Diablo 4: How To Solve Some Minor Issues? - Items Disappear Randomly & Reset Dungeons And More
Posted: May 30, 2023 Views: 2757
While playing Diablo 4, have any of you noticed that items on the ground sometimes randomly disappear? Or when you might want to reset a dungeon, you have to go all the way back to town to do it. These two problems greatly affect the game experience.
Thankfully, it’s easy to fix these two issues and a few other niggles to help you create a more enjoyable Diablo 4 experience. Let’s get back to the question of random items disappearing from the ground and how to fix it by default.
Item Label Display Fix
If you are in combat at the time, the item will disappear after a 10 second delay. It will then scatter these items around you. You can pin these items on the options menu and change the item label display option to your desired preference. This way, you can quickly grab these items.

Quickly Leave & Reset Dungeons
As for our second point, resetting dungeons quickly and easily without having to go back to town. There is a specific button on the emotion wheel that allows you to simply leave the dungeon you are currently in. You can also rebind it as a key to your choice.

How To Interact With Pet Dogs?
Speaking of going back to town, have you ever wondered why you can’t pet a dog that’s wandering around? You can actually walk up to the dog to the emotion wheel, and use the “hello emote,” next to them, so your character can pat the dog on the head.

Disable Cross Play Functionality
After optimizing your setup as much as possible, try disabling cross play functionality to reduce the number of players loaded into the game world and the overall number of connections. Of course, this also has the downside of not seeing as many players as before. But maybe it’s also a blessing in disguise.

Legendaries Mailed To Stash
This was a bit hidden in previous Diablo 4 iterations. But thankfully, now it’s right in front of you once you open your inventory. While they might not matter early on, they will matter in World Tiers where your resistances are higher. But they can get nerfed as you clear dungeons and get sweet loot.
Try not to worry if you happen to miss the legendary items and some of Diablo 4 Gold drops. Thankfully, they mail to your stash safe and sound, but be careful. You can only mail about 20 items. So try to keep an eye out for legendary item drops. But if you miss some, don’t worry too much about it.

Keep Duplicate Legendaries
Since we’re talking about legends, try to save multiples of each legend. If they are beneficial to your character, while you can extract legendary items to imprint their effects on rare items. But the legendary item itself gets destroyed during extraction. This means that you will have to keep multipliers on certain legendary items, depending on how useful and rare they are.

Play How You Want to Play
Last but not least, I know this might sound cliche. But the way you want to play the game changes over time during the lifespan of a Diablo 4 class.
Especially with season 1 coming so soon after its official release, some courses will take time to start rolling. For example Barbarian and Druid, they both need Legendary to be as good as Sorceress.
In any case, you can start the game the way you like to play. Hope these tips can help you solve some of the troubles you encountered in Diablo 4 and get a better gaming experience. I wish you a merry game.

Diablo 4 Season 11 Jeweler Guide | Gem Crafting, Rune Services And More Features
Besides yourself and other players, Diablo 4 features many NPCs, which can be divided into three categories based on their function: vendors, mercenaries, and story characters.
The first two are closely related to your actual combat experience. Four mercenaries can act as allies to provide combat assistance, while different vendors offer various services to obtain or upgrade gear.
In Diablo 4 Season 11, there are currently 5 vendors you can encounter: Blacksmith, Alchemist, Occultist, Jeweler, and Purveyor of Curiosities. While each of them is important, this time we will focus on introducing Jeweler.

