  • CoD Black Ops 7 Best Weapon Loadouts: Meta Guns And Recommended Attachment Builds

    Posted: Dec 03, 2025

CoD: Black Ops 7, a first-person shooter, combines FPS shooting, tactics, story, and multiplayer PvP elements to create a thrilling and tense gaming atmosphere that has attracted many players.

Since CoD BO7 is a shooter, different equipment and weapons are crucial for players. Currently, BO7 has released 30 weapons, with various types of guns being the most comfortable for most players to use.

CoD Black Ops 7 Best Weapon Loadouts: Meta Guns And Recommended Attachment Builds

Players can also improve weapon stability, aiming accuracy, and other attributes by equipping appropriate attachments, making them their most effective tools. Alternatively, you can upgrade your weapons using different levels of workbenches, especially Jailbreak Workbenches, but higher-level workbenches are located in dangerous areas with significant risks.

Therefore, I highly recommend improving weapon performance by equipping attachments. However, with so many different weapons and attachments in the game, how do you choose to achieve the best results? Don't worry, I'll recommend the best loadouts for five guns to help you improve your combat effectiveness in the game.

    1. MXR-17

MXR-17 is a fully automatic assault rifle in the game with excellent accuracy and range, and its firepower is also strong enough, but its relatively slow mobility and rate of fire affect its output. We can improve its shortcomings using various attachments. The following loadouts are recommended:

    • Optic: Lethal Tools ELO (easy to operate, suitable for all distances)
    • Muzzle: Redwell-90 Compensator (enhances Vertical Recoil)
    • Barrel: 20" Imperial Barrel
    • Under Barrel: Sentry Pro Handstop (improves Horizontal Recoil Control and various aiming shortcomings)
    • Magazine: Extended Mag (increases magazine capacity from 25 to 30)
    • Stock: VAS TH-09 Stock (improves aiming movement speed and recoil resistance)
    • Comb: Aria Assail Comb (improves aiming and firing speed)
    • Fire Mods: Recoil Sync Unit (improves Vertical, Horizontal and Recoil Control)

With these eight attachments, we can achieve extremely high sprint firing rate, aiming speed, movement speed, and very easy-to-control recoil, while also making the rifle incredibly powerful.

This loadout set is highly recommended, making MXR-17 one of the fastest-killing assault rifles in the game. You can use it to get a headshot kill in three shots.

If you don't have the complete eight attachments, you can remove Optic, Recoil Sync Unit, and Stock, and use the remaining five loadout sets for equally excellent handling and recoil control.

    2. Peacekeeper Mk1

This is an excellent fully automatic assault rifle with superb mobility and control, but it has high recoil and limited range. However, it has one advantage: if players want a more aggressive playstyle, they can also use it as a submachine gun. Recommended loadouts are as follows:

    • Optic: Lethal Tools ELO (Still the same one, suitable for any range)
    • Muzzle: K&S Stalker 57-X (Does not reveal your position on the mini-map after each shot)
    • Barrel: 23.5" Longbow Barrel
    • Under Barrel: Sentry Pro Handstop
    • Magazine: Vulcan Reach Extension (Increases magazine capacity to 40 rounds)
    • Rear Grip: DiveEdge-7 Grip (Improves close-range handling)
    • Stock: EAM Blitzfire Stock (Improves aiming movement speed and recoil resistance)
    • Fire Mods: Buffer Spring (Smoothers recoil control)

Once you install these eight attachments, you'll see Firing Range, boasting extremely high rates of fire, aiming speed, and movement speed, as well as recoil control without a compensator, making you shine in long-range combat.

However, the biggest characteristic of the fully equipped Mk1 is that you need to fire while moving, as its long-range damage isn't as high. Maps like Nuketown 2025 are more suitable for its use.

If you don't want to equip so many, you can replace Silencer with K&S Compensator and remove Stock, Buffer Spring, and Magazine. You'll find that its handling is still excellent, and we can use Compensator to compensate for the lack of recoil control caused by the absence of Buffer Spring.

