification as a way to further enhance items.

Overall, this change to enhancing affixes is a good thing, as you can directly choose the affixes you want. While being able to enhance only one affix might feel unsatisfying, at least it doesn't mean your weapon's strength has decreased.

Expanding the range of affix effects makes the upgrade system more interesting, giving you more incentive to re-roll and get the highest attribute for the enhanced affix.

Sanctification deserves separate attention. It allows your gear to randomly gain a bonus, but afterwards, your gear cannot be changed in any other way. The problem is that the chance of getting a valuable bonus is low.

Therefore, you might think it's great at first, but if you're unlucky, it could ruin one of your gears. To avoid this, you have to invest a lot of time playing the game to get multiple copies of the same gear just in case.

But this defeats the purpose of Tempering and Masterworking system optimization: the effort saved on affix rolling is ultimately wasted on sanctification.

    Monster Combat Changes

While Season 11 makes monsters behave more intelligently in the early game, you'll encounter a variety of new enemy affixes in endgame. This not only makes the game look more cluttered but also requires more dodging and positioning to avoid these affixes.

Furthermore, after Season 11 is implemented, you only have a maximum of four potions during combat. But honestly, there are so many potions dropped in the game that you almost never have a chance to use them all.

If the above two points raise some concerns, the addition of lesser evils enriches the basic combat of Season 11. In The Pit, you can directly click on Belial to summon hordes of elite monsters, avoiding unnecessary running around.

Furthermore, Helltides will be occupied by Duriel, where you'll encounter new Duriel-themed monsters. You can utilize the seasonal Divine Gifts mechanic to enhance them and obtain more reward drops.

As the first entirely new boss added since Diablo 4's release, Azmodan boasts a massive size and a design clearly rooted in Diablo 4 aesthetics, making it one of the biggest highlights of Season 11.

    Is The Tower Good Enough?

While this dungeon is brand new, those who have experienced 2.5.0 PTR will know that The Tower's gameplay itself offers little innovation, being quite similar to The Pit. Its real appeal lies in the return of the leaderboard.

However, frankly, very few players will actually reach the top of the leaderboard to obtain exclusive rewards, so your focus should be more on re-playability.

If a comparison must be made, The Tower is better in terms of map layout and monster spawn points, but its weakness lies in the final boss, Tower Guardian, which takes up too much time, especially if your builds lack single-target damage.

This leaves you no time to clear Pylons' shields to gain their buffs. While you can choose not to add them, this weakens the overall appeal of The Tower.

Interestingly, if you've played Greater Rifts in Diablo 3, you'll find it similar to The Tower, but the former rewards you with Bane of the Stricken gem.

This gem, when socketed into an amulet or ring, grants your enemies a damage debuff, increasing the more you attack, which is very helpful for builds lacking single-target damage.

Therefore, The Tower could easily adopt this mechanism, implementing a similar buff in the dungeon, or even adding a new Pylon based on it.

    Healing Mechanism Update

The change in Season 11 to turn fortify into healing mechanics was essentially a good idea, but unfortunately, it didn't truly change the gameplay. If you're instantly killed or enemy damage is too high, even a large amount of healing won't help.

While the newest season seems to always be the best in Diablo 4, considering all the changes, if Season 11's content remains largely unchanged after launch, its brilliance might not surpass Season 10.

However, if we only evaluate a single season, Season 11 is far from being below average, so it's unlikely to make you lose interest in Diablo 4 in 2026, especially considering the new DLC coming next year!

  • Diablo 4 Season 10 Landslide Druid Build Guide | How To Crush Infernal Hordes And Boost Your DPS?

    Posted: Nov 13, 2025

Due to the postponement of Compass to Carnage event, you could have freely farmed Infernal Hordes in the middle of Diablo 4 Season 10, but now you must prepare to fight until the end of the season.

To fully utilize Infernal Horde bonus from this event before Season 10 ends, you need to choose the most suitable and efficient build to complete the event. If you mainly play Druid, consider Landslide Druid Build!

While you might find this build somewhat outdated, combined with Chaos Perks, it can actually be quite effective in farming densely packed enemies like Infernal Hordes in Season 10. We'll now introduce how to craft this build.

Diablo 4 Season 10 Landslide Druid Build Guide | How To Crush Infernal Hordes And Boost Your DPS?

    Landslide Druid Build Overview

This build excels not only at clearing groups of enemies but is also effective against single bosses. It's relatively easy to master, even for new Druid players, and once mastered, it can help you progress through the season more steadily.

Of course, no build is perfect. This build's disadvantages lie in its relatively slow speed, requiring a longer initial setup to unleash its full power, and its high gear requirements.

However, these aren't difficult to overcome. You can buy Diablo 4 items to meet Landslide Druid Build crafting requirements and acquire additional armor with good defense or survivability enhancements, allowing you to smoothly navigate the early stages of combat.

The Main Mechanics Of This Build

To ensure this build functions effectively, you need Vasily's Prayer, which converts Druid earth skills into wolf-type skills, allowing you to benefit from the survival node or special passive skills, enabling you to continuously cast Landslide in combat.