How To Find Jeweler?
After your Diablo 4 character reaches level 20, the system will give you a priority quest called Gem Crafting. Completing this quest will unlock Jeweler.
The main Jeweler's permanent location is Tree of Whispers, but you can also find and visit other Jewelers in the following cities by looking for the diamond-shaped icons on the map:
- Kyovashad
- Ked Bardu
- Cerrigar
- Zarbinzet
- Gea Kul
- Kurast Bazaar
Jeweler Function Overview
This vendor's services mainly relate to runes and gems, more specifically:
- Salvage, craft, and unsocket gems
- Add more gem slots to gear
- Craft new runes
- Consume runes and other materials to craft specific Mythics
- Craft jewelry
Next, we will introduce the mechanics of these services in detail, and what you need to do or pay to access them.
Gem Services At Jeweler
There are 7 types of gems in Diablo 4, which, when inserted, provide different buffs to your weapons, armor, or jewelry. Each Diablo 4 gem has 6 levels, which you can upgrade by consuming gold and the corresponding type of gem fragments.
Gem Types:
- Amethyst
- Diamond
- Emerald
- Ruby
- Sapphire
- Skull
- Topaz
Gem levels and required materials for upgrading:
- Crude (Base Level)
- Chipped - Level 1: 10 Gem Fragments + 1,000 Gold
- Base - Level 15: 100 Gem Fragments + 10,000 Gold
- Flawless - Level 20: 1,000 Gem Fragments + 100,000 Gold
- Royal - Level 25: 10,000 Gem Fragments + 1,000,000 Gold
- Grand - Level 30: 100,000 Gem Fragments + 30 Forgotten Souls + 10,000,000 Gold
Regarding the removal function, all socketed items on gear, including gems, can be removed at Jeweler, and it's free. If you have too many gems of a certain type, we recommend salvaging them to avoid cluttering your inventory.
If the salvaged gem has been upgraded, the gold and Forgotten Souls used during the upgrade will not be returned. Therefore, it's best to prioritize salvaging initial gems.

How To Obtain Other Types Of Gem Fragments?
All gem fragments will drop when you complete any event challenge or quest, but the specific type that drops is random.
Therefore, after farming gem fragments, if you find that you have fewer of the type you urgently need, you can consume 100 fragments of three different types to obtain 200 fragments of a specific single type.
Rune Services At Jeweler
Regarding rune removal, we have already mentioned it when discussing gem removal. The remaining services are crafting new runes and Mythic Uniques.
Mythic Uniques Crafting
As the rarest type of gear in Diablo 4, Mythic Uniques can be obtained through combat drops and crafting.
Crafting can be done at both Jeweler and Blacksmith. The difference is that the former allows you to specify the crafting result, while the latter only crafts random Mythics. The required materials are:
- Jeweler: 2 Resplendent Sparks, 6 legendary runes, 6 rare runes, 6 magic runes, and 5,000 gold
- Blacksmith: 2 Resplendent Sparks and 50,000,000 gold

New Runes Crafting
This mechanism essentially involves reforging existing runes. You can consume three runes of the same rarity to reforge them into a new rune - the rarity may be the same or better.
All runes are divided into three rarities, each with a corresponding color: magic (blue), rare (yellow), and legendary (orange). The corresponding reforging materials are as follows:
- 3 Magic Runes + 4,000 Gold: 85% chance to produce 1 Magic Rune, 15% chance to produce a Rare Rune.
- 3 Rare Runes + 4,000 Gold: 85% chance to produce 1 Rare Rune and a 15% chance to upgrade to 1 Legendary Rune.
- 3 Legendary Runes + 4,000 Gold: 100% chance to produce 1 Legendary Rune.
How To Add Slots To Gear?
Diablo 4 gear slots allow you to insert gems or runes to enhance your gear. If some gear doesn't have slots or you want to add slots to gear with a maximum of 2 slots, you can do so at Jeweler - gloves and boots cannot gain additional slots.
The following are all the materials required to add slots and their corresponding gear types:
- Iron Chunk - Weapons and Jewelry
- Rawhide - Armor
- Veiled Crystal - All Gear
- Abstruse Sigil - Legendary Jewelry
- Baleful Fragment - Legendary Weapons
- Coiling Ward - Legendary Armor
- Scattered Prism - Ancestral Gear
How To Craft New Jewelry?
After your character reaches level 60, you can consume 30,000 gem fragments of any type, 60 Forgotten Souls, and 3,000,000 gold at Jeweler to craft Jewelry Caches.
Opening these caches will give you usable legendary or unique amulets or rings based on your current character's class. If you receive duplicate or less useful jewelry for your character, you can sell it for other necessary items.
The above is an introduction to all the functions of Diablo 4 Jeweler. You need to combine the functions of this NPC and other vendors to strengthen your character from multiple angles and enjoy the game. Have fun!