In general, you'll find that in battles, Peacekeeper Mk1 paired with Compensator is not only powerful, but also shortens the time-to-kill (TTK).

    3. Carbon 57

As a fully automatic submachine gun, it has a very large ammo capacity, and its range and recoil are quite considerable, but its damage is below the average level for similar submachine guns.

The recommended loadouts are as follows:

    • Optic: Lethal Tools ELO (compensates for Iron Sights' shortcomings)
    • Muzzle: K&S Compensator (eliminates Vertical Recoil)
    • Barrel: 14" Rockleigh Barrel (increases range)
    • Under Barrel: Vitalize Handstop (enhances overall gun handling)
    • Magazine: Compact-246 Fast Mag (reduces magazine capacity to 40 rounds, but improves aiming, firing, and reload speed)
    • Rear Grip: Bombus Quick Grip (improves close-quarters combat capability)
    • Stock: Bowen Resolute Pad (enhances recoil resistance and aiming speed while moving)
    • Fire Mods: Accelerated Recoil System

Once you equip all these attachments, you'll find that the previously difficult-to-control submachine gun not only has improved aiming and firing speeds, but also becomes much easier to control.

If you only want to use five attachments, you can remove Magazine, Stock, and Optic. However, be aware that removing Optic will require you to spend time familiarizing yourself with its original Iron Sights.

This isn't a major problem; you can practice by playing against bots in CoD Black Ops 7 bot lobbies.

In short, Carbon 57 is powerful enough, especially at medium range, making it very practical. Its firepower can even surpass some more accurate weapons, such as Dravec 45 and RK-9.

    4. M8A1

M8A1 is a four-round burst rifle that unlocks at level 49. This gun becomes excellent if accuracy and range can be improved. Recommended loadouts are as follows:

    • Optic: Lethal Tools ELO
    • Muzzle: Redwell 5.56 Compensator
    • Barrel: 23" Barrier Barrel (increases damage range)
    • Under Barrel: Ironhold Angled Grip (improves overall gun stability)
    • Magazine: Sentinel Extended Mag (increases capacity to 40 rounds, allowing for continuous 1-round bursts)
    • Rear Grip: K&S Raze Grip (improves close-range handling)
    • Stock: Gridlock Stock (improves muzzle stability and aiming movement speed)
    • Fire Mods: Buffer Spring

Once you load out all the above attachments, using this gun in combat will give you an unparalleled shooting experience with its continuous fire, incredibly fast aiming speed, and one-shot kills. It boasts powerful firepower and decent handling, making it highly recommended.

If you only want to use five attachments, you'll need to remove Magazine, Stock, and Buffer Spring. This will require a slight adjustment to your shooting posture, as Buffer Spring will be missing. However, this won't affect its performance; it's effective at any range.

    5. Dravec 45

Dravec 45 is a fully automatic submachine gun with very low recoil and decent range, but low damage, especially at long range. Therefore, we need to compensate for these weaknesses with appropriate attachments.

These are the loadouts it requires:

    • Optic: Lethal Tools ELO
    • Muzzle: Bowen .45 Suppressor
    • Barrel: 19" EAM Horizon Barrel
    • Magazine: Gator Extended Mag
    • Rear Grip: Herald-Z1 Grip
    • Stock: Defiant-45 Skeletal Stock
    • Laser: LTI Swift Point Laser (increases aiming speed and rate of fire)
    • Fire Mods: Accelerated Recoil System

Once fully equipped, Dravec 45 will boast extremely high rate of fire, aiming speed, movement speed, and controllable recoil, making it one of the strongest submachine guns in BO7. In mid-to-long-range combat, pulling out this gun will allow you to quickly outmaneuver your opponents.

To equip this gun with five attachments, you need to remove Optic, Laser, and Fire Mods. However, even with Optic removed, the gun comes with Iron... Sights are still very useful, and I even prefer this loadout set to the full set.

These are our five most recommended loadout sets for Black Ops 7. We hope they provide you with some good equipment ideas for the game. Thanks for reading!