In addition, you need to equip this gear with rare affixes and upgrade it regularly to maximize its power. Of course, if you find its Chaos Armor version, even better, you can use it in the helmet slot.

The second essential item for this build is Earthbreaker. It increases Landslide's sustained damage by increasing the ground's physical damage per second. If you place a Landslide pillar within Earth Spike's area of effect, it can also duplicate it.

To further ensure continuous Landslide casting, the third gear needs to provide infinite spirit, combined with Chao Perk Overabundance to prevent resource shortages.

Finally, don't forget to add Aspect of the Aftershock to your amulet. This allows Landslide to attack twice, dealing additional damage with each attack, maximizing your DPS.

While the core of Landslide Druid build revolves around gear, it's not limited to these aspects, and other elements such as skills and seasonal powers are equally important. We'll discuss these in the following sections.

    Optimal Skill Rotation

If you're a veteran Diablo 4 Druid player, you should be familiar with the basic skill configuration of this build, as it's been in the game for a long time.

Besides the core Landslide, other important skills include Grizzly Rage, Poison Creeper, Blood Howl, and more. However, what truly makes a build effective isn't just the skills themselves, but also the order and timing of their use.

You need to continuously cast Landslide while using Cataclysm to gain infinite resources. Also, don't forget to use Claw to activate Wild Transformations (Chaos Perk) to further ensure the continuity of Landslide casting.

If you encounter enemy encirclement or are low on health, remember to activate defensive skills and Cyclone Armor immediately - you can activate this by switching to humanoid form using Wild Transformations.

More importantly, activating Cataclysm or Cyclone Armor can continuously gather enemies together, maximizing DPS.

Based on this, further skill tree configurations are as follows:

    • 1. First, unlock Claw at the start.
    • 2. Unlock the original Landslide and Wild Impulses.
    • 3. Unlock all defensive skills.
    • 4. Unlock Innate Blood Howl and Debilitating Roar for damage bonuses.

Overall, Landslide Druid Build's skill rotation isn't complicated, which is why we mentioned its ease of mastery from the beginning.

    More Gear Options

We've already mentioned some gear when explaining how the build works. Beyond that, you'll need to acquire more powerful items to further enhance the build and your character's overall enemy clearing capabilities.

The first recommended item is Heir of Perdition, which provides a 60% bonus to skill damage, and some affixes significantly increase DPS. It's worth noting that this item can also be replaced with Chaos version of Fists of Fate.

For the chest armor, both Shroud of False Death and Insatiable Fury are good choices, but the former is better. It grants +1 to all passive skills and all attributes, helping you reach Paragon levels.

The ring Earthbreaker's style and effects are perfectly suited to this build. It increases Landslide's level and the attack speed of Earth-type skills, since Landslide's effects are always relatively slow to materialize.

Here are some recommended gear choices for other slots:

    • Boots: Dire Wolf's
    • Primary Weapon: Dagger
    • Amulet: Any perk that provides Willpower and Venom passive skill points

    Best Chaos Powers

The essential perks we've already mentioned include Overabundance and Wild Transformations. Their attributes and specific effects are as follows:

    • Overabundance - Magic - Druid: For every 50 points above your maximum Spirit, your damage increases by 10-20% for 5 seconds. This bonus stacks but does not refresh.
    • Wild Transformations - Legendary - Druid: After transforming into a new form, you can use a free skill and gain an additional bonus for 5 seconds.

Since a maximum of four powers can be used per combat, the other two recommended Chaos Perks are:

    • Brawn Over Brains - Unique - All Class: Provides maximum life, healing received, and Overpower damage bonus, while reducing your maximum resistances and armor damage reduction.
    • Purge the Infected - Rare - Druid: Your core ability inflicts a poison effect on enemies for 4 seconds, equal to 100-200% of your base damage.

By completing Landslide Druid Build crafting based on the above, you should be able to dominate as a Druid for the remainder of Season 10, earning your character the final wave of honor and loot for the season! Give it a try!

  • Diablo 4 Season 10 Rake Spiritborn Build Guide | Speed Through The Pit And Other Events

    Posted: Nov 08, 2025

Even as the youngest class in Diablo 4, Spiritborn has been around for over a year, resulting in numerous powerful builds created by players, who update these builds according to the season.

Different Spiritborn builds have different strengths; some focus on single-target damage, while others help you level up faster. However, for quickly clearing multi-layered endgame events like The Pit, Rake Spiritborn build is the most reliable.

Based on this, we'll show you how to craft this build in the still-running Diablo 4 Season 10 and utilize it to progress quickly within The Pit, farming more rewards.

Diablo 4 Season 10 Rake Spiritborn Build Guide | Speed Through The Pit And Other Events

    Rake Spiritborn Build Overview

This build relies on a variety of unique items and Spiritborn-specific mechanic, Spirit Hall, to function. It excels at dealing AoE damage, making it better suited for dealing with groups of enemies rather than single bosses.

However, because it requires multiple damage-dealing gear, this build cannot be paired with enough armor, resulting in a lack of defensive capabilities.