Diablo 4 Season 11 Legendary Rune Farming Guide: How To Obtain Infinite Runes With Divine Gifts?
Since the introduction of Rune system in Diablo 4, runes have been a coveted resource for almost every player. This is not only because they can activate powerful Runewords, providing synergistic buffs for character builds, but more importantly, they are essential consumables for crafting specific Mythic Uniques.
With the developers significantly increasing monster strength and readjusting defensive mechanisms in Diablo 4 Season 11, the days of clearing Pits 100+ without requiring Mythic items may be over. Therefore, runes have become crucial for improving survivability in the endgame, often surpassing the power of support gems, especially in armor sockets.
So, here we introduce a new Legendary Rune farming method introduced in Season 11, which is likely the fastest way to obtain runes in Diablo 4 currently. We will explain step-by-step how to set it up and how to farm efficiently. Let's begin.

Step-by-Step Guide
Upgrading Essence Of Pain
First, you need to upgrade your Essence of Pain Divine Gift to level five. This allows players to have a chance to obtain dropped Socketables such as Royal Gems, Gem Fragments, and Legendary Runes when defeating Pangs of Duriel. However, this is not the only reason we choose this Divine Gift; we will explain later.
To upgrade this Divine Gift, you need to kill monsters in Helltide. When monsters in Helltide die, there is a chance they will provide experience points for this Divine Gift.
However, a more efficient way to upgrade it is to kill as many Duriel bosses as possible in Helltide, as he is guaranteed to provide experience points for this Divine Gift.

Collecting Corrupted Horn Of Duriel
While upgrading your Divine Gift, it is recommended that you collect as many Corrupted Horns of Duriel from the Duriel boss as possible, as you will need them later.
However, please note that each person can only carry a maximum of 20 Corrupted Horns of Duriel. So, if you find that Duriel is no longer dropping this item, it may be because your inventory is full. It's time to clear your inventory.
Once you have upgraded your Divine Gift to the maximum level five, you should place it in the Purified Gift slots.
Defeat Azmodan & Open Duriel's Chest
Next, head south of Zarbinzet to summon the open-world version of Azmodan. There are usually many players farming there, so defeating him shouldn't be too difficult.
After defeating the boss, three chests will drop for you to choose from. Open Duriel's Hoard chest, which requires five Corrupted Horns of Duriel. However, since the newly upgraded Essence of Pain Divine Gift also works on this chest, it guarantees you at least one Legendary Rune. This is your main source of runes.
Farming Loop
Next, we'll discuss how to continuously open this chest.
These chests also contain boss materials, more specifically, a large amount of Living Steel. Some players have even obtained over 40 Living Steels from a single Duriel chest, which is a considerable amount of wealth. Therefore, in addition to aiming for Diablo 4 Legendary Runes from this chest, Living Steels are also important items worth collecting.
Why? Because we need to use these Living Steels to obtain more Corrupted Horns of Duriel.
After opening all the Duriel chests, you should have a large amount of Living Steel in your inventory. Next, we will use all of this Living Steel to open Grigoire's Hoard chest.
Travel to Grigoire's lair, defeat him, and open his chests as many times as possible, using up all your Living Steel. During this process, you will obtain a large amount of Shards of Agony and some Stygian Stones. You should convert these Stygian Stones into Shards of Agony, and then head to Duriel's lair. Note that this is not the Duriel in Helltide, but the Lair version of the Duriel boss. After defeating him, you can use your Shards of Agony to open the Hoard chests as many times as possible.
We do this because the Duriel Lair boss also drops Corrupted Horns of Duriel. This allows you to collect enough materials without too much effort and provides the motivation to continue farming.