  • CoD BO6 Vs BO7 Game Mode Details | Comparison, Differences And Recommendation

    Posted: Dec 02, 2025

Just one year after the release of CoD BO6, Call of Duty Black Ops 7 appeared on the scene. This rapid succession inevitably led to comparisons between the two games.

Especially given their remarkably similar game mode designs and their shared membership in the well-known Call of Duty franchise.

CoD BO6 Vs BO7 Game Mode Details | Comparison, Differences And Recommendation

Below, I will provide a detailed introduction and comparison of their game modes, hoping this article will help you understand the differences and choose the game that best suits your needs.

    Multiplayer Mode

Currently, CoD BO6 boasts a richer design in terms of game setting and core gameplay. However, Call of Duty Black Ops 7 has gained popularity due to its engaging map designs and highly playable mechanics.

    Maps

CoD BO6 currently features 45 multiplayer maps. And BO7 only has 19 maps, 17 of which are traditional maps. However, it will offer players the most new 6v6 maps in the series' history, allowing players to experience the game's rich design on these maps.

    Format

Both games share the same basic gameplay in their Multiplayer Mode, requiring players to engage in 6v6 battles across various game modes to pursue ultimate victory. However, there are some special game modes that exist.

Skirmish, introduced in CoD BO7, allows players to engage in 20v20 battles. With such a large-scale melee, players will experience a rather chaotic scene.

    Perks

As players level up, they unlock perks in the game, choosing from three categories: Enforcer, Recon, and Strategist.

In CoD BO6, selecting three perks of the same category activates Core Combat Specialty, granting additional buffs.

Black Ops 7 introduces Hybrid Combat Specialty, allowing players to mix three perks from two different categories to activate this effect. The benefits it provides will satisfy players' development in different directions.

    Other

Both games offer numerous design features that enhance gameplay. For example, players can unlock and upgrade Prestige system by fighting and resetting levels. When the corresponding level is reached, you will receive generous rewards.

The difference lies in the rewards given to players. In BO6, players received a cosmetic set and a token to unlock any loadout item. In CoD Black Ops 7, not only can players reset their characters for rewards, but max-level weapons can also be upgraded to Prestige weapons, unlocking cosmetic items like weapon camos and charms.

Furthermore, the persistent lobbies, which players have strongly requested to return, are included in CoD BO7, providing an enhanced gameplay experience.

    Zombies Mode

In this mode, players must fight against endless hordes of enemies. Over time, the number and difficulty of these opponents will increase.

    Maps

While the current map content in CoD BO7's Zombies Mode is far less diverse than in BO6, it is expected that more turn-based and survival maps will be added in the future, potentially surpassing the number of maps in other games in the series.

COD BO7 BOT LOBBIES Giveaways At IGGM Discord

This process is gradually being implemented. Call of Duty Black Ops 7 Season 1, launching on December 4th, will feature two survival maps and a turn-based map, Astra Malorum.

    Game Modes

CoD BO7 Zombies Mode features a unique Cursed Mode, where players can experience more challenging scenarios, such as relying solely on their knowledge of the map and missions to navigate subsequent adventures. BO6's Grief Mode pits two squads against each other, with the player surviving the longest winning.

Compared to the mixed reception of Grief Mode, Cursed Mode has received widespread praise since its release. If you're wondering why these two modes have such different reputations, try them out for yourself.

    Campaign Mode

Campaign Mode is the most significant difference between CoD Black Ops 7 and BO6, offering players almost entirely different gameplay experiences.

    Format

In CoD BO6, the campaign mode was entirely a solo adventure, while in CoD Black Ops 7 it became an optional four-player co-op campaign mode.

Players new to the series will probably adapt to this mode more easily than those who wanted to try the sequel because of CoD BO6.

    Characters

While both games draw inspiration from Black Ops series, there are specific differences. Characters from Black Ops or Black Ops Cold War return in CoD BO6, while those from BO2 appear in BO7.

    Setting

CoD Black Ops 7 is set in the near future, allowing players to use weapons and other elements appropriate for the setting. BO6 is set during Gulf War in 1991.