Another tricky aspect of Rake Spiritborn Build is the need for precise timing of triggering various effects to maximize the value of skills and gear, making it somewhat difficult to use.

However, once you overcome these challenges, you can deal primary damage by triggering Jaguar's Spirit Hall multiple times per second, then utilize the stacking buffs from various gear to further increase damage output.

Building upon this, choosing Eagle as the secondary Spirit Hall increases clearing speed. Through continuous dodging and instant repositioning, you can quickly unleash burst damage, even in Torment 4 difficulty, rapidly clearing large groups of monsters.

As an additional reminder, the skill choices for this build in Season 10 can largely follow the strategies used in previous seasons, primarily including the following skills:

    • Rake
    • Ravager
    • Armored Hide
    • Vortex
    • Toxic Skin
    • The Hunter

    Which Gear Is Needed?

As we've already mentioned, this build is gear-intensive, so you'd better follow our recommendations for farming and equipping Diablo 4 items, and don't easily change your item lineup.

Let's start from top to bottom, beginning with the helmet. Fortunately, Season 10 introduced Chaos Armor, so just choose the best Spiritborn-available Chaos Armor you can get - don't forget to add affixes that provide damage and agility boosts.

As for the chest armor, Razorplate is actually an essential item for the entire build to function. It can be obtained by farming the boss Lord Zir, and equipping it increases your Thorns damage.

For the gloves slot, we recommend Aspect of the Moonrise, which allows you to increase your attack speed by dealing damage to enemies. Combined with the massive damage from your abilities, you'll become a high-speed monster-killing machine on the field.

Here's a list of more gear pieces and the corresponding affixes or Masterworking effects:

    • Pants - Harmony of Ebewaka (Chaos Armor version): Provides all attributes, movement speed, and damage reduction with advanced affixes.
    • Boots - Hesha E Kesungi: The affix needs to increase the gorilla's skill level and attack speed, and reduce ultimate skill cooldown.
    • Weapon - Aspect of Wild Claws: Ensures free damage and extra hit chance trigger.
    • Amulet - Aspect of Adaptability: The affix needs to increase resource bonuses.
    • Ring 1 - Aspect of Redirected Force: The affix needs to increase dexterity, maximum health, and overpower damage.
    • Ring 2 - Aspect of Unyielding Hits: The affix needs to increase dexterity, elemental resistance, and damage, and reduce resource consumption and skill cooldown.

Besides the gear pieces mentioned above, another essential item is Rod of Kepeleke.

As a Spiritborn-exclusive quarterstaff, this gear's Chaos Armor version receives a 0.90% critical strike damage boost, allowing it to unleash even greater power when paired with other gear.

    Best Chaos Perks

As another core seasonal mechanic of Season 10, every build available in that season should have a best Chaos Perks combination (maximum 4 can be combined.).

    Combined Strikes

For Rake Spiritborn build, the core perk should be Combined Strikes. It allows core abilities to not only attack multiple times but also deal a 40% damage boost.

While this perk also increases the core ability cooldown by 10 seconds, the core ability cooldown is reset when the basic ability attacks for the third time based on Rod of Kepeleke.

This allows you to continuously unleash wide-area core abilities, combining damage and attack speed boosts to quickly clear enemy groups.

    Brawn Over Brains

This perk instantly grants you 200% increased maximum health, 100% increased healing received, and 125% overpower damage. The downside is a 25% reduction in maximum resistances, with armor providing a maximum damage reduction of 60%.

While the reduced resistances make you more vulnerable, enemies will practically never get close, as your survivability and damage output are significantly increased, allowing you to eliminate enemies before the resistance debuff takes effect.

    Unstable Power

This perk unleashes chaotic magic on your basic abilities, guaranteeing a Critically Strike and Overpower effect, while increasing damage output by 50-100%. However, there is a 3-second cooldown on this power.

Combined with Rod of Kepeleke, your core abilities are treated as basic abilities, thus guaranteeing all your spells will crit.

    Back Off

When you cast any skill, this perk reduces damage taken by nearby enemies by 30% while increasing your damage to all other enemies by 100-200%, making it suitable for ranged combat.

Based on this, as long as you maintain a mid-to-long range from enemy groups and ensure accurate positioning, you can deal double damage to all enemies.

    Practical Effect Of This Build

Pit of the Artificers is a timed endgame event that requires you to kill a sufficient number of enemies within 15 minutes to summon a boss. Only after killing the boss is a level completed, so speed and damage output are crucial.

While Rake Spiritborn Build is somewhat lacking in dealing with single-target bosses, our recommended crafting strategy is sufficient until level 140. After that, if you want to use this build to delve deeper into The Pit, you will need to upgrade your gear and affixes.

And it's not just effective at The Pit, Rake Spiritborn Build also performs well in clearing Infernal Hordes, which also have timed and progress bar mechanics, or in the high-monster-density Season 10 Chaos Rifts.

In short, whether you want to delve deeper into The Pit or farm more loot through Infernal Hordes after Compass to Carnage event begins, Rake Spiritborn Build will be very useful!