In short, once you have replenished your stock of Corrupted Horns of Duriel, immediately summon Azmodan boss, defeat him, and open as many Duriel chests as possible. Each time you open a chest, you are guaranteed to get a Legendary Rune. This creates a complete farming cycle:
- Use your Corrupted Horn of Duriel to open the Duriel chest at the Azmodan boss location to obtain a large amount of Living Steels and Legendary Runes.
- Use these Living Steels to summon and defeat Grigoire, which will grant you a large number of Shards of Agony. You can then use these to summon a higher difficulty version of Duriel to obtain some dropped Corrupted Horns of Duriel.
- Then, return to the open-world version of Azmodan and use the Corrupted Horn of Duriel to open the chest for guaranteed runes.
- If you don't get enough Living Steels from the chest, you can supplement them from Helltide chests.
Duriel Chest vs. Kurast Undercity Farming
Finally, some players might question whether this farming method is as good as farming the Tribute of Harmony in the Kurast Undercity. Diablo 4 Season 11 significantly enhanced the Kurast Undercity, especially Tribute of Harmony and Tribute of Mystique, greatly increasing the drop rate of Legendary Runes and other valuable loot. So why would we choose the more cumbersome Duriel boss chest farming method to obtain runes?
The reality is that Tribute of Harmony is difficult to find and limited in quantity, while this farming cycle is sustainable and unlimited. Therefore, it definitely has many advantages.
In short, this is a currently viable and relatively easy rune farming method that allows you to obtain endless Legendary Runes in the early stages of D4S11. If you are lacking specific runes, why not give it a try!

Diablo 4 Season 11 Paladin Endgame Build Tier List | Top Setups And Performance Overview
The new Paladin class in Diablo 4 Season 11 offers a completely different experience compared to other classes, mainly due to its wider range of skill upgrades, thus providing more possibilities.
This has resulted in numerous Paladin builds, many of which have performed exceptionally well in Season 11, with most Paladin builds ranking in Tier S.

Tier S
Judgement Paladin
Judgement Paladin is currently the best Paladin endgame build. It excels in leveling, farming, boss fights, and The Pit.
The player community has also discovered new playstyle variations of this build, focusing on keeping the conviction effect of Judgement on enemies until it expires, then triggering an explosion for massive damage. This aims to maximize single-hit damage.
For fast farming Diablo 4 gold or leveling, Arbiter of Justice skill can be used to efficiently apply Judgement to a large number of enemies. Judgement effects will then passively clear the entire screen of enemies, making it highly efficient.
Wing Strikes Paladin
Wing Strikes Paladin is a speed-farming build in endgame characterized by fast movement and relaxation. It relies entirely on Arbiter of Justice and uses Falling Star for movement.
Wing Strikes skills automatically trigger when you move and blink, often killing enemies as you rush towards them, somewhat similar to Evade Spiritborn build.
Fist Of The Heavens Paladin
This is a relatively new build, and not many players may have tried it yet. It requires Argent Veil unique ring, which allows you to randomly trigger core skills while dodging.
You also need to convert Spear of the Heavens into a core skill through Fist of the Heavens skill, thus synergizing with Argent Veil. Combined with Arbiter Disciple, it achieves a near-permanent Arbiter state. As long as you use Evade while in Arbiter state, Fist of the Heavens will be automatically released to clear all monsters.
Blessed Hammer Paladin
Blessed Hammer Paladin possesses immense AoE clearing capabilities. It also combines Argent Veil and Evade, casting Blast Hammer through Evade.