    New Content

Furthermore, CoD BO7 added an Endgame mode to Campaign Mode, increasing re-playability. Players must complete missions assigned by the game system through exploration of Avalon to level up their characters and ultimately engage in battles to defeat the final boss.

If you're new to the series, we recommend trying CoD Black Ops 7. The cooperative gameplay will enhance your experience and allow you to meet like-minded friends.

It's important to note that regardless of the game mode you choose in CoD Black Ops 7, the most crucial element is having proficient shooting skills and strong adventure abilities. This will allow you to unlock game features, upgrade your character and weapons, and more as you explore.

If you don't want to be killed immediately upon entering the game, continuously improve your skills. Besides honing your abilities in various game modes, you can also buy CoD Black Ops 7 bot lobbies from IGGM to compete against equally skilled players and bots, identifying your strengths and weaknesses.

In conclusion, while CoD BO6, having been released for a year, holds an advantage in terms of content richness, Black Ops 7 boasts more novel settings and innovations. Over time, CoD BO7 is expected to gradually increase its richness, providing players with even more gameplay content.

Players with different preferences will likely make different choices between these two games. They offer different development paths and unique gameplay mechanics, and whichever you choose, you can expect a thrilling and exciting adventure.

The first update is Daily Challenges. It fixes an issue where Daily Challenges wouldn't reset after entering a new Prestige. This issue was initially discovered on November 14th but persisted; it has now been resolved.

    Multiplayer

Next is the multiplayer test map, fixing an issue where players might arrive at unexpected locations on maps such as Scar, Flagship, Colossus, Hijacked, and Toshin.

They also updated the multiplayer interface, fixed an issue with some overclocking options being out of order, and an issue where some Operators were displayed as inactive, and updated various crash and stability issues.

    Nuketown 2025

Now for the important part. Nuketown 2025 officially launched in Black Ops 7 on November 20, 2025. This small and fast-paced 6v6 map was originally intended as an update for Season 1, but it was released early as a surprise to fill the gaps players noticed at launch!

Frankly, Nuketown is more than just another map. It's an iconic element of Black Ops series, first appearing in 2010 and appearing multiple times in various forms. This time, we're getting a remastered version of Nuketown 2025, retaining its retro-futuristic atmosphere but adding crisper textures and visuals. It's a minor detail, but it makes the map feel fresh while still bringing players back to the past. We're sure players will discover the hidden Easter eggs soon!

It's worth noting that the developers stated this will be a quick update to the game list in preparation for Nuketown 2025. Therefore, there's no maintenance scheduled, meaning no downtime, just a smooth addition to Quick Play and rotations.

Team Deathmatch is now only available in Quick Play, while Core Free-for-All has been removed from Quick Play and will be available in Featured Modes.

Anyway, let's dive into this new interpretation of the chaotic classic CoD BO7 and experience it for ourselves when Nuketown 2025 officially launches.

    Free Endgame Access & Bundles

Surprisingly, these aren't the only things we'll be getting this week.

Recently, the developers stated they've seen very positive feedback from players regarding Black Ops 7's Endgame mode. So, starting Friday, November 21st, all Black Ops 7 players will be able to experience Endgame mode.

Currently, to unlock Endgame mode, players must complete the entire campaign. However, starting the 21st, all players will be able to experience Endgame without completing the campaign. Perhaps this is in response to Battlefield series, as they are launching a free trial; I guess they want players to stay with Call of Duty series.

But players who have already unlocked Endgame mode shouldn't be upset, as you will receive additional rewards. Players who have already gained access to Endgame mode before its official release on Friday will receive the following rewards:

    • Three 1-hour Double Level XP Tokens
    • Three 1-hour Double Weapon XP Tokens
    • Three 1-hour Battle Pass XP Tokens
    • Three Perkaholic Gobblegums

In addition to the unique rewards unlocked in the co-op campaign, global XP, and an exclusive camo tracker, there's more.

In short, this is what's expected to launch this week. This update will bring the first event before the start of Black Ops 7 Season 1, free rewards, and a series of fixes. Hope to see you at Nuketown 2025!