Its core feature is that the released hammer rotates around the character for a long time, dealing damage to any enemies it touches. Furthermore, when you use Falling Star to jump into a new monster group, you don't need to immediately recast the hammer, as the previous hammer is still rotating and dealing damage. While its farming speed may not be as fast as Fist of the Heavens Paladin, it is much safer.
Shield Of Retribution Paladin
Shield of Retribution Paladin is a build based on Thorns damage reflection mechanism. Your Shield of Retribution moves slowly, transferring thorn damage to enemies within range. It's relatively slow and not the easiest to control, but it's safe and reliable in the endgame.
Brandish Paladin
Brandish Paladin is a Supplication-dependent build. It allows Brandish to fire in all directions, greatly increasing its range. Returning Light allows Brandish attacks to return to the character after being fired, making this combination sufficient to harvest most monsters.
Shield Bash Paladin
Shield Bash Paladin has two variations. You can use the common Argent Veil and Evade combo to manually cast Shield Bash for automatic farming.
If you want to challenge The Pit, you need to replace the shield with Gate of the Red Daw. Its effect is that when your Juggernaut core skill hits an enemy for the first time, it stores the damage in Fortress, up to 10 stacks.
When you cast Fortress again, all stored damage is unleashed at once within the fortress's area of effect, dealing devastating damage.
Advance Paladin
Advance Paladin is a build that relies on the basic skill, Advance. It transforms the basic skill Advance into the Juggernaut skill using Wave Dash, and then builds a damage rotation around the generation and consumption of Resolve.
Auradin Paladin
Auradin Paladin is an AFK build that many players enjoy using. You simply stand still, and Holy Light Aura automatically eliminates all enemies.
This requires the unique Dawnfire gloves, which allow Holy Light Aura to passively burn enemies, and the damage increases with each enemy that dies. It can even be used to AFK complete Infernal Hordes; you only need to occasionally come back and click it.
Tier A
Divine Lance Paladin
Divine Lance Paladin has a strong ability to clear monsters. You need to transform the original Discrete skill, Divine Lance, into a Zealot skill through the skill tree.
After the transformation, it can generate Fervor stacks. Utilize Aspect of Jacques' Fervor and Aspect of the Zealot's Covenant to increase its damage. If you want to experience Zealot playstyle, it's a good choice.
Zeal Paladin
Zeal Paladin is a pure Zealot skill build. It has a fast attack speed and a direct feel. Its core skill is Zealot's Zeal Frenzy. It synergizes with all Zealot Aspects that increase Fervor stacks, attack speed, critical hit chance, and critical hit damage.
Shield Charge Paladin
Unlike the evade concept of Shield Bash, Shield Charge Paladin build requires you to hold down the skill button to continuously charge.
Shield Charge can be upgraded through Relentless Charge, turning it into a Core skill. It has an initial Faith cost and continuously consumes Faith while the button is held down.
The gameplay involves simply holding down Shield Charge, smashing your way through hordes of monsters, and destroying everything in your path. While the damage isn't top-tier, the gameplay is incredibly fun.
Blessed Shield Paladin
Blessed Shield Paladin is the weakest of all Paladin builds, but still ranks in Tier A. It also uses Arbiter, Argent Veil, and Evade combination to automatically trigger Blessed Shield.
However, there's a difference compared to Blessed Hammer Paladin build. Blessed Hammer can be upgraded to a Disciple skill, perfectly enjoying the massive bonuses of Arbiter and Disciple combination. Blessed Shield lacks this conversion option, preventing it from gaining the same benefits from Arbiter system, thus lagging behind in strength.
These are the rankings of the mainstream Paladin builds for Season 11. Almost all Paladin builds are strong this season, even the Tier A builds are worth trying.

Diablo 4 Season 11 Goblins Greetings Guide | How To Maximize Rewards In This Event?
Diablo 4 Season 11 has just begun, and its first event, Goblins Greetings, is coming soon. This festive version of March of the Goblins event will last approximately two weeks.
This event will offer very generous rewards. Whether you need to level up, collect materials and equipment, don't let the ubiquitous goblins escape your grasp.

Date
Goblins Greetings will run from December 18, 2025 to January 6, a duration well over two weeks. and it is one of the longest-running events in Diablo series history.
Event Objectives
During the event, goblins will appear in various areas of the world, dungeons, and more. Players simply need to kill goblins to upgrade their March of the Goblin reputation board. The higher your reputation, the better the rewards contained in the loot bags carried by the goblins you encounter. You might even encounter goblins carrying mythic items!
Each time you unlock a reputation rank, you can claim a reward chest at Goblin Square in Kyovashad. The final rank can be completed repeatedly, rewarding a generous loot bag. The first completion will grant an additional Resplendent Spark! Note that all rewards must be claimed before the event ends on January 6th, or they will disappear.
Tree Of Whispers
During Goblins Greetings event, returning Grim Favors at Tree of Whispers will drop a Gift of the Tree cache in addition to the regular chests. Opening it guarantees a Collection of Chaos, containing very rich rewards.
How To Effectively Utilize This Event?
Accumulate Whisper Caches
You need to find and complete as many grim favors as possible in Sanctuary. After accumulating enough grim favors, you can obtain chest rewards from Tree of Whispers.
However, remember not to open these accumulated whisper caches before the event starts. Opening these chests after the event begins will grant an extra Collection of Chaos, which will reward you with XP, Diablo 4 gold, and materials.
You can prioritize grim favors quests related to Lair Boss, as you'll only need to defeat the boss to earn 5 grim favors. Challenging the boss doesn't require a key; only opening Lair Boss chests does. If you don't have a key, you can skip opening chests and focus on leveling up the boss.
Fast Leveling
You can store accumulated whisper caches in your stash. After creating a new character, use these chests with that new character to instantly level up from level 1 to 60 using the XP provided by the Collection of Chaos. This is currently the best way to level up alts instead of the nerfed Pits and Hell Tides.
Defeating bosses earns points quickly, without needing to open chests. You can also follow Legion events to obtain Forgotten Souls.
Nightmare Dungeon Sigils
If you want to hunt more goblins, focus on saving these three Nightmare Dungeon Sigils:
- Treasure Breach Nightmare Sigils
- Prankster Nightmare Sigils
- Herodrick Strong Rooms Nightmare Sigils
These Nightmare Dungeon Sigils correspond to dungeons with a large number of goblins. Prankster Nightmare Sigils is also the only Mythic Nightmare Dungeon in Season 11, potentially spawning Mythic Prankster goblin. The goblin spawn rate in these dungeons will be further increased during the event, making the rewards very high.
How To Get Nightmare Dungeon Sigils?
The most common way to obtain Nightmare Dungeon Sigils is to use whisper caches. If you accumulate some caches beforehand, you won't lack Sigils at the start of the event.
You can also craft Sigils at Occultist and then filter for Sigils with the affixes you want. Then, salvage all unwanted Sigils into Sigil powder to repeatedly craft them until you get the target Sigil.
Defeating World Bosses and opening their chests also yields a large amount of Sigils. Combined with Essence of Sin from Divine Gifts, World Bosses will drop even more rewards. If placed in a purified slot, the reward bonus from Essence of Sin will be doubled.
However, note that there's a bug: the fight with Azmodan might activate PvP, causing players to be attacked by other mercenaries. Removing it from the corrupted slot will prevent character death but won't affect obtaining activity keys, and only Lair boss keys will be lost.
Materials
This event is also a great opportunity to quickly acquire crafting materials such as Obducite. Both Sanctification system and Masterworking consume large amounts of gold and various materials, so you can use this event to prepare for future equipment forging.
Additional Event Benefits

The developers are very generous this time, as Goblins Greetings event isn't the only benefit. During the event, the in-game store will offer free gifts daily.
- December 18: Tackle of the First Snows (Mount Trophy)
- December 19: Fallow-ward (Mount Trophy)
- December 20: Crook of First Snow (Mount Armor)
These rewards won't be automatically distributed; you need to manually claim them from the store. They will disappear after January 6th, so don't forget them in the store - claim them as soon as you log in!
While Diablo 4 Season was initially controversial, the developers' various changes ultimately made Season 11 meet player expectations. Goblins Greetings event is a great opportunity at the start of season 11 to acquire a large amount of materials and equipment and quickly level up your character, making this season much easier, so don't miss it.

Diablo 4 Season 11 Vault Of The Crucible Guide: How To Complete First Capstone Dungeon & Unlock Rank 2?
As is well known, the returning Capstone Dungeons have been redesigned in Diablo 4 Season 11, becoming key to advancing through Season Journey.
These Capstone Dungeons are essentially special high-level dungeons, acting as gatekeepers to higher difficulty levels. You must complete these dungeons to unlock Torment Difficulty Tier.
Capstone Dungeon
Five Capstone Dungeons have been added in Season 11, each with unique mechanics and highly challenging boss battles. Completing them yields substantial rewards, such as unlocking the next Season Rank, additional Diablo 4 gold, Paragon Points, Skill Points, and better loot.

- Vault of the Crucible
- Hellish Descent
- Enclave of Darkness
- Den of the Apostate
- Breach of Sin
It's worth noting that the monsters in these dungeons are of fixed and high level, regardless of the player character's actual level, making them a challenging test of your character's build strength.
Here, we'll focus on showing you how to complete your first Capstone Dungeon: Vault of the Crucible. This dungeon is the gateway to unlocking the second tier of your Season Journey. Unlocking new Season Ranks is crucial because, unlike other seasons, in S11 you need to complete this objective to gain extra skill points. Without further ado, let's take a look at this Capstone Dungeon.
How To Enter Vault Of The Crucible?
First, you need to open Season Rank system from the menu. On the right, you'll see a prompt to complete Vault of the Crucible, your first Capstone Dungeon. Click the yellow icon, and you'll be automatically teleported to the dungeon.
Enter The Gatehall, defeat Master Executioner and his minions, then go through the portal to the first floor.
Floor 1: Savage Path
Savage Path is a simple level. You just need to find and defeat all the elite monsters marked with red skull icons, collecting the Animus Carriers from their bodies. Don't worry, the map is small, so you shouldn't have to spend much time completing the objective.
Once you've collected all the Animus Carriers, place them in Animus Urn. Then continue along the newly opened path, where you'll encounter your first boss - Demonic Automaton, a giant scorpion.
After defeating the scorpion, you can proceed to the next level; the exit is located in the northeast corner of the map.
Note that there is a red flame barrier there; you cannot pass through it unless you step on the golden circles that cool you down. This leads to the key mechanics of the second level.
Floor 2: Scorching Furnace
Step on the circles to enter the second level, where you will officially arrive at Scorching Furnace.
Here, you'll find the ground scorching, so you need to step on all the golden circles as you move forward. During this process, you also need to defeat three elite monsters called Barrier Wardens to continue.
- The first is located at the top after entering the level.
- The second is almost in the middle of the map.
- The last is located in the southeast corner of the map.
After defeating all three Barrier Wardens, you can find the exit by heading to the northeast corner of the map. These elite monsters are quite difficult, so it is recommended that you buy Diablo 4 items with better defensive affixes before starting to avoid accidental death and wasting your progress.
Floor 3: Curator's Forge
This last floor combines all the elements encountered so far, meaning you'll need to fight enemies while navigating through golden circles on the map to reach the northern part. Then, you'll need to fill a progress bar; once completed, simply keep heading north until you find the exit. You'll eventually reach the boss fight area, called Curator's Forge.
As before, you'll need to fight while stepping on golden circles to avoid being burned. You can also try standing on ice pillars to gain Ice Aegis, a 10-second buff that allows you to pass through flame barriers in the dungeon and provides damage over time reduction.
Curator boss here has a large-area attack that can deal fatal damage. However, you can dodge it by standing in the gaps between green pillars of light, or if possible, by getting behind him before he attacks to completely avoid the attack.
When Curator's health drops to about half, Demonic Automaton boss you encountered on the first floor will also appear. So you'll need to fight two bosses simultaneously. However, I recommend dealing with Demonic Automaton first, then Curator, as the latter is much more difficult and harder to defeat. Insisting on dealing with Curator first might lead to being surrounded.
Once you defeat Curator, you've completed Vault of the Crucible Capstone Dungeon. You can then unlock Rank II and continue to the next objective.
Rewards
Finally, upon completing Vault of the Crucible, in addition to accessing Season Rank 2, you'll receive some other valuable rewards to upgrade your character, including:
- 2 Skill Points
- Lesser Player Title
- Emissary Player Title
- Rank I Capstone Cache
- Archetype Cache
- 1 Smoldering Ash
This concludes the complete guide to the first Capstone Dungeon in Diablo 4 Season 11 - Vault of the Crucible. Overall, this dungeon isn't particularly difficult; as long as you master the techniques outlined in this guide, you can easily complete it and obtain better rewards in Season Journey.

Diablo 4 Lord Of Hatred Expansion Release Date, New Class, New Areas, And Major Gameplay Revamp
Diablo 4 development team claimed they would surprise players at 2025 TGA, and they truly delivered. They not only announced the next DLC, Lord of Hatred, at TGA, but also introduced a new class for Season 11: Paladin.
Each DLC release brings significant changes to Diablo 4's gameplay. The official information regarding Lord of Hatred will be revealed gradually over the next few months, but let's first take a look at what this expansion pack brings.

Benefits Of Pre-ordering Lord Of Hatred
Lord of Hatred is currently available for pre-order. Only players who unlock it can play as Paladin in Season 11, and this will also directly unlock the 2024 DLC, Vessel of Hatred. This means that if you pre-order Lord of Hatred, you can experience 7 classes in Season 11!
Story Recap
Looking at the content of the past few seasons, the war between angels and demons in Sanctuary has intensified. The root of all this lies with Lilith and Inarius, the creators of Sanctuary, and each harbors a twisted plan.
Lilith's goal extends beyond granting power to humans, and her true intention is to devour her own father, Mephisto, Lord of Hatred, to seize his power. At the time, Mephisto was being reborn in Hell, weakened. The key to thwarting Lilith's plot is a wanderer who has drunk demon blood - the player-controlled protagonist.
Mephisto, too, has his own schemes. He sends his messenger to help Wanderer stop Lilith. Although the team tries to avoid making a deal with the devil, they are ultimately forced to accept.
Wanderer ultimately defeats Lilith, and Neyrelle, a member of the team, decides to seize the opportunity to bury Lord of Hatred completely. However, acting alone, she is quickly corrupted by Mephisto's corruption. Fortunately, Wanderer finds her and helps her resist the corruption.
Together, they find Tomb of Akara, the final resting place of the holy prophet. This was originally a prison from which Mephisto might never escape. Although Wanderer defeats Mephisto's messenger, Mephisto himself escapes and enters a new vessel - the body of the prophet Akarat (Vessel of Hatred storyline).
Thus, Lord of Hatred walks the lands of Sanctuary as the false prophet, and the upcoming storyline will culminate in Lord of Hatred DLC.
Confirmed Content
Lord of Hatred expansion introduces the new Paladin class, whose skill tree offers three enhancements to each skill, potentially indicating the direction for skill reworks in other classes. The official announcement also confirms that the expansion includes two new classes, with the next class to be released in April along with the expansion pack.
New Area

A new two-minute trailer has been released, showcasing some of the updated content. The expansion will also add a new area called Skovos Isles and a new campaign. This new area is Lilith and Inarius, the birthplace of human civilization.
This area was originally planned for Diablo III, but due to its art style being somewhat similar to Titan Quest, the decision was shelved. However, the development team has revived this area in Diablo IV.
Skovos Isles are currently ruled by a prophet and an Amazon Queen. If the new class in the DLC is related to this region, it might be a class like Hunter or Amazon.
New Features
The highly requested Horadric Cube will return in Lord of Hatred. First appearing in Diablo 2, it has many uses, including crafting equipment and resetting item affixes. While its role in Diablo 4 is currently unknown, it will likely be integrated with the current crafting system.
Additionally, the developers have confirmed the addition of loot filters to help players more efficiently locate target equipment from the massive loot drops, complementing the crafting system and collecting common quality base items.
New Skill Tree
The current skill tree in Diablo 4 is rather rudimentary, with only two upgrade paths per skill, but Paladins have three. This is the direction the developers intend to take for the skill tree rework.
Lord of Hatred will bring a completely new skill tree, with each skill offering more diverse upgrade paths, creating a vast array of build combinations. Additionally, skill enhancements may include transformation options that fundamentally change skills, such as Sorcerer's Ball Lightning potentially transforming into a Fireball. The current Enhancement system and passives may be integrated into the new skill tree.
The development team hopes to shift the core definition of build crafting toward the skill tree rather than legendary and unique Diablo 4 items, allowing gear to play a more supportive rather than essential role, thus providing more flexible and diverse deck-building possibilities.
Talisman System
A new Talisman system will be added, possibly similar to Idol system in Last Epoch or Charm system in Diablo II, to provide additional set bonuses or ability combinations.
Endgame Content
A new endgame system called War Plans will be added, perhaps somewhat similar to Atlas tree in PoE series, allowing users to customize the endgame events they want to participate in. Each event is expected to have its own smaller skill trees for customizing and enhancing gameplay.
Another new mode is being added called Echoing Hatred. This is likely a bullet hell endless mode, possibly inspired by Echoing Nightmares in Diablo 3. Mechanically, it may involve fighting increasingly powerful waves of monsters and includes an overwhelm mechanic, and failure to clear monsters quickly will result in failure.
Finally, and most importantly, fishing will be available in the waters of Sanctuary. This is not only relaxing but may also yield some particularly valuable items.
Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred is highly anticipated for both its story and new content, and it may bring about a complete transformation for Diablo 4.
